Becky kept in contact with me throughout the buying process, and spent a lot of time with me when I came into Rockford to look at properties. It is difficult to buy a house when you live 2000 miles away, but Becky always kept me focused, even though sometimes I had to wonder why I thought a particular house was great when on seeing it ( and after Becky told me) the house was clearly not great. Working out the details took some back and forth but Becky also remained upbeat and kept me in the loop as different proposals were made. At last all the documents were signed, and Becky even left me some essentials (toilet paper, etc) upon my arrival. I don't plan to move again (certainly not 2000 miles) but if I do move locally, I would go find Becky.

Becky Thalhofer did a great job seller our house and helping us purchase our dream house! She was able to quickly sell our house for what we were asking and help us navigate through difficult situations involving the purchase of the new house. Becky knows the market well. I highly recommend giving her a call for the sale or purchase of a house.

Thanks to our amazing and dedicated realtor Becky, we have now been at our first home for nearly 6 months now!! Wow, how time flies! Although time has flown by, we will always remember our experience with Becky as a great one! She was there every step of the way, and even when we decided to take a 6 months home-search break to improve our credit, she didn’t forget about us- not even one bit. She kept in contact, periodically sent us lender options for when the time was right, and didn’t pressure us in any way. If ever we had a question, she was there, hands down! She felt like family since day one. She was extremely transparent, patient, genuine, honest and funny. Our best interest was definitely her priority- you can just feel it! Oh, did we mention she was like an energizer bunny?!! She will get the job done- Fast! I’m not sure she even sleeps at night lol. We love you Becky! We will continue referring you to everyone we know and can’t want to do this again some time in the future when our kiddos are a lot older of course!

Noah Meyer recently helped my husband and I purchase our first home. Even though we gave Noah a pretty specific list of must-haves, he came through and found us a home that was in the school district we wanted, at a right price point and age/condition. My husband and I lived over 2 hours away at the time, but Noah was very flexible and able to show us homes when we were in town. He answered all of our questions and guided us smoothly through the process. He also offered help with finding a lender and an inspector who were very helpful. Noah is very knowledgeable about the area and easy to work with. We especially appreciate his character and background in construction. If we ever want to buy or sell a house again, Noah is the first person that we will call!

January was the second realtor we came across during our home search. I knew after our first showing that she was the realtor I wanted to work with. She took her time explaining each property, was honest with her opinions of the properties and how it matched with our needs and was open with any negatives that may be connected with the area or property itself. January made us feel comfortable and important. She took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for exactly. She took our needs seriously and made sure to keep in contact on almost a daily basis. Once we found our perfect home she would answer any and all of my questions in a timely manner. If she did not have an answer she would find someone who did and relay the information to me right away. The closing process was smooth and painless. She made sure to have our best interests at heart and gave us sound advice. She also went up and above and attended all inspections and walkthroughs to make sure we felt as comfortable as possible during each step of the process. She is truly a wonderful agent to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an agent. In my opinion, January exemplifies what I would expect from a realtor.

Christi was a great realtor. She helped us throughout the entire process as we had many requests and changes to our wishes. She identified a phenomenal house for us and we are so thankful for all of her help and hard work.

Jane went above and beyond, I believe, well above normal conditions in selling a house. We moved to Romeoville from Rockton so Jane had to call us to let us know what was being done to perfect a good sale. She was a champ from beginning to end. If any of our friends still in the Rockford area need a realtor we will refer Jane and Dickerson & Nieman.

Chris Oysti was very knowledgeable about any question I asked and always answered her phone either via text or call immediately. She put my interests first and assisted in any way she could for example getting me phone numbers and information for things I needed assistance with.

Christi Steines was terrific helping me to work through the purchase of my first home. She was very responsive whenever I had a question, often responding within an hour or less regardless of the time of day, and was patient as well with what were probably pretty amateur questions. From the very beginning, she was attentive to my wish list in a home and never tried to put pressure on me to make a decision or compromise on what I wanted, while also making sure I understood the realities of the market and what was appropriate for my particular situation. As the process continued, she was great at coordinating all of the different parties involved and following up when necessary. Overall, I cannot recommend her enough, especially if you are a first time buyer. As someone who was very apprehensive about my first home purchase, she made it as simple, transparent, and comfortable as possible.
