Mark, was on point when it came to selling our home. He made things easy, Mark is very professional from the first day right up to closing I would recommend Mark to anyone who needs a realtor.

We heartily commend and recommend Realtor Gaby Johnson, who helped us with our recent house search and purchase. We were not easy to help by any means. First, we did not know the area. Second, we did not know exactly what we wanted in a home, and third, due to work, distance (over 1000 miles away), and child care complications, it was only possible for one of us to do the on-location portion of the search at a time. Gaby accommodated our needs with skill. She took the time to acquaint us with the area remotely. By listening to our reactions to various properties, she gathered the listings that were most likely to meet our wants and desires. After one two day tour by one of us, we narrowed the search to three and then to two homes. A final tour narrowed the selection to one. We made a reasonable offer somewhat below the already reduced asking price, and we accepted a modestly higher counteroffer. The process continued through inspection, loan processing, final walk-through (done during the lockdown), and to some necessary post-closing tasks. Gaby led us through all of it smoothly. The result is that we have the home of our dreams and some extremely pleasant memories of the process. I should add that this is the most recent home purchase for me, but there have been many before it. This was by far the most difficult and the most pleasant. Other Realtors might have put up with us because that is the way they earn their livings, but Gaby seemed to enjoy working with us, perhaps because it was so challenging. She is a true professional, and we look forward to her help in the future if we find the need to move again.

Dana was honest and up front with us from the beginning and throughout the selling process. She was always available by email, phone and texting with prompt responses. She always provided us with good and bad showing feedback. Dana helped us sell our daughters house in a short amount of time with no issues.

Becky is a realtor that is extremely responsive and caring. She went above and beyond her duties, day and night and weekends. She was familiar with all aspects of the marketing and sale of this home. She was excellent in handling the entire transaction from beginning to closing. Her knowledge of the local market was very helpful in obtaining the best price. Thank you for a job well done!

We found her to be very knowledgeable about the Roscoe/Rockton area including schools, neighborhoods, and services we might need. And because of Jayne's connection with the community, we chose her to sell our home also. She gave us advice on listing our home and kept us informed during the entire process.

Had a house in the country to sell Wanted to rent an apartment in town Jayne sat down with my wife and myself, explained everything We moved into apartment June 3rd 2019 Did not have to have open houses while we lived there. Closed on sale of our country house July 29th 2019 no problems with anything
