It has been about three weeks since I moved in and I wanted more of a feel before I reviewed. First off, with every question I had, Malachi was responsive in either his knowledge or the ability to find out that specific knowledge. I appreciated how fast he got back to me with email, Facebook message, or even a call. He also made sure to keep up with the local listings and get me a showing when I wanted. This made house hunting very easy. The house I settled on has a lot of work to do, but as he and I agreed it has great potential. I am excited about this opportunity and I thank Malachi from the bottom of my heart for helping me with my first home purchase. I will be a return customer to Dickerson & Nieman thanks to his friendly attitude and willingness to work with all parties for a fair deal. Malachi has set up a picture of how agents should be and I hope whomever I work with will have the attention to my needs I have received with this experience. Thank you.

Jamie Lamb was the most responsive realtor we've ever dealt with. She was communicating prior to 6am and as late as 9:30pm. With the speed at which decisions are being made in this hot market, this was important to us. We were very pleased with her assistance in selling our property.

Chuck may be a bit old school but old school is what it takes! We told Chuck we needed to sell fast - he sold it the first day of listing. Not only the first day but at top dollar. Then, when we had already moved out of state and the buyer, at the last minute wanted some touchups on the trip - guess what, Chuck is volunteering to go up the ladder with a brush! I'm sure that wasn't a pretty sight but then again, not everyone would go that extra mile. I'd recommend Chuck to anyone buying or especially selling. Chuck - THANKS!!!

Even though we had a short time with Jayne because we didn’t have a lot of searching to find the perfect house, we enjoyed our time with her. She has a great personality, knowledgeable, and full of energy. I also felt she looked out for our best interests when it came to finding the house. She didn’t waste any time to get the ball rolling either which I appreciated. She sent all the documents we needed to sign the day the decision was made and communicated with who she had to behind the scenes to get the deal done. She even went out of her way by coming to my work to pick up a check to make sure payments went where they had to go.
