Leslie is hands down the best realtor we could have ever had the pleasure of working with. As first time home buyers we were practically in the dark about how to proceed through the process of purchasing a home, especially in a market as fast paced and tumultuous as the one we’ve had the past couple of years. She provided constant reassurance for any and all worries we had about finding a home as well as answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. She has a lot of personal history with knowing what to look for as far as stability, durability, functionality, and value in a home and helped us make the most educated decisions we could. If there was ever something she didn’t have an answer for, she stopped at nothing to make sure she got one for us. She also guided us in finding our wonderful lender who was able to do more for us than other lenders we worked with. She made sure we never settled for less than what we deserved, helped us craft competitive yet comfortable offers, and advocated for us in negotiations. She made us feel comfortable and well taken care of in a market that tended to make you feel uneasy and at times defeated. Without her we wouldn’t have a home, let alone one we love! Deborah sold a neighbor's house. He told us if we wanted to sell house, Deborah would get it done. He was right! Great at keeping in touch, and she knows her stuff. She told us what we needed to do and what we didn't need to do. Always upbeat and encouraging. We are so glad we met Deborah. We have given her card to several people looking to buy or sell! She's was our Rockstar Realtor, but now she's a friend!

My experience wasn’t necessarily with Dickerson as it was with Seaver. My soon to be wife was totally against having a realtor. I begged her to just meet with him and she was rude at first. She felt the market was hot and we could do things ourselves, as a few of our friends had done. I knew with how busy I was I did not want any part of that. As we progressed, I kept Seaver in the loop as he held me accountable. As I waited patiently for what I wanted, Seaver messaged me at 10pm advising of a private sale. The next day we were the first to see and and the first to offer, to which the seller accepted. As we continued, the seller did not like the appraised value nor our offer following. Seaver encouraged us and even went as far as meeting with her on his anniversary. The seller still declined and Seaver called with the bad news. We were upset and willing to go the extra mile for the house to put in an over value offer to which we were instructed not to follow through with. Seaver told us very bluntly that it was not worth it. He later called and told us of a house in a better location of where we were looking. I was enticed by this and told my wife. We later looked at the house and immediately fell in love! As a grown man, I try to hold everything in and I was so excited! I knew this is where I wanted to raise and cement my family, so we put in an offer right away. Seaver ensured this was the only offer. We later closed on that house and I still can’t believe I walk into these doors. With all of this being said, Seaver is truly amazing. You really feel like he works only for you. I would call him anytime of day or night. I would call him stressed, pissed, upset, and emotional. Seaver ensured this was normal. Seaver even worked his way into my wife’s heart and included her with everything. Sever has gone as far as mowing our lawn and offing his help with moving. Sever works for you and is honest. Seaver is not just in this for himself, but truly wants to create a good reputation. Seaver is what every realtor should aspire to be. I could go on and on about how great he is, but you should really just reach out to him with Dickerson. Seaver is an experience and should be used by everyone.

Becky did a great job explaining her process for establishing proposed selling price, describing the sales process and preparing me for what to expect. When the time came to list the house it went very smoothly and offers were received immediately. Overall Becky did a great job and I would highly recommend her to others.
