The staff was exceptional—from the receptionist, to the medical staff and our doctor. This is far and away the friendliest, most helpful urgent care I’ve experienced. Better Faster Urgent Care is the best patient care I have seen in a long time...and I've had a lot of medical care the last 20+ years of my life. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and well placed, even for being quite a way from my home. Doctors are thorough in their care and listen to me...something very rare now. I am very pleased to have found them and hope I can continue to use them for my urgent care for many more years.

We really appreciate the thoroughness of the care received. My particular issue being a respiratory virus was really hard to nail down other than a long-term, low-grade fever, as well as the standard congestion symptoms. The staff examined, and listened to my inputs carefully and came up with a treatment that seems to be working. I appreciate not feeling like I was on the clock. Thx

I always receive quality care and prefer going here instead of my primary care physician. Every time I have gone, they were spot on with my diagnosis. I love that they take walk-ins and they are open on the weekends and in the evenings. It is incredibly convenient and never have to wait for very long. Have been going here for several years. Also, love the staff. They are so kind and make you feel comfortable.

I came and continue to come because your clinic accepts Medicare patients. The doctors have been excellent every time I have come in for care and I’m grateful for them all. I am now married and my husband, Sonny, has received your exceptional care and friendliness from everyone there, as well. Made an appointment but did have to wait a little while. The staff was very friendly and professional. The doctor diagnosed my condition, prescribed a shot and medication. I received a follow up call the next morning and told them I see some improvements. After 5 days now my symptoms are also all gone. I was very pleased with my overall care.

I had a respiratory infection last Friday and Better Faster Urgent Care was the best - good doctors, nurses, clean modern facility, friendly and helpful staff. I didn’t have time to go to a hospital ER and spend 4 hours waiting and $800 just to get checked out and get a prescription for antibiotics. I was in and out of this urgent care facility in 30 minutes. I needed help and was coughing up green stuff and total inflammation in my head. Better Faster Urgent Care was there for me. This is the go to place!
