The staff at this facility were nothing short of AMAZING. I took my 82 year old Mamma in for a root canal.From Erica who scheduled our appointment at the Madison office to Blakely the front office receptionist to Bennett the hygienist to Dr. Gartenburg himself I must say everyone treated us like with the utmost respect like family. Not to mention the Decor. Absolutely beautiful. Dr.Gartenburg was so incredibly gentle and very compassionate. I would HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone

I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve had one root canal before and I felt pressure when the procedure was being done. I did not feel a thing this time. The staff explained everything as it was happening. I will recommend this office to friends and family!

From the phone calls for reminders, to entering the door and everyone you meet, the people are 10 stars. Dr. Watt was very thorough in determining pain and giving just the right amount of medication to numb. I enjoyed his humor which helped with relaxation.

I am highly sensitive to dental pain, and Dr. Cook was attentive to that throughout the entire root canal procedure.
