Deborah went and beyond in every way! She knows the market well. Gave us tlgreat advice about what we needed to do and what not to do to get the best results. She treated us as if we were listing a million dollar property. She was always positive. Encouraging without being too pushy. Deborah Laudicina was referred to me by my cousin, who Deborah had help sell her house. My dad passed away in January of 2021 and after several months of procrastinating, I decided to sell his home. My cousin Juanita had put up a Facebook posting, praising Deborah for all her assistance in selling her house, and while visiting with Juanita, I asked her about Deborah. So I called Deborah and set up an appointment for her to come to my dads house and talk about selling. Deborah was very upfront and professional with all the information she shared about the real estate market at the time. Jane was wonderful. Her years of experience made the process of selling our home uncomplicated. This was our first time selling a home and we wanted to list our house for more than we thought it was worth. After she toured our home and put some numbers together she said our house was worth more than what we originally thought. Our home sold in less than 48 hours of being on the market. I think we had 13 offers. Jane was right there with us helping us understand the process of choosing the right buyer. We sold our home significantly above the asking price. Her responsiveness and years of experience in the real estate business made this possible for us. From the moment we met her we knew we made the right choice in choosing her for our agent. We loved her positive attitude and she was easy to get along with. We thought this was going to be a stressful time but it wasn't at all. My younger sister died suddenly, and my brother and I were the heirs to her "estate" -- of course, she didn't have a will, because she was a Folk Singer, and they're notorious for being "out of work" most of the time, and they don't have the luxury of long-term planning. I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The small, 1955-era house she left me was in our hometown of Rockford, Illinois. I know nobody there. What was I to do? My attorney told me that he would hook me up with "the best realtor in town." That sounded intimidating, but when Duey Hoff called me, he wasn't like that at all. He promised to walk me through the process, and he did -- from helping me set up cleaners and hauling trucks. He went to the house a few times as it emptied, made some suggestions to me, lifted my spirits, and kept me advised at every turn, on the phone, and in e-mail. In the six weeks I worked with Duey, I never had a moment when I felt that things were out of control. I never had to travel to supervise anything. We got the property ready by the due-date, and Mr. Hoff sold it the very first day it was shown, for the asking price! I almost wept. The peace of mind I felt was priceless.
