It's been a little over a week since Dream Land picked up the body of my beloved Walter aka "Wally". He was my faithful cat companion of 19 years. Micheal arrived shortly after the procedure was complete at my home and he was very heartfelt and sincere as he gently wrapped Wally's body and delivered him to Dream Land to be cremated. I first met Kevin and Jayne back in 2008 when they lovingly took care of Wally's best buddy "Herschel" who was a beautiful white Boxer mix. Kevin and crew are genuine people who care about their customers, their needs, and the emotions they are dealing with after their pet has passed. There was no doubt after the treatment I received after Herschel passed that I would be entrusting them again with my little pal Walter. Very grateful for these folks!

I lost my sweet Tizzy after 11 years. There is no other pet memorial center I would use except Dream Land. I have trusted Dream Land with three other pets, and always refer friends and family. The staff and owners are always compassionate, caring, and take the time to listen to my needs. Thank you Dream Land for being there for me during such a difficult time.

Very kind, caring and compassionate. I love the box we got our baby back in! It's beautiful! I wish the paw prints were a bit sturdier or maybe sealed is a better word.

I really appreciated Dream Land picking up my baby, Lily, at the vet, then returning her ashes to them for me to pickup. Not having to worry with every detail was a huge mental load off. I really appreciated the booklet included with the ashes - the section dealing with guilt, regret and self-blame really helped me deal with those very emotions i had after her passing. I know I was struggling to even process death without an anxiety attack. I got so much from the booklet to help me process and heal my heart without making myself crazy. It's a tough time when a furry-friend passes, but I am grateful Dream Land made it as easy and comforting as possible!

I am still suffering the lost of my best friend Curly after 151/2 years. I prayed he would just go to sleep when it was time but that didn't happen. I just wanted to keep hugging him but I couldn't and one of your ladies, Jessica, told me she would go hug him for me and that did help. He shouldn't be in a box he should still be with me but he isn't. Thanks to Jessica and I appreciate your services.

Just my perspective, I hate going in the sitting room, wish there was somewhere else to make the transaction.... a daylight area...windows to the outside.

During this difficult emotional time Dream land guided me to make the best choice for my dog. They were prompt and able to handle all the details of the situation. At the time of pick up, they showed empathy and discussed everything I needed to know. Dreamland respects the life and bereavement of our pets.

Mocha Latte, a chocolate lab, was my faithful friend for over 12 years. His health quickly deteriorated once his lifelong buddy passed prior to Christmas. The decision to euthanize him was not an easy one to make, but as all responsible pet owners know, it is one that has to be considered. Your most compassionate and knowledgeable staff made a most difficult situation totally stress free. All facets of your service were explained to me and more importantly, you treated my pet with dignity and love, and I thank you for that.

Dream Land is a wonderful Place. They called as soon as they picked up Thatcher from our Vet. Service was very quick. Thank you to the staff who took very good care of our pet. Very professional employees, they took time explaining and were flexible giving us all the time we needed.

Wade’s patience and sensitivity were greatly appreciated as I handled the loss of Squeaker, my 18 year old tabby companion. We were treated with dignity and respect in making the necessary arrangements. They were timely in returning him to me and the thoughtful accessories that accompanied the remains will live on as keepsakes of a life of laughs and friendship. RIP Big Squeaks

I have used Dreamland in the past for my deceased pets and will continue to do so in the future. I consider my pets to be members of my family, and I really appreciate the care they take with them. They are always so respectful and kind to me as well.

These people were very respectful and kind. Our dear friend was cremated by herself and then brought back to us in a beautiful box. We were grateful for their services. It was s really difficult time.

Our experience at Dream Lane Pet Memorial Center was outstanding. The attention to our feelings and the care to our dear dog, Annie Jenkins was just what we needed and more. They allowed us to bring Annie to them and attend the cremation. The box her ashes were placed in is beautiful and flawless. Followed through on everything we asked for. We highly recommend them Very nice facility, people were super nice and courteous; sympathetic, accommodating and follow through. Price was reasonable for all you got. Thank you for allowing our baby to come back home with us. We very much appreciate all you did through this process.

In the past year i have had 2 of my pets get cremated by y'all. It is such a painful thing to do as a pet owner but i am thankful that i got to use y'all. The whole process was amazing. Customer service are very attentive and caring. I wanted to thank y'all for everything y'all do.
