The best experience for me is Deborah Laudicina! She is so amazing at what she does. She is very dependable and easy to work with. Looking for a home can be stressful but thanks to her it was nothing but. She was very patient and professional with us. I absolutely recommend her to everyone I come across. I can't describe enough the positive experience we had with Brittany--in fact, I think it's purely because of Brittany that we are in the home of our dreams. It took us several months to be ready to relocate and sell our old home, but Brittany was patient and still took us to homes we were interested in so that we could get a good feel of availability, pricing, and what was possible. Because of this, Brittany had SUCH a good idea of what we were looking for, that a new house became available (our now home!) and we didn't immediately schedule to look at it, she actually viewed it herself and sent me updates on the house, just as an FYI for us--I hadn't asked for the updates. In the most encouraging way, it's because of her diligence and understanding of exactly what we were looking for that we were able to move quickly when she reported back about all of our top priorities in this home that weren't necessarily visible in the listing photos. I could go on and on, but I can't help emphasize the care, compassion, diligence, knowledge, responsiveness, professionality, and kindness that Brittany put forth with every interaction and task for the months-long duration of our purchase (and contingent sale out of state!). All of this made us know that working with Brittany was the single best decision made in our move to Illinois. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts!

We bought and sold with Alaina and I'm not sure which one I'm more impressed with! We had to sell quickly and she held up with our fast pace. We sold for more than asking with all my requirements met. We had a complicated closing situation being out of state and Alaina was on the ball communicating with all sides. Wish we could copy/paste her everywhere we go!

Gaby was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to any questions we had throughout our selling and purchasing journey. She was very thorough and knowledgeable about the process and what to expect. She was able to get an offer for our home above asking price before it officially listed. Neil Steinhour is a truly outstanding real estate agent. He helped me get my mother’s house on the market for sale quickly, and went above and beyond the call of duty to help make that happen. He knows the local market very well, and I found him to be a very trustworthy advisor on all aspects of the home sale process. He really cares about his clients, and I highly recommend him!

My Mother was referred to Bobby Walsh following the loss of her husband. They lived in their house over 30 years and getting ready to move was overwhelming. After discussing the move and our concerns with Bobby we felt very confident in having him handle the sale of the house. Responsiveness, negotiating tactics

Becky was great throughout the entire process. She listened to our needs and helped us find homes that made sense for us. She has a great network of professionals in the area as well so she was able to refer us to trusted partners for other services that come up in the process. She was very fast to respond and helped make sure we were comfortable with our decisions. We would definitely recommend her!

Deborah is amazing. She gave us helpful information when we were just starting to think about buying and selling and she stayed connected with us until we were finally ready. She was patient as we went through the pre approval process and her top priority was making sure we understood how to have the best possible selling and buying outcome. She wastes no time and she plays no games, she makes sure her clients are taken care of.

Leslie is hands down the best realtor we could have ever had the pleasure of working with. As first time home buyers we were practically in the dark about how to proceed through the process of purchasing a home, especially in a market as fast paced and tumultuous as the one we’ve had the past couple of years. Alli was absolutely meant to be matched with our family to help guide us through the (sometimes uncomfortable) process of both buying our new home, and selling our beloved previous home! She was a warm, friendly person to deal with from the minute we met her, and she got the job DONE quicker than we ever imagined she would have! I never thought we could have moved AND sold our house within the time frame that we did, but she never made anything feel rushed.
