Vicki Flanders is a SUPER WONDER WOMAN realtor. With our move, my 92-year old father was leaving his farm which he has lived on since 1964 and his “newer” house which he built 21 years ago for his “bride”. He relished every bush, every tree, every addition to the property which he personally made. To leave all these memories was very hard for him. Vicki listed his house and found an instant buyer for him. With lots of preparation, we listed his home on a Tuesday morning and it was sold that evening. Vicki was personally present with every decision to be made, every request, every detail of the inspection and matters to be dealt with. She was very one-on-one with Dad which eased his anxiousness and helped mentally see himself in a new home. She had grace, understanding, a tenderness and compassion for my dad’s heart and emotions. Honestly, with any other agent, Dad could have balked at any moment and changed his mind despite the costs to him. Vicki was an agent that treated my dad like he was hers. That was priceless. And her apple pie ain’t bad. :-) Dad says it was as good as Mom’s (who also won a blue ribbon at the Boone County Fair just as Vicki has multiple times!) Since he cannot have Mom's pies since she fell asleep last year, he was VERY thankful to have Vicki's! His favorite pie for all of his life has been apple pie so he is very much a connoisseur of apple pie and he judged Vicki's as one of the best! Our transaction in buying a home was very up and down emotionally due to the stress from Sellers, but Vicki and her professionally calming way smoothed all out and we are now happy campers having moved on to "higher ground"! Deeply appreciative of Vicki's heart, time and involvement. She's the real deal. Would recommend her a thousand times to any one.

Tarina Frisella was always very responsive to all my questions and concerns. And I had a ton of them. Tarina is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know the answer she will find someone who does. She was professional and so friendly. Easy to work with. Tarina is such a hardworking. I would recommend her to everyone.

It was a pleasure working with Chris Oysti to sell our home in Belvidere. The property sold in less than a week of listing and closed in 35 days! Chris did an amazing job of marketing our property and providing guidance throughout the process. Anna was very helpful. I was not sure what I wanted and exactly the price range and she was so good about showing me places that were in a few different price ranges along with different styles of homes. She was great with the fact that I had no idea. She Was very knowledgeable on every house that she showed me she did her research and made sure that she knew the answers to questions that I would have. And when we didn’t know the answer to some thing she was very good about getting back to me right away. We had some difficulty with the house that I ended up buying and she was so good about keeping me informed on everything that was going on. And making sure that everything was going the way it was supposed to for closing with inspections and all other things! Not that I plan to buy a house again anytime soon but I will definitely be using Anna again! And telling everyone that I know about her!

Selling your home can be a stressful ordeal. Working with Zach Thompson from Dickerson and Nieman was the best decision we could have made. From the start he made the process so much easier for my wife and I. His knowledge of every question we had made us have the confidence that he would get us to where we wanted to be. Kathleen makes it very easy to ask questions and quick to provide answers. She made the process very easy. I really appreciated the sheet that broke down 3 possible prices that my home could sell for, deductions that have to be made thus giving you the profit from the sale of your home.

Finding the right home was a long process for me and Jaclyn Rotello and Mark Payne were with me every step of the way. I cannot thank either of them enough for their support and encouragement when I got frustrated.Their knowledge and prompt attention were key in me finding the right house.I'm the 4th person in my family to use them and there's a reason for it.I will be forever grateful for the kindness and respect they showed my 95 year old grandpa when it came time to sell his condo.They are both personal and professional and are wonderful representatives of your agency.

Mark, was on point when it came to selling our home. He made things easy, Mark is very professional from the first day right up to closing I would recommend Mark to anyone who needs a realtor.

We heartily commend and recommend Realtor Gaby Johnson, who helped us with our recent house search and purchase. We were not easy to help by any means. First, we did not know the area. Second, we did not know exactly what we wanted in a home, and third, due to work, distance (over 1000 miles away), and child care complications, it was only possible for one of us to do the on-location portion of the search at a time. Gaby accommodated our needs with skill. She took the time to acquaint us with the area remotely. By listening to our reactions to various properties, she gathered the listings that were most likely to meet our wants and desires. After one two day tour by one of us, we narrowed the search to three and then to two homes. A final tour narrowed the selection to one. We made a reasonable offer somewhat below the already reduced asking price, and we accepted a modestly higher counteroffer. The process continued through inspection, loan processing, final walk-through (done during the lockdown), and to some necessary post-closing tasks. Gaby led us through all of it smoothly. The result is that we have the home of our dreams and some extremely pleasant memories of the process. I should add that this is the most recent home purchase for me, but there have been many before it. This was by far the most difficult and the most pleasant. Other Realtors might have put up with us because that is the way they earn their livings, but Gaby seemed to enjoy working with us, perhaps because it was so challenging. She is a true professional, and we look forward to her help in the future if we find the need to move again.

Dana was honest and up front with us from the beginning and throughout the selling process. She was always available by email, phone and texting with prompt responses. She always provided us with good and bad showing feedback. Dana helped us sell our daughters house in a short amount of time with no issues.

Becky is a realtor that is extremely responsive and caring. She went above and beyond her duties, day and night and weekends. She was familiar with all aspects of the marketing and sale of this home.
