Great everyone was very nice and clean and didn't try to rush us.very professional. I have been here before and at the flowood location as well .I see Dr Ratcliffe excellent and seems caring. My experience with Dr Cook and her dental assistant McKayla was the best and that’s coming from someone who has extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work !! I was relaxed and made feel very comfortable if I have any root canal’s in the future Highland Endodontics will be the place I go !! All of the staff are very friendly definitely a 5 star experience

No one likes a root canal but this was no big deal. I was very anxious about having a root canal but the dentist made sure I was comfortable and he finished in only 45 minutes. My nurse was so kind and professional and front desk lady was so sweet and efficient. I would definitely recommend the nitrous gas, it was well worth the extra $90. Overall a very well run practice with outstanding dentist and staff.

I appreciated Dr. Cook's sensituvity to what I was experiencing and for how she ans her assistant explained what was going to happen, why, and even the supplies they were using. I especially appreciated how she shared what I should expect to feel each step of the way. The experience was good for the procedure I was faced with. She even provided a phone # to reach her over the weekend if needed to. Thank you Dr. Cook and your assistant. You were both great.
