Our experience with your company is through Ann! She worked hard to make our home selling process successful. Ann helped get our house ready for the market by recommending minor updates like painting and replacing some electrical. She rolled up her sleeves and did most of the painting. After the house went on the market, Ann guided us through the bidding process and was there for us with updates and advice. We used Ann to buy our current house and found her to patient, reliable and hardworking. We looked at a lot of houses before purchasing, and Ann was always cheerful and encouraging. She was simply everything you need in a realtor!

We purchased our home with Ken Hirano and were very impressed with him. When it came time to sell another home we only thought of calling him. He always responds immediately to any question we have. I would say he has gone out of his way for us on more than one occasion. He negotiated a higher price than we thought possible on our recent home sale. I have highly recommended him and passed out his cards to friends and family. It seems to us that Dickerson & Nieman have an excellent training and mentoring program.
