Dr. Brailsford is the best! She and her staff made me feel so comfortable. I had a two part root canal - so had to be deadened twice. But the staff at Highland Endodontics made the experience as good as possible,

I bit down on a brownie that ended up having large piece of glass in it. It severed one of my molars almost in half. I called Highland Endodontics at 2:40 on a Friday and they had me in at 3:30 for an emergency root canal. Dr. Ratcliff is super thorough and it was a 100% painless procedure. All staff was so nice! Highly recommend!!!

I went to the wrong office and was rushing to get to the correct one. Once arriving I never felt rushed, even though I knew they were trying to keep on schedule. The staff was friendly (at both locations) and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Hope I never have to go back, but would choose Highland again if I did!

The staff are so kind and polite and explain everything to you as they go and are very accommodating to your schedule! I saw young Dr. Dillion and he's equality as talented as his Dad!!

I best professional and friendly service that I have ever experienced as a new patient. I was running late for my appointment and when I arrived they waiting on me and my wait time was not long. I patient registration forms to fill out and when I started I was being called to the back and after my CT, X-ray and talking with Dr. Gerrets, he checked my tooth and let me finish my registration form before he began to work on my tooth. He did an amazing job. They are a great team. I would recommend them to anyone.
