Not all realtors are equal, Deborah is exceptional. We used her to buy our home a few years ago and she was great. He was incredibly knowledgeable and offered great insight into the various neighborhoods where I looked for houses and features of each house that I saw. He responded right away to my countless messages with requests for showings and spent as much time as I needed at each house to help me make the right decision. I think its fair to state that when you ask a good friend to help you in a business transaction, like selling your home, its different. You expect so much more from a friend than you would anyone else. I would go above and beyond for any friend of mine if asked. I would fight for them and work tirelessly to exceed their expectations of the trust they instilled in me. That is who I am. That is not only my expectations of myself but its my absolute expectations when I ask a friend to assist me. I asked my good friend Leslie to help with selling my home. Not just any home, not just any listing. My first wife of 28 years was tragically lost in a motorcycle accident and left my two daughters in pain and the overwhelming burden of trying to deal with everything. It is hard to describe how difficult this tragedy was. Among so many things to take care of we needed to sell the home that my two daughters were raised in. A home we built. A home full of love. A home with so many wonderful memories. I came immediately to Leslie. Leslie understood this. Leslie acted with compassion and understanding. Leslie cared about me and my daughters first. Leslie let me vent when I needed. She walked with me step by step never wavering. She fought for me. She was determined to do all she could for myself and my girls through this difficult process. And she did. For anyone who knows me I can be difficult with my high expectations. Adding to this was that I had been entrusted by my girls to ensure everything was handled with them in mind and to get them the very best deal possible. Leslie did that for us. Who someone is as a person means more to me than anything, including money. Leslie is a good person, a person who deeply loves her family, and a good friend. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, professional and deeply cares about people. Leslie exceeded my expectations in selling our home. Thank you Leslie.
