I would highly recommend Vicki. She was very thorough and helpful as we looked for our new home. We were relocating from out-of-state and she was always available to answer any questions we had. We really enjoyed having Vicki as our agent.

Our initial contact with Noah was by long distance over the phone. With all of the customers he must have, he had no problem remembering our family he met previously. I knew then he had a good memory & was sharp. His knowledge of the area, mixed with our needs/expectations, helped him in showing the best homes in the best neighborhoods for us. I never knew about “food desserts” until he explained why we wouldn’t want to live in one. He saved us a lot of time & effort. We never were made to wait on anything during the process of buying a house in a new town. He negotiated in our behalf a fair & reasonable offer, always rooting for us. Noah is our first friend in Rockford. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation.

The first person we bought a home from years ago was not with this company and I wish I had turned around and walked away. The lady showed up drunk to showings and made us sign our final paperwork in her house during a busy garage sale, she pressured us into buying a house we paid too much for that ended up falling apart. If I had known people like Emilie at D&N existed in the world I wouldn’t have given that lady a second thought! The minute Emilie pulled up to meet my wife and I with a huge welcoming smile, we knew we would have a completely different experience from the first time. She is incredibly friendly with a great sense of humor but she’s no pushover! This woman will get a miracle DONE. She never stopped fighting for our dream home even though we went into this ready to settle for less, as we don’t have much money and our credit was not stellar. Yet here I am a month later waking up in my dream home for the fraction of the price we paid for the first one! And this time it isn’t falling apart! I can’t describe to you how easy and fun she made this process for us. She helped us with honest suggestions, what to look for, what NOT to look for, last minute showings we presented to her when things came up on Zillow, the list goes on — not to mention her navigating us through a very frustrating process with the mortgage company and the stubborn seller. I cannot thank her enough for what she’s done for me and my family, after a rough few years it’s just nice to finally get a win. If you’re looking for a home, even if you aren’t feeling too optimistic about the market out there right now or your budget, go see Emilie at D&N immediately to see what she can do for you. 3 weeks ago I closed on my new to me property and Heather was absolutely great to have as my realtor for every step along the way. I know I wasn’t her only client through out the process from start to finish but you woulda never known because she was always quick to respond, always willing to meet if I needed too, would call me to explain something if I didn’t understand through text. She went above and beyond my expectations with her patience. Home buying isn’t something you do often and if it was she would get my business for sure. Brittany was wonderful! She kept me informed every step along the way. Sold the house in 16 days with all her knowledge of listing the house online and open houses. She has lived in the area all her life and graduated with my daughter at Hononegah High School. Brittany knows the local area. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home. My wife and I were looking to buy our first home. At first, we used Zillow and one of their local agents. The first agent was good to us and each time we found a house we liked on Zillow we would contact him and he would show us the house. We found a house we loved, contacted him, had him put in an offer for us, and unfortunately (at the time) the sellers chose another offer. Although we liked that real estate agent, we felt like he didn’t “fight for us” or do everything he could to help me and my family find a home.
