Spoke to Natalie a few months back that I may be interested to put my house on the market just to see what it was worth. At the time of that initial visit, she did not think I would be able to get that dollar amount I wanted after selling so she told me that she would let me know when this would change. To my surprise, I was contacted by her about a month ago and she told me the time appears to be now with how the market was leaning. I'm going to be honest, I fully trusted that Natalie knew her job and would represent me to her best ability. Because I had confidence in her, I just followed her instructions to a T and I'm glad I did. She kept in close contact with me and my son thru the whole process and even after the transaction was complete. I could not have been happier with this experience and if anyone asks me for a referral, Natalie is my girl. She is very knowledgable and knows what she is doing. If she didn't know, she did research it and followed up in a timely manner. The house sold in 7 days and the whole process took only aroung 30 days. The terms of the contract seemed to be all in my favor which is not how things in my life typically go.
