So very grateful to have worked with Becky. My mom relocated out of state to be closer to our family and we needed to sell her house. Becky was sympathetic to all the life changes for my mom and was very accommodating to our needs. Becky was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She came prepared when viewing the house, had market comparisons in the area and contracts ready. We were able to get the house listed and it sold quickly. She also had recommendations for hiring additional help with preparing the house to go on the market. Becky kept us informed on everything and was able to ease our anxiety on an out of state sale. Becky was wonderful to work with, thorough,informative and very competent. We would highly recommend Becky and Dickerson Neiman Realtors.

We had so much trouble with someone helping my husband and I, until we met Mrs.Felicia Esmond! She was so friendly but more importantly she made sure we didn’t walk away disappointed. Ellen was amazing from our first contact with her through purchase and beyond. She suggested properties and showed us everything we thought we might be interested in. She made sure that she got us scheduled as quickly as possible and helped us refine what we were looking for and where we were looking. She was professional and patient. She was knowledgeable when we made an offer, talking us through the details we didn’t understand. She made sure we were comfortable with our offers and informed about the process and what to expect next. She was great during our final negotiations and kept track that all the details had been completed as agreed between buyer and seller. We have reached out to Ellen since closing on our new home with a couple of questions. She has responded quickly and helped us navigate a new home in a community that is new to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Lynsey was VERY responsive. She has a very fast turnaround time and takes care of tasks in a very timely manner. She is definitely knowledgeable on the area and I trust her experience in all realty matters. She can definitely negotiate because as both a buyer and a seller, I have gotten wonderful deals with her help. I have dealt with a multitude of subpar realtors in my lifetime, and Lynsey is the complete opposite of the lazy or incompetent realtors that I dealt with in the past. Lynsey had a lot of experience and knows everything! If by chance she doesn't know something, she knows who to contact to find out fast and accurately what the answer is. She finds solutions to all problems. She will help to facilitate a sale in everyway she can. I have had Lynsey's help with both selling and purchasing a home. I felt she was on my side both times, and she helped me get very good deals on both sides of the table. Finally, she is very kind and personable. Even though she knows so much she is not a "know it all" and has a very positive attitude at all stages of a sale. I will definitely use her in the future for all of my home sales or purchases!
