3 weeks ago I closed on my new to me property and Heather was absolutely great to have as my realtor for every step along the way. I know I wasn’t her only client through out the process from start to finish but you woulda never known because she was always quick to respond, always willing to meet if I needed too, would call me to explain something if I didn’t understand through text. She went above and beyond my expectations with her patience. Home buying isn’t something you do often and if it was she would get my business for sure. Don’t settle when it comes to who is helping you on one of your biggest purchases in life, home buying call and ask for Heather Manis. You will not be disappointed.

Brittany was wonderful! She kept me informed every step along the way. Sold the house in 16 days with all her knowledge of listing the house online and open houses. She has lived in the area all her life and graduated with my daughter at Hononegah High School. Brittany knows the local area. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home. As a matter of fact, I have already given out her card to someone.

My wife and I were looking to buy our first home. At first, we used Zillow and one of their local agents. The first agent was good to us and each time we found a house we liked on Zillow we would contact him and he would show us the house. We found a house we loved, contacted him, had him put in an offer for us, and unfortunately (at the time) the sellers chose another offer. Although we liked that real estate agent, we felt like he didn’t “fight for us” or do everything he could to help me and my family find a home. We then contacted Gabriela Johnson hoping that she would do everything in her power to make sure we found a house that was even better than the one we had already submitted an offer on. Ms. Johnson was phenomenal. Before showing us any houses she took the time to truly get to know us. She knew what we were looking for and the price we would spend. Due to my wife’s expensive taste, we essentially gave her what appeared to be an impossible task. Extravagant, but affordable. Within months Ms. Johnson got my family of four into our dream home without killing the bank. Choosing Dickerson & Nieman and Gabriela Johnson changed our lives and we are forever thankful.

Despite representing the seller, Neal personally helped with some repairs alongside us and allowed us access to the property whenever needed. He even attended the closing to wish us luck, which meant a lot to us. When our own buyer's agent was unavailable due to a family emergency, Neal stepped in and kept everything on track. He was professional, supportive, and great to work with throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Neal
