As any pet lover knows it is devastating when your four-legged companion passes and you feel like no one understands your pain or loss. However, the staff at Dreamland does. Their kindness and concern started when I made that first phone call that I needed them. They are genuine people. I have used them more than I would have liked to, but nothing ever changes with how professional and caring they are.

It was terribly sad losing my kitty Sammie. I had no idea who to call for help in having her cremated. When I found Dreamland I was so thankful to speak to Wade who was so compassionate and thoughtful about my loss. I will always miss her but I know she was well taken care of at Dreamland. Thank you so much for your understanding. She now has her new home in her little wooden box with her paw print on top near my side at home. Thank you for picking her up at my home, I could have never gotten her to you in my state of mind at her passing.

My experience was amazing. I am beyond grateful for Wade because he took the time to identify my baby Maxie. I chose late to have him individually cremated. I thought it was too late. Wade found him and was professional, empathetic, responsive, patient, and beyond helpful. I am so thankful for the services provided.

Dream Land has cremated 5 pets of mine. The first one was my very first pet so I was more than devastated. They came in the middle of the night and were as thoughtful and respectful as I could’ve imagined. They treated my pet with upmost respect and care. My vet was late coming to my house to put my next pet down. They waited very patiently and gave me all the tine I needed to say goodbye. I had just as great an experience with my next 3 pets...... and I am very lucky!

As a funeral director, I take it very serious the service that is provided after the death of a loved family member. Kevin’s team were respectful of our wishes, excellent in their communication and compassionate in their care. The love shown for our precious Bee was a very comforting feeling as we grieve the enormous hole in our hearts left behind by her passing. Thanks for treating her and us with a respect and dignity.

Dream Land took excellent care of my little dog’s remains. It was such a comfort to know that Winston was handled with respect, cremated separately and to receive both his ashes and mementos like a fur clipping and paw print. We brought our 17 year old chihuahua to Dream Land to be cremated as we’ve known the Marcy family for 20+ years. We knew everything would be handled properly and with compassion. Losing your pet is traumatic but Dream Land made the process simple. Thank you Kevin, Wade and staff.

Could not have been better. You responded On a Sunday night and the way my pet was handled was beyond what I could have hoped far. She was back to us quickly and again we were very pleased with the the service.

We lost our dear cat Casper suddenly, after a brief unexpected illness. East Paulding Animal Hospital offered cremation as an option, and set things in motion with Dream Land. We were contacted the next day and were assured that Casper would be handled individually, and his ashes would be returned to East Paulding Animal Hospital. Every step of the planning process was handled with respect, professionalism, and dignity. They took the time to discuss and answer any questions we had. We ordered extra paw prints, and they graciously included sufficient fur clippings for all of the children. We appreciate Dream Land helping us through this difficult process. Casper was returned to us in a few days, where he has been reunited with his family and his favorite stuffed animals. Thank you Dream Land for providing us with this closure.

They delivered my angel back to the vets office for me. In a pretty bag was her beautiful box, foot print, and a little of her fur I can keep forever. So thankful they made the process easy in such a difficult time.
