Coni is a very knowledgeable realtor. She explained the purchasing process so that I understood what was going on. She was patient while selecting the various houses that I wanted to visit. Working with Coni Johnson was a great experience ! From the onset, her knowledge was apparent. She made recommendations, and offered to help throughout the entire process in any way she could. This is the second house Vicki has listed for us and both sold first day on the market. She has a lot of knowledge, experience, and connections that made this a seamless transaction. She also edged our landscaping & brought us home cooked meals 3-4 times per week until we closed. We aren’t sure she does this for every client, but it did impress us. He knew the neighborhoods first of all. Was honest about the best and sketchiest places to be and what to look out for. Helped us balance that with price and quality of the home. Was incredibly patient with us as we struggled with the bank and all the extra odds and ends we didn't anticipate going in. Was happy to let us take a break and regroup when we needed to, was flexible with my own very odd schedule, and respectful to all of us involved from start to finish. He's definitely deserving of all possible praise and got us into a home we love. Can't really ask for more!

The process of buying a home can be overwhelming. My experience with Dickerson and Nieman was exceptional. My realtor Allie was professional and fun and so incredibly knowledgeable about the City that I would soon call home. She spent time answering my questions and always returned a text message promptly. She took care of us and I believe she always had our best interests in mind. I would recommend highly recommend them but most importantly I also have made a wonderful friend!

Gaby was very good at getting me viewings right away. She was on top of everything, organized, and always responsive. Most of all, I appreciated that Gaby was NOT pushy. She allowed me to look at a lot of places and didn't get discouraged if I didn't like them. She was connected to the mortgage broker, so she could reach them at a moment's notice. She was perfect. I would definitely hire Gaby again if I were ever in the market for another property.

Deborah Laudicina was referred to me by my cousin, who Deborah had help sell her house. My dad passed away in January of 2021 and after several months of procrastinating, I decided to sell his home. My cousin Juanita had put up a Facebook posting, praising Deborah for all her assistance in selling her house, and while visiting with Juanita, I asked her about Deborah. So I called Deborah and set up an appointment for her to come to my dads house and talk about selling. Deborah was very upfront and professional with all the information she shared about the real estate market at the time. After deciding to have Deborah be my real estate agent, there was frequent communication from her as to what was going on and/or going to happen in the near future. She stated that if I had any question/concern, I could call her any day or time. I never felt any apprehension about selling my dads house with Deborah in the captain's chair!!
