We knew the day was coming when we have to make some tough decisions for our Shih Tzu, Bubba, who has been our baby for 17 years. He had a long, healthy life but we were never ready to give him up. Our day came on 2/9/15 and we had already made the decision to have him cremated when the time came. I had been up all night holding him, comforting and crying my eyes out to know what was coming. I found a wonderful vet who agreed to come out to our house to put him down..he had always been afraid to go the vet office "shaking" before we would get there and then chasing him around the car to get him out...I could not take him to the office on this final day. Thank God we could do this at home peacefully with our family in a very private way. We mad the dreadful call for your services and we were treated with kindness, understanding and responsiveness. It was heart wrenching to say the least to let our dear fur baby go. We picked up his remains within two days and your staff greeted us with concern and offered comforting words at a very difficult time. Thank you for treating our Bubba with love and respect. We will use your services again when the time comes for our other angels.

Great Company and friendly staff. My 13 year old lab passed about late one evening and they meet us at their shop at 10pm, very sweet. They care for animals so much and its comforting to know that our furbabies are in such great care. Thanks for making it a smooth transition.

Dream Land treated our baby with the upmost respect. They were sensitive to us as they arrived to pick her up and answered any questions that we had as well as giving us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. When my husband picked her up from Dream Land the employee spent time talking with him and actually gave him time to tell her some stories about Raven and shared some of her own pet stories. All in all Dream Land was an amazing experience in a tough time for our family. The professionalism and the details are well worth it. We love that we have the keepsakes to remember her. Thank you!

We have used Dream Land over the years for the passing of our cats and absolutely love the service. We just recently have used them twice in Jan 2015. Our cat Oli passed away in her sleep. I called Dream Land the next day and Jan was very compassionate about our loss. She emailed me the form and Bruce came by shortly after to the house to pick her up. We talked for a bit and he was very gentle and wrapped her in a blanket. We asked for her to be delivered to our vet office instead of picking her up. About a week later, she was and Dream Land called to again give us condolences and inform us she was delivered. About a week and 1/2 ago we lost our FIV cat Perry to cancer. It was sudden turn of events. He was brought to the vet for blood work to determine the weight loss and ended up collapsing so was rushed to Cobb Emergency Vet Clinic. An x-ray gave the worst news, cancer through out his body. We lost Perry that day. I called Dream Land and explained the situation and the gentleman who answered was very compassionate and understanding. This was mid afternoon, and I asked for Perry to be picked up at the emergency clinic. He was picked up that same day and we received a phone call notifying us. Then again, asked for him to be delivered to our vet instead of picking up. About a week later he was and Dream Land called to notify us that he was delivered. We are always pleased with the compassion and professionalism of all the employees we have dealt with and the great communication provided from beginning to end of the service by all. Thanks Dream Land for helping us cope with the loss of each of our cats and keeping their memories in our hearts.

This was our first expierience with Dream Land Pet Memorial Center. When we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let our precious pet Peaches go, our vet gave us the information from Dream Land. Just a few calls left us with the reassurance Peaches would be handled with the utmost care. Peaches was a loyal family member just short of 18 years. When we picked her remains up and received the clippings of her coat and the cement paw print along with the Pet in a Locket poem, we felt she was coming home once again to stay. Thank you to the entire staff at Dream Land for making this experience comforting during a most difficult time.

My husband and I unexpectedly lost our 11.5 year old best friend/Doberman, Jasmine on 12/13/14. She had a UTI and was receiving antibiotics, but by the time the vet determined that she was on the wrong one, it was too late. We believe she went into kidney failure and consequently heart failure only hours after receiving the correct antibiotic. She passed away in her sleep, likely only moments after I left her and my husband found her when he got home from a late shift at work and went to tell her goodnight. We were both completely heartbroken. I did not know what to do so I called a very good friend of mine who went through something similar a few years ago. She recommended Sweet Dreams who then referred me to Dream Land. From the time the gentlemen arrived to take our baby girl, I felt that she would be treated with the respect that she so deserved. This has been the most tragic death in our family but was made a bit easier knowing that Jasmine was well taken care of while she was with us and also when she left us. Dream Land Pet Memorial Center was recommended by Dr. Best. I have always followed his referrals and never regretted it. The entire process was flawless. They give you the assurance that everything will be taken care of, and they deliver. My contact there was Jane, a very nice and compassionate lady. I picked up Monique's ashes today and even though I could not hold my tears, I knew she had been treated the best way possible, even after her passing. I received her paw's imprint and some locks of her fur. Monique was my beloved furry baby for almost 16 years and her not being physically here anymore has been really difficult for me. So, I would like to thank Dream Land, and specially Jane, for having helped me in such a difficult moment.

