Spoke to Natalie a few months back that I may be interested to put my house on the market just to see what it was worth. At the time of that initial visit, she did not think I would be able to get that dollar amount I wanted after selling so she told me that she would let me know when this would change. To my surprise, I was contacted by her about a month ago and she told me the time appears to be now with how the market was leaning. I'm going to be honest, I fully trusted that Natalie knew her job and would represent me to her best ability. Because I had confidence in her, I just followed her instructions to a T and I'm glad I did. She kept in close contact with me and my son thru the whole process and even after the transaction was complete. I could not have been happier with this experience and if anyone asks me for a referral, Natalie is my girl. She is very knowledgable and knows what she is doing. If she didn't know, she did research it and followed up in a timely manner. The house sold in 7 days and the whole process took only aroung 30 days. The terms of the contract seemed to be all in my favor which is not how things in my life typically go.

Our experience with Susan Heggemeier was nothing short of incredible. We were moving from Texas, and with the market the way it is, could never come in person in time to see any of the houses in our price range. Susan listened to everything we were saying, watched constantly for houses that could fit, and meticulously took us to every one of those houses with her IPad so we could “see” them. She worked at all hours to write contracts and negotiations and kept us in all the loops. I don’t think we would have gotten a house without her. And added to that, she has the kindest heart of all.

When we decided to sell our house we found a local realtor in Amboy IL. We listed with them and two months later still no movement and we were doing most of the work. Then I was introduced to Patti Roman and she came to our home to meet with us. She suggested making it more "move in" ready so painting a few things and fixing a back screen door. We thought they were great idea also. Since we lived in Tennessee already, she found people for us to get the work done. She was very professional and took great pictures of our home. She then listed our home and within 24 hours we had TWO offers!!! I could not believe it. I highly recommend using her she does know what people are looking for and she is great at her job. She did negotiate and above asking price.

Deb was an absolute ROCKSTAR! We had heard horror stories about the market today and that it would be impossible to find a home in our budget. Our first day of house hunting we looked at three homes. The first two homes we were not crazy about and found so many flaws. The third home we looked at we knew would be our forever home! Brittany was so amazing! She has helped my husband and I for over a year now and we absolutely love her. When I first reached out she took me to 4 different showing that same day. After 3 denied offers we finally got accepted and into our home! Brittany is knowledgeable about so many different things, she checks the furnace, ac unit, windows, doors, water heater, roof, checks for water damage, ect. If the place looked bad from the outside she flat out told me what she thought was wrong with it and if we still wanted to see the home. She also took into consideration what my family needed in a home and was always up front and honest about if a certain home would or wouldn’t work for us. She also made sure that we were getting the best deal possible and would help us come up with a good offer if we were unsure of what to offer. She also put me into contact with several different people for our home inspection. She has spent so much time trying to find my family a home and is always available either over the phone or text message.
