Deborah is an AMAZING person. She has her clients best interest at heart. Very very knowledgeable about everything that goes on. She will reply to any questions immediately. When making a deal she has her clients best interest at heart. I would highly recommend her to do business with. Absolutely 100% a ROCKSTAR!!!!!!! We had our house listed for almost a year when we got a referral to Janye. She met with us ASAP. We were very happy with her knowledge of the area RE market and commitment to us as her client. She very strongly made her recommendations for improvements on our house. Then she stated her opinion how fast the house would have an offer after these improvements were completed. These were completely proven true. We had 3 offers within 2 weeks. Next, Jayne helped us with a bidding war and to get a fast closing. Needless to say we wished we had used Jayne from day 1!!! However, we are very happy to be over and done with our old house with Jayne’s assistance.

Best realtor I have EVER had! She was very responsive & jumped to get me in to view houses every single time I found one! She also went above and beyond found a house for me that was higher than my pre-approval but has lower taxes so she called up my broker to get me pre-approved before she would take me to view the house! She fell in love with this house for myself & my children. Could not ask for a better realtor! My mother will be using her to list & find her a new house! Best realtor ever!

My wife and I had listed with an out of the area agent when we first decided to sell our home which we learned was a mistake. After that contract expired we were introduced to Alaina by our banker, Rob Gillette of northwest bank in Rockford. Rob is a person we have come to trust and respect so we anticipated that anyone he would recommend would be a professional. We had not imagined what a gem Alaina would prove to be. From day one Alaina went above and beyond. To describe everything that she did for us would require me to write a more lengthy review than most would have time to read. I say that because I could literally write a book about what she did for us. From arranging to get repairs done, cleaning arranged, unwanted items removed from the house, recommending movers for us, calming my impatience, explaining real estate rules and laws to making us aware of market conditions she was present and effective! She treated us like we were related and the needs of our property like it was her own. She would not give up and would not let us reach that stage. Her confidence and never give up attitude was contagious. more contagious than COVID 19 because we caught it but not the virus.
