We just wanted to say THANK YOU to Dream Land Pet Memorial Center. We were not ready to say goodbye to our beautiful boy Chewy that day. We had to make the decision at the doctor’s office and they told us about Dream Land. The staff at the doctor’s office reviewed the paperwork with us and told us about the options that Dream Land offered before we spent our last moments with Chewy. The vet promised that Dream Land would take care of our sweet boy and would let us know when he would be home again. It was wonderful for someone else to take care of everything since our hearts were breaking. Dream Land Pet Memorial Center's staff provided outstanding service to our family and did take care of our Chewy. They came and picked him up from the doctor’s office for us. My husband spoke with the staff during the week and they told us not to worry about a thing and they would call when he was ready to come home. When we picked Chewy up we know what wonderful care he had received. The staff treated him like a true family member. His ashes were place in a beautiful wooden urn. We received a certificate of his passing, a beautiful ceramic paw print from his hand and keepsake fur clippings. Our family was truly blessed with all the support and care that was show to our loved boy Chewy by Dream Land.

I had a wonderful experience using Dream Land after losing my dog Lucy. Everyone I spoke with at Dream Land was so helpful during my grieving process and understanding of my heartbreak. It is comforting to see Lucy's remains in the beautiful urn I selected, and to know that she is always here with me, as she was in life for 13 years.

When I had to make the decision To let go of Logan Michael happen to be at the doctors office. It was a total blessing. Michael treated my sweet Boo with respect and gentleness. Michaels sweetness gave me assurance that Logan with be taken care of. My heart grieves for my sweet baby but thank you Dreamland for your precious care of my Logan

This is our third experience using DreamLand. You and your caring staff have been wonderful in helping us say goodbye to our dog, Cinnamon, our water dragon, Bazzy and now our 18-year-old cat, Snowball. We have several more pets at home and when the time comes to help them to the Rainbow Bridge, we will be calling Dream Land again.

Our experience recently with the passing of Max, our beloved black lab, was much like everyone describes. When Max started declining we knew we needed to move forward with Max going to heaven. I called as we were headed to the vet and they said they would be there. After he passed we were told by the vet staff that they were there. This was a very short time after I called them. He treated him with such respect. They had a bed that he was placed in and covered him up. At no time did he grab or throw him. We were able to stay while he was loaded into the car and taken away. This is a great company and the respect they will show your animals after death is the same respect you would show them. We will never use or recommend any other company for this service.

An evening, returning home from work, was just an odd event that night. Things that usually happen when we arrive home from work didn't happen, the aura about the home was just different. Strange even. Then I knew. Our beloved Maggie had recently been diagnosed as terminally ill, with about 6 months to a year to remain in our lives; to remain our dearest, sweetest Friend, and my Buddy. I found Maggie peacefully on her bed, passed on in her sleep. We were devastated thinking we still had some precious time with her. It was really similar to losing a family member...we were kind of lost for a couple of hours then realized we needed to begin arrangements. We always knew she would be cremated so I searched online, ran across a couple of crematories, and then I found Dreamland. What attracted me the most to their website was 24 hour service and specializing in individual cremations. We didn't want the ashes of others, just our Maggie. We made the after hour call and received a wonderfully compassionate person who would get in touch with the on call service person. And within 3 minutes, we received a call from another wonderfully compassionate person who completely understood our issue, assisted us with the decisions that we struggled with, and provided information that allowed us to better continue with this difficult process. The following day we carried Maggie to Dreamland where we met Stephen. Everyone we met through this experience, including Mr. Kevin Marcy (very brief meeting), has just been tremendous. However, I need to make a special mention and give accolades to Stephen. To Stephen: Thank you! Your compassion, gingerly expressions, and sincere facilitation of our situation, eased our hearts and settled our minds from losing our Maggie. From our experience, you are the perfect person for the job that you do! Because of you, we have recommended Dreamland to everyone we know who has pets. To Dreamland: Thank you as well. The most professional and warm experience that could be experienced in this situation. Our loss was made easier because of you and your staff. We know our Maggie is resting in peace.

Your service and kindness was much apprieciated following the recent death of our much loved Cinnabar. We wanted him to have the dignity he deserved. Thank you for being there.

