Joe was awesome. After losing a buyer for our home, he immediately put it back out and held an open house. Meanwhile the home we really wanted was also back on the market and he worked with that Dickerson agent to make sure that we would have a shot at it provided our home sold. It did and aside from a small glitch with purchase we are now happily in our new home. Joe went above and beyond to make sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. He was fabulous!

The estate sold within two days of listing. Every thing was so smooth and easy for us the sellers. Very informative about how the process works. Went into this prepared for the long haul,but went to the closing instead. Would highly recommend Kim to everyone.

Vicki Flanders did a wonderful job in assisting me purchase a condo/townhouse. Other family members have utilized Vicki in the past and now I know why. She was very responsive from Day 1. I was an out-of-town buyer and returned to the area only on specific days. Even on a short notice, Vicki was able to make all the viewings and the final walk through work for me. It is even more incredible that Vicki was on vacation for part of the time and made herself available when she should have been relaxing! Emails, phone calls and text messages (and there were many of them) were always promptly returned. Lastly, I relied on Vicki for her extensive knowledge as a realtor. I had several questions throughout the process. Vicki was always able to answer them and even provided her opinion when she felt I needed help. Being from out-of-town, she even assisted with a handy man, a painter, utilities, etc. Thank you Vicki for all you did and hopefully I'll see you around town!

Kim has always been honest and trustworthy throughout our years of buying and selling homes. She answers our questions truthfully and quickly. No pressure experience... When I first met Gail, it was to discuss my situation, as I was not sure I would need a realtor. Kat is an amazing, proactive and professional realtor to work with. I was buying my first home and I was very nervous and had so many questions. She was always helpful and responded so quickly! She even waited out in the cold, negative temperatures with me to show me a condo. If she didn’t know an answer to something, she would quickly find it and let me know. Kathleen Kline was professional, communicative, cooperative and very attentive to detail. The other party's representatives frequently did not follow through, so Kathleen's persistence in getting things done was invaluable. I live out of state, which made the selling process difficult. She was available by both phone and email, and took care of many of the details related to getting the property ready for listing.
