I have been going for years personally and for kids. It is the ONLY healthcare solution that meets needs for minor to intermediate conditions Tmely, cost effective , professional! My biggest fear is others figuring it out or changing it to be like others !

The staff is exceptionally friendly and the care was top notch. My PA, Ebony was very thorough and listened carefully to my medical issues. She was both extremely competent and caring. This Urgent Care will be my “go to” when the need arises.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Lobby area was really nice with good selection of coffee and tea. I was seen very quickly and the nurse and doctor were very nice. Doctor gave me good information and was knowledgeable. I felt confident in the medication he prescribed

I love Better Faster Urgent Care, they know me and when I come in, they listen to me. So many doctors do not listen to the patient and talk over them. BFUC, does not o that. Thanks for being there for me.

My 19-year-old son broke his nose and split his eye open playing cousin backyard football on Easter and Dr Strange was amazing. We had lots of questions and concerns and she was very patient and thorough. I appreciated her caring bedside manner. Thank you Dr Strange!

Always quality care! Friendly staff from the time you walk in. Quality care from the professional staff. Comfortable environment in the waiting room. Professional staff listen to your concerns and treat you accordingly. I have an immune deficiency I receive an infusion each month. I can go from a Sinus issue to bronchitis or pneumonia within 48 hours. Every doctor or PA I have seen over the years understands my situation. I appreciate everyone there!

Better Faster Urgent Care is now my go-to medical service. The location is very convenient, and appointments are instantaneous for that same day or merely as a 'walk-in', which is my only experience. The staff are friendly and efficient, working in a seamless process from entering to leaving the facility. As a returning patient, Better Faster Urgent Care have all my information on file, so there is not the endless filling of forms during each subsequent visit, that seems to happen at all other medical providers I visit. It is a very relaxing process, while in the waiting room with televisions and beverages on offer, which is a complete and total unstressed process from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending Better Faster Urgent Care.
