I wrote a letter to all of you; in particular, Wesley, who was primarily the director who assisted me. Baxter, my German shepherd, was diagnosed with lupus in October 2015. With daily intervention and medication, it seemed he was making a bit of a comeback, but then cancer struck over the holidays. In just a week, he was deteriorating tremendously quick. I contacted Dream Land when he refused any further treatment. True to his personality, he took the lead, and he made this final decision for me. I can remember kneeling down in the kitchen of our home, begging him, "Please, Baxter, please do this for me." I was giving him a treatment for the tumor mixed into his food, but after just one dose that he did actually consume, he refused to cooperate the next morning. He backed away from me and his food. He didn't want to live the remainder of his life dependent upon daily medications with side effects that made him feel even more sick. He didn't live his life that way, and though, he did tolerate the lupus treatment and responded well, the cancer treatment wasn't something he was willing to do, at that point. I've been devastated by this loss. It came so quickly and without warning, and it came after, I'd had success treating the lupus. I was and still am heartbroken. But, Dream Land helped me through this process. They were respectful, kind and so generous with their time. They let me lead when I wanted to, and they guided me through some of the process when I needed that. I don't have any regrets about any of this loss other then to say, I wish so very much, it didn't have to happen so soon. However, knowing that I gave Baxter the honor he deserved with the help of Dream Land, has made it easier for me to sleep at night.

Our experience with Dream Land was a very positive experience after the loss of our dog Hershey. We are very grateful for the everything they did to make this time of sorrow a little easier for us. I would recommend to all pet owners.

I truly appreciated the promptness and professionalism of Dreamland Pet during the loss of my cat right after the Holidays. Losing a pet is a painful experience. We had Maizie in our lives for fifteen years. Even though she had cancer, we had put off preparing for her passing. We had heard about Dream Land Pet Memorial Center from a friend, but we didn't take the time to come in and make arrangements. When it was time, our sad event came on a weekend when most people are off. Not Dream Land. They were on the phone with us, helping us and providing us peace of mind. Even though we had not made arrangements first, they treated us so well and made sure we had everything we needed. The experience of losing our sweet Maizie hurt, but Dream Land helped us get through that first painful part!

Our Boston Terrier, Nelson, was terrified of going to the vet. He would shake uncontrollably almost the entire time. When he was diagnosed with a brain tumor, his poor head was bobbing & shaking & he could barely walk. We knew he was in pain, suffering & when we were faced with the idea of his passing, we knew we didn't want his last minutes on Earth spent in terror at vet's office. We wanted him to be as comfortable as possible & surrounded by his family -fur brother & sister as well. Dream Land is the most convenient & compassionate service to use, when you prefer an at-home pet passing. I have recommended them to everyone & will only use them when the time comes to say good-bye to our other fur babies.

Dream Land Pet Memorial Center has now laid to rest 3 of our beloved pets. We wouldn't think of using anyone else. Respectful & dignified come to mind as I think back on all our experiences with Dream Land. There's no doubt in my mind that the terrific service they provide goes along way in helping heal the wounds from losing a furry family member. Thank you Dream Land..

Dream Land was great. I was given a call shortly after my dog's passing and was assured that he would be handled with respect and dignity. It gave me a comforting feeling on such a terrible day. They went above and beyond what I expected and I appreciate their hard work. I was provided excellent service and would recommend them to anyone in need.

I knew from my past experience with Dreamland that I wanted you to take care of my beloved Max. Micheal was kind enough to wait in the waiting room of the vet office until Max passed and I had finished being with him. When I came to pick up Max's remains, Matt was very kind and listened to me talk about Max, his illness and his passing. I know Max was in good hands. Thanks for taking care of him.

When Buddy died on Saturday, we contacted Dream Land after hours. They responded quickly; and within an hour, they were at our house to pick up Buddy's body. Monday, we received a call that everything had been taken care of, and we could pick up his ashes at our convenience. All was professionally handled before and when I picked up Buddy's ashes in Acworth.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Dream Land. Everybody who helped my husband and me to get through the devastating experience of losing our beloved kitty, Fred, was wonderful! They treated him and his remains with all of the dignity and respect that would have been given to a human, and we were treated with complete kindness and empathy. Losing Fred was one of the saddest and most difficult things my husband and I have had to face, but Dream Land helped to make it much more bearable, and we will always be grateful to them. In a heartbeat, I would recommend them to anybody who has a pet.

Very nice and professional people. They took time to help me through this process and were very prompt.

Not knowing the right questions to ask or what direction to go in, I was immediately put at ease by the kindness that Matt showed to us.When the time came to make that phone call Matt came to our vets office and picked "Gumbo" and took care of everything. We were so impressed with the respect and compassion Matt gave to us and our pet. A few days later I went to pick up Gumbo and once again was so impressed with the concern for our family during this time of loss and sorrow. We are truly thankful for Dreamland and their staff. Dreamland was very good. They were very professional in taking our call and explaining everything thoroughly. They had several options available and gave us several choices. Dreamland definitely treated our loved pet as a true member of our family. Reed was very good at handling our loss and very courteous when he came to our home for transport. Matt was courteous on the call back, as was Aaron when we came into the office. Thanks to Dreamland who helped us in the time of our lost family pet.