When my sweet boy, Dega, passed away, I was absolutely devastated. I knew that I wanted to take care of him even after he passed away, and therefore Dream Land was the choice for our family. Bruce Jenkins met us at Cobb Emergency and was extremely patient while I said my last goodbyes to my baby boy. I never felt rushed. The entire process was explained to me including the costs, turnaround time, etc. Bruce gave me the option of paying at a later date, but I wanted to handle everything right away. I decided on the Dignity package and was BLOWN AWAY by the beauty of the wooden box. I thought I would need to purchase a separate urn, but when I saw the box, it was absolutely beautiful. I ordered the paw prints and nose print (ceramic & ink) and I was so glad that I did! I decided to pick Dega up from Dream Land and they treated me with complete respect. Again, there was no rush to leave the facility, no pressure to purchase any other items. They helped me tremendously during such a difficult time. Thank you, Dream Land.

I will be forever grateful to Dream Land for all they did during and after the tragic loss of my Digger. The unexpected tragic accident and emergency surgery and 2 of the worse days ever couldn't save out little guy. When the vet called for us to come say our goodbyes I called Bruce Jenkins and he came immediately and waited in the lobby for us to spent time with Digger. He came in the room and comforted and talked to me and my daughters. Bruce answered all of our questions and put my mind at ease knowing Digger would be taking care of. He was our first pet, he was 14 years old. Digger passed the Friday before thanksgiving and it was very hard waiting to have him home till after the holiday, but I had some peace in knowing just how well he was being cared for. Picking him up on Monday was the hardest thing I've ever done. Dream Land was very concerned and compassionate for my feeling and my families loss and assured me that they are there for me should I just need to talk. I will most definitely recommend Dream Land and will always be grateful to them.

Dream Land Pet Memorial Center is very compassionate and considerate and made our VERY difficult time as easy as possible. This was our second time to use their service. The first was with a 17 year old fish. They made us feel like our fish was just as important as any other animal. Our recent visit was for our beloved 15 year old buddy ‘Lewis’. They once again took their time to explain everything and to answer all of my tough questions that naturally were the back of my mind. For example, “How do I know the ashes I get back are Lewis’?” and “Will he be in with other animals?” Every question was answered in a way that made me feel completely at ease and that both of my pets would be well respected. I cannot recommend them enough and will not hesitate to contact them again.

Our beloved Shyann who always had a smile on her face and bright eyes passed away on October 17, 2014. She will truly be missed by her mommy, daddy and her stepbrother Shadow. We found Dream Land 3 years ago when Shyann's her then stepbrother Snowy passed away. When I called to let them about Shyann, I knew they would take excellent care of her. Nobody ever wants to go through the pain of losing a family member. Last Monday was a dark day for us. Our boy Chester, a lab/shepherd mix, went home to heaven. As painful as that was, Dream Land Pet Memorial Center was the shining light to help us through it. From the gentleman (Mike) who received Chester, to the fantastic lady who gave his remains back to us. They are all absolutely wonderful. The compassion, dignity, and respect they gave to us and Chester will never be forgotten. They treated Chester with total respect and dignity, and the compassion they showed us was incredible. I never imagined it would be so difficult to let my precious Yorkie Colby go, but in my heart I knew it was the right thing for him. Dream Land was recommended by the animal hospital and a family friend. Kevin and his entire team made what was one of the most difficult times in my life a little easier. Each person I interacted with truly cared about my loss and did what they could to ease my pain. I called numerous times with questions and they were always willing to take time to provide guidance to me. Dreamland could not have been more kind to us during this difficult time. They picked up our dog quickly and let us know when they had her in their possession. The service was quick and very professional. They took good care of me when I came for pick up. The people at Dreamland obviously love animals and are truly understanding of the sadness and grief felt by pet owners. They were always nice and comforting on the phone and in person. After a very difficult decision to send our kids' first pet, Sugar, to Heaven because of her age, illness and the fact she no longer had any quality of life and was always in pain, Dreamland was and is very compassionate about their clients and treated me and Sugar with the kindness and respect we hope for when one loses a four-legged child. From the moment Michal arrived at our home, to the day I picked up my pets ashes I found Dreamland to be the right choice for me. Their staff could not have been more sensitive and caring to our family at time we needed it. The night Michael arrived in our home, was the night we lost our dog, who died suddenly of heart failure. It was so unexpected, and he showed true compassion and understanding. He allowed us and our other dogs to say goodbye in a very personal way, and understood our grief. The contact Dremland maintained with us showed that the caring did not stop, and the day we picked up the ashes was just as caring as that night. Thier staff could not have been more understanding. This is the second pet we have lost in three years that Dreamland helped us with, and when my last two dogs go, I will defintely use them again.

