I was happy to have Malachi as my agent. He always responded to my messages pretty quick, also able to get me the showings scheduled I had asked for. Darlene was extremely fast any time I called her! even late at night when all my demons about selling this place came round to haunt me. She walked me thru the complicated process of listing and selling mother's house for her estate. She was quite knowledgeable with every single aspect from listing to dealing with goofy buyers. She managed to guide me thru all my meltdowns, she is better than my shrink! Not one single time did she ever make me feel I was bothersome to her. She made me feel a deep trust (and I have massive trust issues anyway) and I felt I could trust her with every problem I had. She always had the right answer for me! Your company should be very proud of this amazing lady!! I feel my life is so much better since meeting her. We worked with Ray Young, He's on top of his game. We called with 4 homes to look at and within a hour he had our appointments set in stone. We went with a new construction home. So every time we had questions about the home he responded with quick answers. Very knowledgeable about the industry. Everything went smooth as can be. I just picked Brittany out of the blue. She had good ratings/ reviews on her realtor website. I went with Dickerson because they were local. I dont live in Rockford so it was difficult to get a credible referral. It was my good fortune to find her. I had an estate/ trust to liquidate and the property was vacant for some time. It took some clean up work which she helped arrange and we even hit some snags with the deeding of the property, but it all got worked out with a little help from Brittany and the lawyer she referred us to. Britanny is knowledgeable and aggressive. She got it done.

This is our first investment rental purchase and we are located out of state. Mercedes is very knowledgable in what to look for when making this type of home purchase. We could not have found this property and received an acceptance on our offer as quickly as we did had it not been for her guidance and expertise. What do you do when you are tasked with settling the estate of your mother, if real estate property is involved - Hire an experienced, caring 'Professional!' Even if it is a 'seller's market' and you think you can sell a property yourself, don't do it. Vickie's knowledge and personable professionalism impressed us from our very first meeting with her. Her years and years of experience was most helpful for pricing and marketing our property. As first time home buyers we were practically in the dark about how to proceed through the process of purchasing a home, especially in a market as fast paced and tumultuous as the one we’ve had the past couple of years.
