From the phone calls for reminders, to entering the door and everyone you meet, the people are 10 stars. Dr. Watt was very thorough in determining pain and giving just the right amount of medication to numb. I enjoyed his humor which helped with relaxation.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Olivia. She made sure that I was comfortable. She let me know what was going on during the procedure. My experience at Highland Endodontics was of the highest quality that one should imagine. All staff with whom I interacted were professional yet extremely personable. The procedure that was conducted was exact with explanations regarding each step that was necessary. The procedure was lengthy, but I was made comfortable during the entire time. I would highly recommended this group for any service that is provided.

I am highly sensitive to dental pain, and Dr. Cook was attentive to that throughout the entire root canal procedure. She and her assistant kept me informed of everything that was being done as the procedure progressed. Everyone I encountered at the clinic made me feel that they appreciated my being their patient.

I bit down on a brownie that ended up having large piece of glass in it. It severed one of my molars almost in half. I called Highland Endodontics at 2:40 on a Friday and they had me in at 3:30 for an emergency root canal. Dr. Ratcliff is super thorough and it was a 100% painless procedure. All staff was so nice! Highly recommend!!!

I went to the wrong office and was rushing to get to the correct one. Once arriving I never felt rushed, even though I knew they were trying to keep on schedule. The staff was friendly (at both locations) and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Hope I never have to go back, but would choose Highland again if I did!
