Jane was wonderful. Her years of experience made the process of selling our home uncomplicated. This was our first time selling a home and we wanted to list our house for more than we thought it was worth. After she toured our home and put some numbers together she said our house was worth more than what we originally thought. Our home sold in less than 48 hours of being on the market. I think we had 13 offers. Jane was right there with us helping us understand the process of choosing the right buyer. We sold our home significantly above the asking price. Her responsiveness and years of experience in the real estate business made this possible for us. From the moment we met her we knew we made the right choice in choosing her for our agent. We loved her positive attitude and she was easy to get along with. We thought this was going to be a stressful time but it wasn't at all. She was there for us answering our questions and supporting us up to the closing (and after).

My younger sister died suddenly, and my brother and I were the heirs to her "estate" -- of course, she didn't have a will, because she was a Folk Singer, and they're notorious for being "out of work" most of the time, and they don't have the luxury of long-term planning. I live in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The small, 1955-era house she left me was in our hometown of Rockford, Illinois. I know nobody there. What was I to do? My attorney told me that he would hook me up with "the best realtor in town." That sounded intimidating, but when Duey Hoff called me, he wasn't like that at all. He promised to walk me through the process, and he did -- from helping me set up cleaners and hauling trucks. He went to the house a few times as it emptied, made some suggestions to me, lifted my spirits, and kept me advised at every turn, on the phone, and in e-mail. In the six weeks I worked with Duey, I never had a moment when I felt that things were out of control. I never had to travel to supervise anything. We got the property ready by the due-date, and Mr. Hoff sold it the very first day it was shown, for the asking price! I almost wept. The peace of mind I felt was priceless. Jane had a good understanding of the market that my home was valued at and did her homework on cost comparisons. Jane was always friendly and easy to work with. She was very responsive and always kept us informed on what was going on and what the next steps would be. She sold our house in leas than one day and was very helpful in letting us know what needed to be done to get us too dollar and a quick sale. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better!

Becky Thalhofer is the gold standard for realtors. A very smooth transaction and she is very good with details and follow up. Whenever my wife, Janne and I, had to follow up with our realtor in Sterling, IL because of things that needed to be done, we would always say, "Well, he's no Becky!"

My experience was awesome. Deborah is amazing. Real great to work with. If you like a realtor that’s in it for you and for what you want she is the one. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else in the future.

Lynsey was very knowledgeable about the market. She was there when I had any questions. She made me feel like I was her only client even though I know I was not. She really is the best.

Neal came to our rescue when my dad moved into a retirement community and we needed to sell his house. It was in the middle of COVID, my father wasn't able to leave his residence, I live out of state and my brother had to shoulder the burden. Neal stepped in and was BEYOND helpful. He took his time getting to know our family and our house during an emotional time. He advice about how to prepare our house to sell and gave us a realistic timeline and idea of what to expect throughout the process. He was very attentive and checked in with us on a regular basis. Not only did he have great suggestions for painters, dumpsters, etc - he was always more than willing to pitch in. When the house went on the market, he kept up us well informed and had excellent suggestions about pricing and negotiations. Our house closed within a month of listing it. Yipee for that, and yipee for Neal!

Alaina was so communicative with me, and she searched out for places that checked all the boxes we were looking for. She told us to have patience and that we’d find the perfect house in our time frame and we did. She knew what to look for and what questions to ask, and she’s not afraid to play hard ball to get her customers what they deserve. I would definitely recommend!

Sandy has been always been great to our family, my mom initially met her 15 years ago when they bought their first house. I knew there wasn’t anyone else I wanted to work with. I found that she was extremely knowledgeable and gave me logic based advice that was very helpful. Her knowledge and great work ethic made this process much less taxing on me than what I have heard from others’ experiences. Debra, is very experienced. She knows what a home buyer should ask and look at in the homes offered, as each home may have different things to consider. She was very available via phone or email. She also made excellent recommendations for vendors such as Home Inspectors. If she couldn't answer a question, she let you know, but also found the answer from other sources. The purchase of our home was a very enjoyable event.