My pets are my four legged children. I very sadly lost two of my treasured girls 9 days apart, Pearl and Tinsel. My heart has been broken. I am so grateful that Dream Land understands the depth of a pet parents love and treats this bond with respect and dignity. My deepest gratitude!! Additionally, w the loss of my first girl, Pearl, it happened on the weekend. I was met at the facility w no additional charge on a Sunday. I found this to be the most kind gesture of all as we do not plan for these events to take place Mon-Fri. This was actually the deciding factor for me choosing Dream Land. Ever since my other Golden Retriever died 6 years ago and I had to bury her with the help of my son one night in the rain, I have worried about what I was going to do when my super-sized Golden, Tanner died. In his heyday, he weighed around 125 lbs. Too big to really handle and as large as a young human to bury. After Tanner died last week, we found Dream Land Pet Memorial Center. Had I known about them sooner, I would not have worried about his final resting arrangements the last 6 years. Dream Land Pet Memorial Center picked up my pet quickly at my house with respect and dignity. He was cremated individually (a big plus verses other group pet cremations) and I picked him up this week as scheduled. There were no hidden fees and his remains, container, paw print and fur clipping were all provided as promised in a comfortable and professional setting. On June 9th our beautiful Green Winged Macaw "GRACE" passed. Grace was 26 years old and this size bird has a life expectancy of around 75 years. Grace was a great communicator. Large birds have a mind of a three year old. We are devastated with the loss of our dear companion. She loved being outside with us in "her tree". Talking the entire time. One of Grace's favorite sayings was "do you want crackers and nuts" which meant she was ready to eat. She often called all of our other family members (pets) by name. Grace whispered when she first woke up. When asked what does the dog say Grace would respond in saying "woof woof". I could go on and on. Dream Land had helped us three years ago when Roxy (our 14 year old boxer) passed over the Rainbow Bridge. We were VERY moved with the care and respect that was shown for our deeply missed loved one. I am sure Grace is now with her. Kevin, Jane and Stephen obviously care for all pets that will be forever missed. At this time of great emotion, Dream Land was there for us...as I am sure they are for all they help thru this life changing event. From the first call speaking with Jane, I immediately heard in her voice the reaching out to me. When it was time to bring Grace to Dream Land....Jane, Kevin and Stephen were waiting for us. In a serene and quiet room, set for the last moments of our time with our beautiful companion Grace, we never felt hurried. We were never made to feel this was a business matter. The time at Dream Land with Jane, Kevin and Stephen showed my husband and myself we had no fear of how our girl would be loved and treated while in the hands of our friends at Dream Land. This is my 2nd experience with Dream Land and the same review applies. The last time was when one of my cats died in 2010, and the staff was just as caring and attentive this time (2014) with my 2nd cat as they were then: Reasonable/competitive prices, compassionate employees and thoughtful extras included with the cost of cremation. I wouldn't have patronized them again my experience hadn't been so exceptional the 1st time. Highly recommended.

We had to say goodbye to our almost 16-year old cat Herman (a name you could never forget). He died in our house where he was loved so much. We are thankful for that as he was outside and managed to make his way to our front porch. You read about cats wandering off to die but we truly believe he did everything he could to get to us so we could be with him. The gentleman who came to pick him up was so compassionate and caring. He handled Herman with such care. I met a different gentleman when I came to pick Herman up. He assured me he had been with him during the whole process. As I can imagine how hard it is to be with people crying, he was very attentive and caring as well. We are moving in a couple of months and we couldn't imagine leaving him behind, I'm so glad we found you. Thank you for helping us with a very difficult time in our life.
