Brittany recently helped me and my wife sell our old home while buying a new home. This was our first experience doing both of these things at the same time. To say this was a challenge would be an understatement, but Brittany made it as easy and stress free as humanly possibly. She is incredibly organized and made sure that all of our tasks, not only those that were our responsibility but also those of the buyers/sellers, were completed in a timely manner. She is very well connected in the area and always had a great recommendation for anything needing to be done, from inspections to repairs and beyond. Buying our home went as smoothly as one could hope. Selling our home was certainly more problematic, not at all to the discredit of Brittany. I would hate to even think where we might be without her tireless pursuit to find the right buyers for our home. Even after we had she never left our side, ensuring that our best interests were always being protected. We are so excited to finally be in our “forever home”, but if we are ever in need of a realtor again Brittany would be our first call. Deborah Laudicina is more than just an great realtor, she is an amazing person that ensures her clients are well informed, educated on the process, attended to promptly when requests and needs are brought forward, but most importantly that everyone is 100% satisfied and comfortable.
