What a great experience. The staff was so professional & personable. Dr. Ratcliff went above doing my root canal ( which was painless) & fixed another problem that I didn't know was an issue. So glad they have an office here in Flowood. Will be using them again in the future.

The quality of care was excellent! The front desk was also very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and never felt rushed. Dr. Gerrets assistant was also very professional and very friendly, she took her time explaining the procedure to me, at no time did I ever feel rushed. Dr. Gerret was excellent and very friendly. He took his time and was very gentle throughout the procedure! After he was done he asked if I had any questions.they also had printed instructions for taking care of my tooth when he was done. Thanks Highland Endodontics!!! I’m very pleased with the whole process!!!

Extremely comfortable environment and welcoming staff informative and engaging the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I was feeling very anxious the night before for about the procedure. All for nothing I was well taken care of thanks everyone! ❤️

Wonderful experience. I didn't have to wait long and everyone was very nice. Dentist explained everything he was doing and I was out in record time. The pet show on the tv put me in a great mood too!

I had my first root canal and didn't know what to expect. My experience was amazing and everyone were so comforting and nice. It was a great experience!

Best team and staff. If you have to have a root canal it is the most comforting place to go.

Everyone was very nice and cared about my comfort. I was a little anxious about this root canal and Bethany and Dr Watts both made sure I was comfortable with how the procedure was performed. I would highly recommend Highland Endodontists.

My treatment options and costs were explained in detail, and I was given ample time to make a decision. The appointment was scheduled easily, and the text reminder also offered confirmation of date and time. Dr. Gartenburg explained the parts of the procedure as it progressed, and had good intuition of my needs. The equipment was new, as are the facilities. Overall great experience. I would recommend Highland Endodontics to everyone.

Getting a root canal first thing on a Monday morning is not my idea of fun but my experience at Highland Endodontics was nothing but positive! Dr. Gerrets and his staff are great.
