I have been coming to your Better Faster Urgent Care for approximately 5 years and have always appreciated the care and caring I have received every time I have been in. I came and continue to come because your clinic accepts Medicare patients. The doctors have been excellent every time I have come in for care and I’m grateful for them all. I am now married and my husband, Sonny, has received your exceptional care and friendliness from everyone there, as well. We both are so glad you are open 7 days a week, so we can receive care every day. My husband and I will continue to refer our friends and family to your Better Faster Urgent Cate location.

I love the convenience of having a local drop in medical facility as my weekly routine changes from week to week, not being able to make future appointments. Made an appointment but did have to wait a little while. The staff was very friendly and professional. The doctor diagnosed my condition, prescribed a shot and medication. I received a follow up call the next morning and told them I see some improvements. After 5 days now my symptoms are also all gone. I was very pleased with my overall care.

I had a respiratory infection last Friday and Better Faster Urgent Care was the best - good doctors, nurses, clean modern facility, friendly and helpful staff. I didn’t have time to go to a hospital ER and spend 4 hours waiting and $800 just to get checked out and get a prescription for antibiotics. I was in and out of this urgent care facility in 30 minutes. I needed help and was coughing up green stuff and total inflammation in my head. Better Faster Urgent Care was there for me. This is the go to place!

Yes first impressions are very important and receptionist Melissa immediately welcomed me and made me think I walked into the right place.She was very helpful with my insurance questions and very professional.When I returned the following day she recognized me and again greeted me with a smile. My wait time in the lobby was less than two minutes when a very friendly nurse escorted me to an observation room ,she was also very kind and professional. Then enters Doc Kieth ( I think that's his name) and he is very friendly and concerned about my issue. The examination was thorough and he explained options and possibilities well. Returned to work the following day and recommended BFUC to a co-worker.

The staff is always an attentive. For speed and Quality of care, always satisfied. They are also incredibly honest. They refunded some payments that insurance covered. My wife and I have used them for last couple of years.

Dr Strange is lovely! She took the time to listen to my symptoms and rule out anything of concern in a thorough manner. I forget the gentleman's name who helped take my EKG/Blood, but I also want to make sure he gets credit for being kind and patient!

I was from out of town and needed examination before flight the next day. Staff organized & helpful. Facilities very clean and functional. Doctor knowledgeable about my condition and explained various treatments. Called prescriptions in from office and picked it up on way back to my daughters house.

Every word in the name of the facility is true. As far as the fine people inside the facility you will find each one presenting a complete complement of admirable assets: Professional, polite, kind, knowledgeable and efficient while imparting compassion, humor and plain fellow-man humanity including excellent, willing listening skills. Thank you, one and all for your comfort and care. My well-renowned, well-loved primary care physician retired over a year ago. I believe I have found his replacement.
