I appreciated Dr. Cook's sensituvity to what I was experiencing and for how she ans her assistant explained what was going to happen, why, and even the supplies they were using. I especially appreciated how she shared what I should expect to feel each step of the way. The experience was good for the procedure I was faced with. She even provided a phone # to reach her over the weekend if needed to. Thank you Dr. Cook and your assistant. You were both great.

From their first phone call to book my appointment to exiting the facility after root canal, my experience was absolutely fantastic. Everyone one was courteous and efficient. The quality of care Dr. Brailsford provided me was exceptional with a level of comfort that exceeded my expectations. Dr. Brailsford was very professional and very friendly. She had to clean the root canals that had about 3-decade old fillings with wires. That really took additional time and effort from Dr. Brailsford and was done at no additional cost. I am extremely satisfied with the procedure Dr. Brailsford performed. Nicely done indeed! I will always strongly recommend her without any reservations.

The staff was very friendly , caring and welcoming. I was really nervous before the procedure because I am very hard to numb up. The Endodonist assured me that I would not feel anything, and i definitely did not. I was at ease and comfortable during the entire procedure. This crew was easy and great to deal with. They listened to me and discussed my issues with me while explaining and comforting me in my state of pain and fear. They were time efficient and jolly on the spot. Due to the upcoming holiday expenses, they also had a way to easily finance my unplanned procedure. My dental insurance is not the best but helps and this office and group of specialists make it affordable and painless. Thank you to Dr. Gerrett (I believe that was his name) and His assistant Bennett. They were wonderful. Merry Christmas!!!

I just had a root canal by Dr. David Ratliff. The entire staff is very friendly and do their part to make your visit as pleasant as possible. It was easy to get a timely appointment.
