Everyone went very above and beyond for us. Especially with how to make our best offer. Our agent worked with our schedules very well and helped us out with all of our questions. They set us up with a loan officer who got us a very good rate and set us up. It made the experience incredibly easy and straightforward! We had the pleasure of working with Neal Steinhour as the seller's agent during the purchase of our home, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Despite representing the seller, Neal personally helped with some repairs alongside us and allowed us access to the property whenever needed. He even attended the closing to wish us luck, which meant a lot to us. When our own buyer's agent was unavailable due to a family emergency, Neal stepped in and kept everything on track. Steve is one of the kindest, most understanding and accommodating people we have ever worked with. He was more than happy to give his honest opinion on some of the properties we looked at, even give recommendations and ideas that really helps us as first time homebuyers. He was very patient and willing to help us understand the process more clearly, always made the time to be available for us when needed, was willing to look at a whole bunch of houses before finding the right one, and even gave us a little congratulatory card and gift upon closing! She guided us through the process of discerning a reasonable asking price, and all the steps that led up to closing.
