The process of buying a home can be overwhelming. My experience with Dickerson and Nieman was exceptional. My realtor Allie was professional and fun and so incredibly knowledgeable about the City that I would soon call home. She spent time answering my questions and always returned a text message promptly. She took care of us and I believe she always had our best interests in mind. I would recommend highly recommend them but most importantly I also have made a wonderful friend!

Dani is a dream to work with! She is sweet, kind, and has such a warmth to her demeanor. She is a hard working agent who got my husband and I our dream house. We made offers on other houses but we’re blessed enough to get the very best one. Dani is great at managing the process from start to finish and coached me through the process answering every single one of the millions of questions we asked. I am so glad we went with Danielle she rocks and got the job done! She’s a winner and a great closer!

I'm a 25 year old first time buyer so I was kinda scared to buy a house. Danielle was extremely helpful , quick in responding to all my questions and just one of the nicest people I've ever met . I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know trying to buy a house . I'll definitely be looking for her when If and when I buy a new house.

Leslie Winebaugh was a knowledgeable agent, that went over and beyond, to help us find a home for our daughter. Deborah went and beyond in every way! She knows the market well. Gave us tlgreat advice about what we needed to do and what not to do to get the best results. She treated us as if we were listing a million dollar property. She was always positive. Encouraging without being too pushy. Selling a house is very stressful and she talked me down off the ledge more than once. Deborah was our answer to prayer and Dickerson & Nieman is so lucky to have her. Deborah Laudicina was referred to me by my cousin, who Deborah had help sell her house. My dad passed away in January of 2021 and after several months of procrastinating, I decided to sell his home. My cousin Juanita had put up a Facebook posting, praising Deborah for all her assistance in selling her house, and while visiting with Juanita, I asked her about Deborah. So I called Deborah and set up an appointment for her to come to my dads house and talk about selling. Deborah was very upfront and professional with all the information she shared about the real estate market at the time. After deciding to have Deborah be my real estate agent, there was frequent communication from her as to what was going on and/or going to happen in the near future. She stated that if I had any question/concern, I could call her any day or time. I never felt any apprehension about selling my dads house with Deborah in the captain's chair!! My first experience with a previous realtor was horrific. But with Zach, everything was simple and easy! He did all the necessary paperwork and phone calls and made it simple for us. He helped me understand the process when I was completely clueless as this was our first home purchase. If/when we do eventually sell and look to buy our second home, Zach is definitely the man for us! 10/10 definitely recommend.
