Very nice and professional. Making sure that I was comfortable. Especially the young Lady up front. Her name was kya. Attitude and personality Lovely. Ms Bennett took good care of me. The whole staff is wonderful. Dr. Ratcliff always wonderful.

I was referred to Dr David Ratcliff for a root canal and from the moment I walked in the door the staff was very caring and professional. I have had other root canals but by far this was the best experience. Dr Ratliff and his assistant made sure I was comfortable and free of pain. He and his staff are wonderful. 100% recommend

Very good experience. They worked me in because of the pain I was having. The staff was very friendly. They checked on my wellbeing many times. The doctor was kind, caring and took care of my problem! The best part was watching a documentary about pets that was playing in my room while the procedure was being done!

Everyone I encountered was friendly and accommodating…from the receptionist to the doctor. Dr Ratcliff and his assistant checked frequently to make sure I was comfortable and kept me abreast of the status of my procedure. I would highly recommend them.

I just had my first root canal and was so scared. I had heard stories of other people's experience and was not excited! The staff is awesome. The facility was great and the endodontist was superb. I felt no pain whatsoever. I would recommend this group to everyone I know!

Great experience the staff was very professional and friendly. Dr. Brailsford was very professional the procedure was performed without any issues. Any questions I had were answered right away. The procedure was explained in detail before starting. Everything was explained after the procedure what to expect. I would highly recommend this office and staff.

Wonderful with Dr Brown. Confusing with contact. Wrong information. Then confusion and mix up between myself and someone else. Records messed up. Dr Brown very nice about this and kind. It was unfortunate and certainly has nothing to do with her. Problem in the office and communications! Certainly needs some correction . Dr Brown very nice, comforting, and friendly. I felt no pain.

Dr. Cook is awesome. If I could give her 100 stars I would. She is extremely competent, patient and has great bedside manner. She explained everything, answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the procedure. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing a root canal. I felt zero pain and had a wonderful experience.
