I’d like to specifically comment on your front desk employee. In the past, the front desk staff has not been friendly or welcoming. This visit was the exact opposite. She was very friendly, caring and professional! It totally changes the experience for the better.

Very impressed with the whole presentation: Quick check in with minimal docs to fill out; exceptional facility; knowledgable nurses and a very speedy and experienced doctor in Brandy Strange. She was quite pleasant and responsive...a Pro. I teach a Sr. Adult Bible Class at Grapevine's First Baptist Church. I'm going to add a slide or two to my PowerPoint Sunday heralding Better Faster Urgent Care to our members. Really glad find your clinic! Newt Holloway.

We’ve been going to Better Faster care for years and have always been impressed with the staff and cleanliness. The nurses, P.A.s, and doctors have been both knowledgeable and personable. They also refer you to good doctors that are specialists. Love this place!

Very easy experience. Staff was very friendly and patient with me. There was a little bit of a wait since I was a walk-in, but once I was in the treatment room, the visit went pretty fast.

The quality of care for me was immediate! The minute I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile and asked how they could help me today! Check -in was easy and my wait time to see a Dr. was only 10 minutes! The actual examination for my issue was totally above excellent .I was examined by 3 different professional people -all smiling - and answered all my questions so that I didn’t have to have a medical book to understand what my diagnosis was, how it may have started and how they could fix me right up! I left feeling very informed , very comfortable and appreciated those happy smiles that lifted my spirits that I was going to be okay ! I will return to Better Faster Care ! They are good people and truly want to help you get back to good health!

The receptionist was very helpful. She not only found another pharmacy than my usual one the happened to be closed on Easter Sunday, but she also gave me the address do I could easily find it to get my RX. Both the young man, who seated me and took my vitals and my need for care, and the medical professional who examined me were very polite and attentive.

Better Faster Urgent Care is the best patient care I have seen in a long time...and I've had a lot of medical care the last 20+ years of my life. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and well placed, even for being quite a way from my home. Doctors are thorough in their care and listen to me...something very rare now. I am very pleased to have found them and hope I can continue to use them for my urgent care for many more years.

We really appreciate the thoroughness of the care received. My particular issue being a respiratory virus was really hard to nail down other than a long-term, low-grade fever, as well as the standard congestion symptoms. The staff examined, and listened to my inputs carefully and came up with a treatment that seems to be working. I appreciate not feeling like I was on the clock. Thx

I always receive quality care and prefer going here instead of my primary care physician. Every time I have gone, they were spot on with my diagnosis. I love that they take walk-ins and they are open on the weekends and in the evenings. It is incredibly convenient and never have to wait for very long. Have been going here for several years. Also, love the staff. They are so kind and make you feel comfortable.
