My experience at Highland Endodontics was pleasurable. The receptionist was welcoming, kind, and professional. Brittany, Dr. Cook’s assistant was comforting, attentive, and friendly. Dr. Olivia Cook made me feel like she and I were friends. She explained everything that happened in my procedure, step by step. She was kind, professional, and detailed. This was my first visit to Highland Endodontics, and everyone I encountered made me feel special. Thank you so much Dr. Cook and Brittany (not sure how you spell your name) for taking such good care of me. You were my “Guardian Angels” for today.

My visit was for a root canal and it was very painless and very comfortable.Dr Gartenberg and his staff were true professionals and made me feel very much at home. Thanks guys for a great dental experience.

My Dentist noticed I had a potential problem with an old root canal, and Highland Endodontics worked me in immediately, the same afternoon. Turns out, yes, the old root canal absolutely did need retreatment, which I was nervous about because I’ve never had something like that performed before. The whole staff, along with Dr. Cook, were all so warm and accommodating during a nerve-wracking, otherwise unpleasant experience. I found their services high quality and very reasonably priced. It’s nice to know they’re here in case I need work done in the future. Thanks so much. <3

This was one of the best experiences that I have ever had at a dentist office. Everybody was so nice and professional. The doctor did an outstanding job and she made me feel as if I was important. I would recommend this office to anybody who needs dental work done. I will be back if I have anymore dental needs.

They are the best I’ve ever seen! Customer service at the front desk is Awesome and Dr. David Ratcliff work is Top of The Line! I felt no pain during the procedure and I was comfortable with the assistants as well. I would recommend anyone to them!
