Highland Endodontics is awesome! I arrived nervous as all get-out and the receptionists were very calming and encouraging, which made me a little more comfortable. Once the physician’s assistant came out, she was awesome…comforting me all the way! The endodontist came in and continued the A-1 service by explaining to me exactly what was going to happen and what I would feel. He was spot-on! I would recommend Dr. Ratliff and his assistant ANY day! Thank you, Highland Endodontics, for everything! I highly recommend Dr. Ratliff and Highland Endodontics!!

I had a very good experience while there. Everyone was so pleasant and caring. Every step for my first root canal was explained to me before the procedure was started. I was asked several times if I was ok or having any discomfort. Very professional and caring staff.

I enjoy coming to highland endodontics. The staff is friendly, the facility is nice and clean, and they make you feel comfortable and at ease. We all know dental work is not the preferred choice of us all but it’s necessary and they do a great job of relaxing the tensions or anxieties you may feel. Dr. Cook does an amazing job and you honestly forget you’re in a dental chair. I recommend them to anyone who is seeking a great endodontist.

Excellent care The staff were very attentive. Dr Gerrets is an expert and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Definitely I highly recommend him and his professional staff .

Great experience two times in a row. Same friendly service, sort of a calming atmosphere every time. The confidence from the nice girl at the counter, the assistant to the doctor, and the doctor himself is reassuring each time I have been here. There is never any confusion, everyone seems extremely knowledgeable. Almost zero pain during both root canals, and the mouth props they use to keep your mouth open are a blessing. Thank you for the outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Awesome experience no pain in-and-out in one hour. I was sitting in the chair less than 24 hours. Called yesterday with excruciating tooth pain in the chair next morning at 8:00. Love Candace and Dr. COOK. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dr. Olivia Cook at Highland Endodontics is simply amazing! I recently had a root canal procedure done by her and it was an absolute breeze. From the moment I walked into the office, Dr. Cook and her assistant Madison made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were both very attentive and professional, taking the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions I had. During the procedure, I was amazed at how fast and efficient Dr. Cook was. I felt no pain whatsoever and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was done. The aftercare instructions were clear and concise, and I was on my way in no time. Dr Cook and Madison were very patient and so understanding. My son and I were both apprehensive about the procedure. They both went above and beyond to reassure my son and talk him through the procedure before they started and during the procedure. Even though this put then behind schedule and other patients were waiting, they both remained patient and caring and put us both at ease.
