I best professional and friendly service that I have ever experienced as a new patient. I was running late for my appointment and when I arrived they waiting on me and my wait time was not long. I patient registration forms to fill out and when I started I was being called to the back and after my CT, X-ray and talking with Dr. Gerrets, he checked my tooth and let me finish my registration form before he began to work on my tooth. He did an amazing job. They are a great team. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Ratcliff and the staff at Highland Endodontics are wonderful! I had no discomfort with my first root canal and I except the same result with my second root canal. I never felt uncomfortable at anytime during my procedures. I highly recommend this office for your extensive dental procedures.

I was very pleased with my daughter’s visit to Highland Endodontics. We have been to both the Madison office and the Flowood office. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. My daughter gets very nervous about dental work but the assistant was so sweet and held her hand and it really made her feel better. I also love that they offer payment plans and give you all the information up front so you aren’t surprised when you get there. I would highly recommend Highland Endodontics to anyone!

Had severe tooth pain and was seen without an appointment about 4pm. on 1/23/24. (I am from Louisiana and was working in Jackson this week) Staff and Dr Brailsford were extremely pleasant and professional. Had my root canal done by 5:30pm. Feeling much better today. Really appreciate all they did for me on short notice and staying after hours. Thank you very much! Highly recommend!
