Joe was awesome to work with, he went to great lengths to make the recent sale of my rental house happen. From working around my and my tenants schedules to actually helping perform some minor repairs with me, Joe made me feel like his first priority through the entire selling process. His attention to detail and willingness to make sure I was comfortable during each step of the selling process was phenomenal. I will definitely be using his services again the next time I am looking to make a real estate transaction.

We are so happy that we selected Joe Eurek to buy a new home and sell our old home. We felt like Joe knew right away how special this was to us. This was our dream. We had waited for this moment for years, we put everything we had into making sure our home was ready for a sale. Joe took his time with us, he was patient and kind to us. He was the most understanding person you could ever work with. He stuck by us house after house after house until we found the perfect one. Joe is extremely knowledgeable in what he does and was able to guide us through the process of buying and selling. He never missed a beat when it came to advice on making offers and sympathized with us when we needed it. Buying and selling a home is not easy but Joe made it effortless for us. With Joe it was not a scary process. When we called about a listing we wanted to see, Joe would drop everything to get us there. Joe went the extra mile selling our home by having multiple pictures and a beautiful description setting the showings up for success. He had our home sold in less than 24 hours. His negotiation skills are unmatched and he knows what he is doing. He was able to get more for the sale of our home than we expected. Thank you for everything Joe. Becky, Was quick to respond and extremely helpful on my first interaction with her. Her knowledge of the specific house we wanted was stellar, and, she knew the neighborhood very well which was an added plus. Additionally, Becky treated us like family...rather than merely another Real Estate transaction. When the deal was done, she even went to the house we purchased and watered the flowers before we relocated from Florida. Who does that anymore? We are grateful to have met Becky and are sure that we will long be friends with her...and highly recommend her to other home seekers.

Brittany made our home hunting experience very smooth and enjoyable! She made herself completely available to us due to our limited time to house hunt as we were relocating from a different state. She knew what we were looking for in our next home. She was also very knowledgeable about the community and provided helpful referrals for utility companies, movers, etc. My husband and I give Brittany the highest of recommendations!

Our experience with Susan Heggemeier was nothing short of incredible. We were moving from Texas, and with the market the way it is, could never come in person in time to see any of the houses in our price range. Susan listened to everything we were saying, watched constantly for houses that could fit, and meticulously took us to every one of those houses with her IPad so we could “see” them. She worked at all hours to write contracts and negotiations and kept us in all the loops. I don’t think we would have gotten a house without her. And added to that, she has the kindest heart of all.

We have worked with Brad to sell 1 house and buy 2 over the last 2 years and he has been excellent. He was very patient with us during the 4-month selling process and the 8-month buying process. Prior to selling my house, I had a few bad experiences with realtors. Working with Ken, I had a really smooth experience. My house sold in 15 hours. Great offers, worked out til the end. Would highly recommend using Ken.
