I can officially say that working with Heather Manis was an impressive, professional and easy experience, going through the process of buying and selling a house and purchasing a condo. She answered all our questions in a timely manner and was very fast to get us in touch with other professionals needed to get the process going. She even helped us clean up when we were pressed for time, staging for photos. She is very helpful, understanding, knowledgable in her field; also, she has great working relationships with other professionals in the city - and is very respected, which proves that she is good at her job. We absolutely loved working with Heather! She is so organized, efficient, quick to respond to any and all questions, makes great recommendations on everything related to both home sales and purchases (e.g. handymen, trades people, etc.), offers helpful advice and thorough explanation whenever needed. Frank is the ultimate professional! Always helpful, encouraging, informative, answered every phone call, extremely patient, went out of his way to show us every house we wanted to see, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us in a huge decision. His assistant was so helpful when Frank was in a meeting & my recommendation could not be any stronger that he is the very best in the entire area! I have worked with other people in Rockford that left me very disappointed!

Brad was always helpful but never pushy. Had a plethora of knowledge to draw upon and always felt like he had my best interest in mind. Would undoubtably call on him again.

Felicia was amazing! She keep me updated at all times and was always quick to answer my questions. She even got me in contact with a bank to get me some down payment assistance! She really made my first time buying a house amazing! She went above and beyond and if I were to ever buy another house in the area I would go with her! She always put me first!

We are so happy with the service we recieved and Brittany was so helpful with getting our first home. My husband and I had been searching for a home since we are beginning a family and needed a bigger home. Brittany was thankfully so persistent with a seller and helped us land our home now and we are very grateful for her! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Alli came by and viewed our home. Very friendly and informative. She gave us tips on what was needed to present our home for sale. Priced our home competitively, listed in quickly, open house that weekend and had it sold that following week. Alli guided us through the whole process and was available for any questions at anytime mornings or evenings. Alli always responded quickly (almost instantly)! Alli will be recommended by me and used by me again if the time arises. Couldn’t be happier in choosing her as our realtor!!

I can't describe enough the positive experience we had with Brittany--in fact, I think it's purely because of Brittany that we are in the home of our dreams. It took us several months to be ready to relocate and sell our old home, but Brittany was patient and still took us to homes we were interested in so that we could get a good feel of availability, pricing, and what was possible. Because of this, Brittany had SUCH a good idea of what we were looking for, that a new house became available (our now home!) and we didn't immediately schedule to look at it, she actually viewed it herself and sent me updates on the house, just as an FYI for us--I hadn't asked for the updates. In the most encouraging way, it's because of her diligence and understanding of exactly what we were looking for that we were able to move quickly when she reported back about all of our top priorities in this home that weren't necessarily visible in the listing photos. I could go on and on, but I can't help emphasize the care, compassion, diligence, knowledge, responsiveness, professionality, and kindness that Brittany put forth with every interaction and task for the months-long duration of our purchase (and contingent sale out of state!). All of this made us know that working with Brittany was the single best decision made in our move to Illinois. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts!

We bought and sold with Alaina and I'm not sure which one I'm more impressed with! We had to sell quickly and she held up with our fast pace. We sold for more than asking with all my requirements met. We had a complicated closing situation being out of state and Alaina was on the ball communicating with all sides. Wish we could copy/paste her everywhere we go!

Gaby was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to any questions we had throughout our selling and purchasing journey. She was very thorough and knowledgeable about the process and what to expect. She was able to get an offer for our home above asking price before it officially listed.
