I took my 4 year old daughter here. It was quick and the staff was helpful and nice. The doctor was really personable and great with my daughter. After we left, she said she really liked the doctor.

Everyone great. Doctor. Fantastic quick. Check over then x rays then prescribe fir antieflamatpry meds and where to get brace Ll good. Fast. Friendly I will return when needed

This was second trip, this time for myself. Everyone there from the front desk to the doctor's are just great energy. The location clean and well kept and I was out faster than going to the ER or another Ugernt care. I highly recommend. If needed, I definitely be back. Thanks Keith for you help!

The staff was great. From the time I walk in to the time I walked out. The M A. listen to the symptom I had and how long, I had them. The doctor was very listening to everything I had to say. The quality of care was awesome. From the time I walk in to the time I left the environment was very relaxing for a doctor office.

Very good urgent care service. It’s a shame the X-Ray machine was down in two separate dates we visited, and therefore we had to go somewhere else for the x-rays, a bit inconvenient. With that said, the service form the physicians, nurses, and front door staff was very good and friendly.

The visit to Better Faster Urgent Care was very good. It was quick with not much waiting time, friendly staff that made my father (the patient) feel welcome and cared for, and provided helpful service to quickly address our medical needs. Unfortunately the x-rays machine was down, perhaps just coincidental with our visit. That didn’t prevent the physician to diagnose and provide a quick solution.

Great customer care. Brought my son in on Tuesday evening and said it was a virus and if he didn't get better to bring him back. I brought him back on Thursday and discovered strep throat. It was too early to detect on Tuesday so medicine was prescribed and he is much better. The best thing was they didn't charge me a penny for the 2nd visit since it was within 3 days of the first visit. I was shocked! I don't know any office that does that! I will be coming back and I have found my new urgent care facility.

Never felt quite comfortable going to an urgent care facility til I visited Better Faster Urgent Care.. The facility is beautiful and the staff is friendly, and most importantly competent. They diagnosed my issue and provided the remedy. Could not be more pleased with my appointment!

On line check in was quick and easy. Multiple available appointment times to choose from. Seen at appointment time. Receptionist very pleasant as was staff in the back. I’ve used this facility 3 times and each has been a positive experience and medically, my problems were identified and treated.

Every time I've been at BETTER faster, they are friendly, effective and helpful. I have never waited longer than 10 - 15 minutes to be seen by a member of the team. I wish they could be my regular Dr.

I called my doctor and he was unable to see me today for an issue and he recommended urgent care. Better Faster was close, so I went there. Paperwork was minimal. There was no real waiting. I was seen quickly, vitals taken and then had a consultation with the doctor/technician. They were fast and professional and very courteous. I was in and out in about 30 minutes! Highly recommended.
