My husband and I are the type that “do it ourselves” in many situations, but when it came to selling our home, I am glad we didn’t even try. Brittany supported us with both selling and buying and I am so glad that she did. There were some unexpected huddles we faced, but Brittany was on top of each situation and found resolution quickly. Through her experience and knowledge Brittany made sure everything from listing to closing went smoothly and we couldn’t be happier with the process, thank you Brittany!

I had a great experience with Dickerson Nieman Realtors! I worked primarily with Emily, and she was always prompt to respond to me, even if I had questions during non-working hours. She answered my many questions, as I am a first time homebuyer, and made it a great overall experience.

As a first time home buyer Danielle was everything I could have asked for in an agent - and MORE! Every text, email, and phone call was prompt, professional, and comforting. I say comforting because I may have had a quadrillion (real number) questions. Danielle answers them all. She provided guidance from the first showings until closing - and even afterwards. On the morning of closing we met at the property for a final walkthrough, and a random snowstorm hit. There she was shoveling the driveway. I purchased my home in Roscoe, IL and used the best Dickerson Nieman agent, Leslie Winebaugh. While clearly a busy lady, Leslie made time for me anytime I reached out or wanted to see a property over the course of ten months. We searched high and low and finally settled on new construction while in the mid-build stage, which is so much more complicated that buying finished or an existing home! Leslie was a DREAM throughout the entire process. She's experienced in New Construction and her expertise, patience, support and professional guidance was better than I could have imagined. She is ALWAYS responsive, does not give answers shooting from the hip, if she does not know the answer right away, she is resourceful, gets it and follows up. Leslie is a top notch professional, a good person at the core and also a great local resource. I could not have been more pleased and it's truly all thanks to Leslie. My experience with Ginger was great. I have known people that have worked with her in the past and have had a great experience. I can say the same for me now after Ginger successfully helped me close on a house that I really like! Gingers responsiveness was second to none. Before we found the house that turned into “the one” we looked at several others. I could tell her I liked a house I saw on the market, and she was always available to show the house, sometimes even with the very same day! She understands the need to review and move fast in this current market. Her negotiation ability was amazing as well. The house I purchased had multiple offers on it, and even though we were not the highest dollar offer, she helped me submit an offer that was attractive enough to the seller to be selected, again even though it wasn’t the highest one dollar wise. I would recommend anyone looking for a house in the greater Rockford area to work with Ginger. I could not have been happier.

Deborah was great. I had to sell my father's house who had recently passed away and we had to do most things remotely as I am out of town. Deborah helped us with the process all along the way and helped time and time again with good referrals to help us get the house ready. Couldn't have been more pleased with how she helped each step of the way!
