Kevin and his staff have helped my through the loss of four pets so far, a dog, two cats and a chinese water dragon. Each time, my beloved family member was treated with dignity and compassion, and my grief was eased by the caring treatment I received from each and every staff member. I have three elderly cats still at home and when their time comes, I will be taking them to Dream Land for their final journey.

Never a great experience to loose a member of the family, a four legged one, but Dream Land did a great job of making things easy and convenient for us. They met us on a Saturday morning, and kept Ben for us until the cremation. The director helped make things so easy and it was a pressure free process. Overall made the process easy and let us focus on preserving his memory. Thanks guys! I just recommended you to our neighbors. Great job.

Dream Land was very responsive and respectful when I called early one morning, after discovering our dog had died overnight. They arrived promptly at our home, when they said they would be there, and were very caring and compassionate. They performed the cremation in the time frame they promised and returned our dog's ashes to us in a beautiful box, along with a clay cast of her paw print, a lock of her fur, and a certificate - all of which gave us peace of mind that our dog was back home with us, where she belongs. Thank you, Dream Land, for making a hard situation easier and being there for us when we needed you.

Dreamland was the best part of a very bad day. We knew it was coming, but did not know when. After coming home after work to find our kitty was no longer with us, we called Dreamland. Matt was very professional, and met us in the pouring rain right at closing time. Even though it was the end of the day, Matt took the time to comfort us and help us make the final arrangements for our dearly departed kitty. This was a stressful event, and the people at Dreamland made it as best as it could be. Thank you Matt.

This is the first time one of our Westies has passed at home. Dreamland was very prompt in coming to pick up Buddy at our home. They were very professional and caring in their handling of Buddy. Their entire staff if very considerate and professional. I recommend them to everyone who is facing that most difficult time.

Losing our 12 year old dog was very hard but Dream Land Pet Memorial Center handled Bama with dignity and care. We are very pleased with their service and now have a wonderful bit of Bama forever.

It was unexpectedly and with great sadness that I had to make the difficult decision to let go of my 13 year old cat, Angel. It was the right thing to do but it is never easy. The process was made more bearable with the support and compassion of our vet, Dr. Stephanie Globerman, and her team, Ingrid, Julia, and Dina at Paws, Whiskers, and Claws. They highly recommended Dream Land as the last step in completing the journey of bringing Angel home for good. I am very grateful that they did. I contacted Matt and arranged for a same day cremation. He showed exceptional empathy, respect, and understanding in attending to the necessary final arrangements. Matt met us at the door with one of their dignified beds to put Angel in and led us to a private room, allowing us to spend as much time as we needed with her. He showed us the beautiful rosewood box that would be used for her ashes. Keepsake fur and whisker clippings as well as a ceramic paw print would be provided to me. Additionally I requested that ink paw prints be obtained for future use in crafting jewelry or other mementos. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Matt and Dream Land for all their kindness, comfort, and professionalism during this time of loss. I appreciated everything they did and want them to know that they made a big difference during a very difficult time. Angel was a sweet and gentle soul. I miss her loving presence very much. Now she is a real angel soaring on wings and watching over us!!

Our sweet 10 year old Princess passed away at home and it was so devastating to our family. I called Dreamland and they were very kind from the moment I made contact with them. They were able to give us time to say goodbye to our sweet girl and they came out to get her. The gentleman that came out was very nice and very respectful. They definitely made a very sad situation easier by handling everything for us. Their prices were very affordable. I highly recommend them to everyone that loses their fur babies. Dreamland is caring, providing empathetic, dignified, and efficient service. My cat died on a Sunday and a rep was at my home within an hour. This was my second experience with Dreamland. I highly recommend them.

I just wanted to thank everyone at Dreamland for being so warm and compassionate during such a difficult time. I know that my fur baby is being taken care of by people who truly care about animals and about me. When I called to make the arrangements the girl who answered the phone was so sweet and kind with her words, she told me I could call anytime if I needed to talk, that they are here for me during this difficult time. The man that came out to pick Zoe up was so nice, he told me he would sit there all afternoon if I needed more time with my girl, that he didn't want to rush me at all. I've used Dreamland three times now and each time is the same; kind, compassionate and caring people that I know will take care of my fur babies with the same dignity and love that you would expect. Even though this has been the hardest time of my life, knowing that my sweet girl was being handled by Dreamland was comforting.

The staff at Dream Land are not only very professional, but they exhibit a sincere heartfelt sympathy for your loss with, in addition to aleiviating the pressure of making final arrangements. They walk you through each and everything with detail. We have used Dreamland's services for three of our furbabies. Most recently after the loss of our 18 year old cat, Hershie. Each time we were very pleased with the service we received. It is very obvious they all love animals and understand our pets are family and the loss can be just as difficult as losing a human member of the family. I am very grateful this community has such a wonderful place as this to take care of our deceased pets.
