Our experience there has always been great. We love the doctors & PA’s we’ve seen there. They get us back quick to be evaluated & then answer all our questions/concerns.

Very easy experience. Staff was very friendly and patient with me. There was a little bit of a wait since I was a walk-in, but once I was in the treatment room, the visit went pretty fast.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care it felt my I was going to my physician. Definitely would recommend and definitely will be returning (if needed)

The quality of care for me was immediate! The minute I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and asked how they could help me today! Check -in was easy and my wait time to see a Dr. was only 10 minutes! The actual examination for my issue was totally above excellent .I was examined by 3 different professional people -all smiling - and answered all my questions so that I didn’t have to have a medical book to understand what my diagnosis was, how it may have started and how they could fix me right up! I left feeling very informed , very comfortable and appreciated those happy smiles that lifted my spirits that I was going to be okay ! I will return to Better Faster Care ! They are good people and truly want to help you get back to good health!

The waiting environment is clean and comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. That’s the reason my family and I keep going back to them time after time for urgent care needs.

We really appreciate the thoroughness of the care received. My particular issue being a respiratory virus was really hard to nail down other than a long-term, low-grade fever, as well as the standard congestion symptoms. The staff examined, and listened to my inputs carefully and came up with a treatment that seems to be working. I appreciate not feeling like I was on the clock. Thx