Wonderful people, I lost two of my dogs on the same day. We had planned to say goodbye to our pet of 17 years but we were taken by surprised of our 4 year old dog with a sudden illness. My beloved babies died on the same day and everyone at Dreamland helped so much with the cost, their sympathy, kindness and understanding. Thank you all for helping ease our pain.

I had to tell you how comforting it was to have our beloved dog, Ginger taken care of by your facility. We were devastated by her unexpected passing and wanted her to be given the utmost respect in her death. Matthew came to our home after hours to pick her up, and was so kind and comforting to both my son and me. He assured us she would be well taken care of . When we met with the kind lady at Dreamland the day we received her remains and paw print, she was so kind and understanding talking to us about the loss of a pet that meant everything to us. It was the best experience we could have had under the circumstances. We felt we had "done the right thing" by Ginger putting her in your care. I cannot thank you enough. The Dreamland family always makes a difficult time easier to get through. Have used them several times in the past and would not consider using anyone else!

We recently lost our dog, Baby. She was the sweetest dog to ever live and we were completely wrecked. Dreamland truly eased our pain. Every person we dealt with at dreamland was so helpful and kind. The gentleman that came to pick up Baby was sympathetic and made the process as painless as possible. The director allowed us to pick up her remains from the crematory (separate location from the office) so that we could get her back right away. The gentleman at the crematory was wonderful too--kind and understanding and very respectful of Baby. At the showroom they had many beautiful memorial items to choose from and the man that helped us there was also fantastic. No matter what we asked for they met our requests without pause or question. My husband selected dreamland because they handle their pet business exactly like a human funeral home. We absolutely loved everyone we dealt with. I cannot express how much we appreciate their help through a very difficult situation. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Thank you for handling our pets with care and respect - We have used Dreamland on 3 occasions and been very pleased with the service and care we have received. Our pets are our furbabies and it is very comforting at a time of loss to have someone going the extra mile to ensure we and our pets are cared for properly.

We have used DreamLand for two of our pets. Both were great experiences. They understand how our animals are our babies and losing one is difficult to get through. They listened to us and were engaged with our pain and grief. Their services are impeccable and if you love your pets as much as we do, you will want them at your side.

Second time we have used the services of Dream Land Pet Memorial. Both times the personnel have been so compasionate and understanding of our loss. Yoshi, our malteese was the first to pass four years ago and now Luke, our daughter's yorkie. Both were second home adoptees and they were with us in their senior years. We were so blessed to have these little guys as part of our family and will always remember the happiness they brought. I cannot imagine dealing with people more kind and generous. I used another cremation service for many years, before I knew about Dream Land. I will never choose anyone else. I expect I will have Dream Land cremate me, too, when I leave this world.

I have used Dreamland three times now for my family and with a friend's family. I will use no other for my furry babies when it is their time to go. As a matter of fact, it is my wish, now that I know they have a "human side" of their business that I am taken there when it is my turn. You couldn't ask for a better experience with the most compassionate staff at such a tough time. The photo is just one of four babies (Gwen) we have trusted to Dreamland.

Being a Vietnam Veteran with PTSD the loss of my buddy Rocket was very traumatic. Stephen, with Dream Land Pet Memorial Center, helped me by explaining every step in their process of handling Rocket's remains. Although it will take a while for the void I feel to ease, I am very satisfied knowing Rocket was handled gracefully and independently and the remains I received are totally his. I am so grateful to everyone at Dream Land Memorial Center. My experience was truly such a blessing to me. The heartache of losing my Beloved "Allie'' of 14 yrs. was truly devastating for me. She was my Angel in a fur coat. It was painful to leave her with people that I didn't know, I was truly conflicted. Then I met Matt, and talked with Jane, and finally met Stephen and I have never felt so confident that I made the very best choice for both Allie and myself. And Michael..although we did not meet, Thank-you for taking care of my baby. Each of you went beyond being kind, caring and thoughtful. I trusted each of you and believed that you fully understood how much heartache I was in and how much my Beloved girl meant to me. I deeply, appreciated your comforting words and presence in my time of grief. My choice was the perfect one, bringing Allie's remains home was exactly what felt right for me, the gifts, the paw print will always be cherished. You have given me "peace" in a very difficult time. I have shared my experience with others already,and would not hesitate to share with anyone who is considering this as an option. My home was "missing" Allie's big personality for a few days.....but when I brought her remains in and had held her in my hands once again....I knew she was back home to stay.
