Brittany was so amazing! She has helped my husband and I for over a year now and we absolutely love her. When I first reached out she took me to 4 different showing that same day. After 3 denied offers we finally got accepted and into our home! Brittany is knowledgeable about so many different things, she checks the furnace, ac unit, windows, doors, water heater, roof, checks for water damage, ect. If the place looked bad from the outside she flat out told me what she thought was wrong with it and if we still wanted to see the home. She also took into consideration what my family needed in a home and was always up front and honest about if a certain home would or wouldn’t work for us. She also made sure that we were getting the best deal possible and would help us come up with a good offer if we were unsure of what to offer. She also put me into contact with several different people for our home inspection. She has spent so much time trying to find my family a home and is always available either over the phone or text message. And even after we closed she still answers any questions my husband and I may have. I will forever use her as a realtor if needed and will recommend her to any and everyone. I was contacted by Felicia while browsing houses. She helped me by sending me homes I may be interested in and would always schedule showings very timely. She walked me through the home buying process and helped me understand all the steps. Whenever I found a house to bid she drew up the paperwork and made it very convenient for me to review and sign the documents.
