Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was a late afternoon workin appointment. I had a severe toothache and needed a root canal and I was very amen care of quickly and with little to no pain. Georgia taken care of late Friday afternoon allowed me to have an enjoyable weekend instead of being in pain all weekend. Thanks so much!!!

Dr Cook was AMAZING!! So sweet and the absolute best bedside manner!!! She made this experience so easy!! Very minimal pain and that was only during the numbing process. 1000% recommend!! Her assistant was super sweet, too! 10/10 recommend!!

I was referred to Highland Endodontics by my dentist for a root canal. I had been in pain for an entire weekend. Dr. Cooks assistant was so nice and helpful. She installed the laughing gas which helped me to relax. About 10 minutes later, Dr Cook came in and explained everything to me and started the numbing process. I didn’t feel a thing. She talked me through the process as she worked. No pain during the process and no pain next day. I have not been able to eat on my right side for about a year. Thank you Dr. Cook!!

Environment clean and pleasant. Staff quite cordial and courteous. And lastly the dentist used sir names. To use first names to reference a seventy-five (75) year old is distasteful, condescending and most of the time total inappropriate. I was totally pleased with the facility and staff.

Surprisingly, it was a pleasant visit. The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everyone was very nice. Dr. Ratcliff continually checked on me and calmed my nerves. He was patient and very informative. I would highly recommend their services.

Outstanding! From the receptionist ladies, all the way up to Dr. Ratcliff. They work like a well oiled machine. You know you’re going there for a root canal but, after a while, that just doesn’t matter anymore. Everyone kept me informed on what they were doing. Dr. Radcliffe explained everything all through the procedure. I would recommend this group to anyone who needs a root canal.
