Leslie did a phenomenal job with us. She was very knowledgeable with current home values and she easily explained the whole process to us. Leslie was always available and would respond immediately to texts and phone calls and she ALWAYS shows up on time. We couldn't ask for anything more in a realtor.

Kelsey was always quick to answer any questions that I had. She handled everything in a polite manner. For being a new person she answered all of my questions. I think she is a very sweet person and she will prosper well. Kelsey even took time out of her Friday night to present me with an offer. Great job Kelsey and thank you for getting my house sold so I could get to Florida!

This is the second house Vicki has listed for us and both sold first day on the market. She has a lot of knowledge, experience, and connections that made this a seamless transaction. She also edged our landscaping & brought us home cooked meals 3-4 times per week until we closed. We aren’t sure she does this for every client, but it did impress us. The process of buying a home can be overwhelming. My experience with Dickerson and Nieman was exceptional. My realtor Allie was professional and fun and so incredibly knowledgeable about the City that I would soon call home. She spent time answering my questions and always returned a text message promptly. She took care of us and I believe she always had our best interests in mind. Deborah Laudicina was referred to me by my cousin, who Deborah had help sell her house. My dad passed away in January of 2021 and after several months of procrastinating, I decided to sell his home. My cousin Juanita had put up a Facebook posting, praising Deborah for all her assistance in selling her house, and while visiting with Juanita, I asked her about Deborah. So I called Deborah and set up an appointment for her to come to my dads house and talk about selling.
