Excellent care in a clean, well kept facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Gerrets explained what my x-rays showed and what needed to be done very thoroughly. Then he and his assistant, Hailey, proceeded with the root canal which went smoothly. They kept me comfortable throughout the procedure. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a root canal.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful at both Madison and Flowood. The attending technician even brought a neck pillow which made the experience more comfortable. Dr Ratcliff also checked on my comfort and well-being during the procedure. I felt I was in competent hands.

The hospitality, quality of care, comfort in the waiting area and dental chair was SUPERB! You all are the BEST! Sage greeted me with that warm southern professional hospitality that quickly spread as Candace ( The Dental Assistant) escorted me to the dental chair where fear and anxiety quickly vanished as I was embraced with more warm greetings and thorough explanations about my dental encounter that put me at ease. Candace was at my side, she was my comforter as Dr. Cook (working like magic) did her job to make sure the process would be as painless as possible. I arrived apprehensive and in fear but I left feeling accomplished, happy, and with a SMILE. Looking forward to returning to this location and to this wonderful TEAM for my next dental procedure. YOU ARE THE GREATEST! Thank you!!!

From the 1st phone call, to the appointment each staff member was kind and courteous. Paige and Robin went above expectations to ensure all my needs were met and Dr. Ratcliff put more focus on the client and the care instead of the time it took for the procedure. As someone who is very afraid of dental work, my experience here was wonderful. Dr Cook and Katherine were wonderful and I have little to no pain. Best job numbing me up that I have ever had. This is usually the hardest part for me. If I ever need work again, I will use Dr Cook and her team.

I highly recommend Dr. Charles Ratcliffe as Endodontist. I must say that I usually I am somewhat uncomfortable when visiting a dentist, etc. But I was completely relaxed because of the care I received in removing a bridge, cleaning out the decay underneath, and repairing and preparing the studs for my new bridge. I never felt the needle as he deadened in preparation. He and his assistance were exceptionally kind, courteous and just put my shaky nerves at ease. Dr. Ratcliffe is exceptionally skilled and he has state of the art equipment! I highly recommend using this team!

Root canals are not fun but I have to say that my recent treatment was very pleasant and very professional. Everything about Highland Endo went like clockwork. The assistant (Candice) was very welcoming and very thorough in explaining everything and getting me prepped for Dr. Cook. Then Dr. Cook came in and was so very welcoming and asked if I had any questions and spent a good bit of time making sure I was comfortable with what she was about to do. She then did the procedure and I had no pain or discomfort at all. She is the best endodontist I’ve been to in my 75 years she is also the best looking !
