The realtor, Becky Thalhofer, who helped me sell my house was extraordinary. My house was unusual in several regards, and I thought it might be difficult to sell at a good price. Becky showed me impressive pricing research she had done and set a price higher than I thought possible. She was right - the house sold in a week to the first viewers! Beyond that, she gave me valuable advice all along the sales process before closing, advice I could trust because of her long experience as a realtor. I could always reach her quickly, and invariably received very prompt responses. She facilitated all the things I had to do, major and minor. On top of it all was her positive and cheerful personality. A wonderful experience in all ways.

I cannot say enough about our amazing experience with Brittany!! She was everything we could have wanted -- she was extremely professional and knowledgeable but also made the entire experience so fun and seamless; she was organized and on top of everything but also was so laidback and never felt pressure from her to make a decision, etc.; and she was soo sweet and caring yet also honest with us. We truly felt like she had our best interest throughout the entire process and her communication was outstanding. We were sad when everything was buttoned up because we truly enjoyed working with her through every step of the way! Steve is one of the kindest, most understanding and accommodating people we have ever worked with. He was more than happy to give his honest opinion on some of the properties we looked at, even give recommendations and ideas that really helps us as first time homebuyers. I have been working on the mortgage lending side of the real estate industry for the past 13 years and have worked with some incredible realtors. Brittany Stiffler is a step above the rest. I met Brittany when she called to discuss her new buyer clients, as I had been working as their lender for the better part of the past TWO YEARS. Ann was a confidence-inspiring leader throughout our listing AND SELLING process. She prepared us to prepare, then lit a fire under us to get our house ready at maximum value. Besides offering to help, she did a great job staging our otherwise empty house. She helped us choose a listing price and drove tons of traffic to view it immediately upon listing.
