I was seen quickly and everything was explained. JD the RN was amazing, he got my IV in 1 stick which was amazing! Dr. Strange truly listened and had a great bedside manner. I was at the clinic over 3 hours and was checked on very often always woth a caring attitude.

Even though I called late in the working hours, I was graciously received. Wonderful staff, professional and welcoming. Dr. Strange was thorough and explained treatment in detail. This is definitely a great clinic.

This is the best urgent care type facility that I have been to since moving to Texas. Love the online registration and notification when they are ready to see you plus all the medical forms were online, so you don't have to fill out anything in their office. Wait time was minimal, the office/physician's rooms were immaculate, and staff was professional and efficient. A rare find in health care offices!

My daughter needed a sports physical for the upcoming school year. I checked in the evening before and scheduled her visit for 9:00 am. We had a minimal wait upon arrival, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Our provider was thorough and made sure our questions were answered. Highly recommend!

This is the second occasion I have used Better Faster Urgent Care, where just like the first time I was given an appointment within the hour, allowing me to go home and return at the agreed time. After a very short wait I was seen. I gave a summary of my medical issue and soon after I was seen by a Doctor who identified the problem and gave me a course of action to remedy the issue. I am more than satisfied with the quality of care provided by very professional staff in a modern medical facility.

In the last month I have been at Better Faster Urgent Care 3 times! Two times for my 7 year old granddaughter and once for myself. All 3 times I was seen at my appointment time, greeted by friendly receptionists, treated by friendly nurses, PAs and doctors. It seems to always be on the weekends when you get sick! I appreciate the online checking in so very much as it helps me to plan my day as y’all are on time! I will continue to use your office and will let others know of your excellence!

The nurse and dr were fabulous! Friendly, professional! The receptionist was very unprofessional, eating food while helping me check in, didn’t acknowledge my presence for over 5 minutes even though I was standing right in front of her, very curt.
