Dr. Cook is wonderful, thorough and extremely kind. She’s very sensitive to anxiety with dentists and always puts me at ease! Her assistant is also kind and reassuring!

Wow!!! Fast, efficient, and professionalism at its best! We were so impressed with the “fancy” equipment! The dental assistant we had was by far the best we’ve ever had. So knowledgeable, super nice and respectful . She was attentive to our needs and spent time answering our questions. Our experience gets the highest rating! Way to go, Highland Endo!!!

My experience was excellent! Of course I was very nervous since this was my first root canal. But every person I met was very friendly and reassuring. My dental assistant was very attentive and comforting. Dr.Ratcliff was wonderful, concerned, and provided an excellent quality of care. I relaxed when he started the procedure and realized I did not have to dread it!

Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to wait more than five minutes to be brought back. Procedure went smoothly and Dr. Cook and her assistant were very sweet and professional. They walked me through the process. This was my first time and they made me feel very comfortable. Very thorough with after treatment process, as well.

Omg. Where do I begin? A few years ago I had a root canal on 2 of my front teeth. After some time, my teeth turned gray due to the root canal. A year later I decided to get braces to correct my smile. A month prior to my braces being removed, I was determined to have my 2 front teeth as white as that could possibly be. I searched online for an endodontist nearby and I lucked up when I found Highland Endodontics. From my very first visit, the staff was amazing. When I met with Dr Cook for my evaluation, she told me what could be done and she assured me that I would be pleased with the results, if not after the first bleaching, but possibly the second. I didn’t know what to expect. The first visit was amazing. They even gave me a blanket to keep me warm since it was cold in the office. When I came back in a week for my follow up. We decided to go another week with more bleaching. The following week, I came back and I was Amazed with the results! Dr. Cook was exceptional. She exceeded my expectations, she was very friendly, professionals and very beautiful, by the way. I am so happy with my results. As of yesterday, my braces are off, and I am enjoying my Colgate smile. Thank you Dr. Cook and your amazing staff. I definitely recommend this office! If I ever need your services in the future. I would definitely be back.

I have had a few root canals done by other Dentists. I feel like my Doctor really took her time and made sure it was done right. If I ever need another one this is where I’m coming to for sure!

Beautiful facility. Easy to get to with plenty of parking space. Great front office staff which is sooo important. I have had Dr. Cook for more than one visit. She explains everything and is committed to a pain free procedure. She just has an uplifting personality on top of being a great endodontist. I really liked her assistants and it was nice to listen to the easy communication everyone had. Unlike with procedures of decades ago, I felt safe and knew I was their first concern. If you’re old and grew up fearing root canals, you can rest assured that Highland will be a totally different experience.

I enthusiastically recommend Highland Edodontics. Dr. Cook and her staff were unusually kind, caring, and concerned about my feelings as I was going through the experience. It was tough, but if I must ever do it again. I want these same people at my side.

Great experience at Highland Endodontics for a root canal. (Considering having to have this procedure) The staff, from walking through the front door, until leaving, were very friendly and caring. Dr. Ratcliff is a wonderful dr., very gentle and asked throughout the procedure if I was doing ok. His assistant was awesome too. I highly recommend Highland Endodontics.

I really appreciated Dr. Cook getting me in to be treated as a last minute Friday afternoon patient. Friendly staff. Comfortable office. Dr. Cook is great and I had no pain during my entire procedure.
