Ginger has been a constant source of guidance and support since she first helped my mom find a home nearly ten years ago. Since then, she’s helped me sell my home, buy a new one with my mom, and now she’s preparing to help us sell my mom’s property as we complete our final transition. Throughout it all, Ginger has been incredible. She communicates in the way that works best for me — texting — and never misses a detail. She remembers conversations, follows up consistently, and always keeps our best interest at heart. At our recent closing, my mom even pointed out how Ginger caught something important — the senior tax exemption — that we would’ve completely missed without her. That’s just who she is: always looking out for her clients. Over the years, we’ve thrown some pretty complicated situations her way — from trying to find a three-family home to accommodate a declining family member, to weathering a long stretch of employment uncertainty — and Ginger stuck with us the whole time. She listened, she advised (even when our ideas were off the wall), and she always treated us with respect, patience, and kindness. Homebuying is never easy, especially in this market and with our circumstances. But Ginger made it possible. We're steps from our finish line, and we couldn’t have done it without her. We're so incredibly grateful.

It was our first time selling a house so we needed someone we could trust to guide us along the way. From the first day we contacted him, Noah proved that he had the experience and confidence that we were wanting in an agent. Our house went on the market on a Tuesday afternoon and by Wednesday morning we had an offer $5k above asking. While the market at the time was advantageous for a seller I feel that the carefully chosen asking price also lead to a quick offer. His understanding of the market as a whole and the neighborhood in particular was a huge strength for us. I also have to mention how responsive Noah was to anything we needed more information on and he was always keeping us in the loop with details and developments. Finally, the closing was super quick and absolutely stress free thanks to his organization and attention to detail. If we ever need an agent again Noah gets our call. He’s the best. Period.
