Excellent in every way. 3 very capable young men that removed several large pieces of furniture and misecellaneous items. Plus helped rearrange the furniture I decided to keep. Very professional, did exactly what was promised for a very fair price. I will definitely use them again.

I was able to make an appointment with Junk Smiths within 2 days of my call. They came at the expected time and the price is reasonable. They were able to provide a quote on the day they came and took away our junk on the same day. The service was quick and reliable.

If you have items that you want hauled away, I highly recommend Junk Smiths. I scheduled the appointment online which was quick and easy. The team headed by Charles were on time, professional and courteous. They quoted the fee based on the dimensions of the item(s) up-front before work was done. Once approved, they quickly hauled away the item(s). The overall experience was very positive as I was quite satisfied with the service. I will use them again in the future to haul away items.

You guys were fast courteous clean and I got the job done when I needed it done thank you. The rates I don’t know. I do know is that I had to have it happen because of the trash strike here in Huntington Beach so I’m gonna try to send the bill to the city or Republic services good luck with that right?

I had a great experience when I called and a very polite gentleman answered the phone , took all my information and gave me a date and time , two nice young man showed up in uniforms gave me a quote and took all the stuff .I would use them anytime , they let me know when they were be arriving , everything was done very professional. We had to dispose of a mattress to make way for a replacement arriving the next day. It was located in an upstairs bedroom adjoining a stairway with tight clearances and a sharp corner. The Junk Smiths crew arrived right away and handled everything from price quote to saying goodbye in less than five minutes while being great to deal with. I'm keeping Junk Smiths in my contact list for sure.

The whole process was no hassle. Great and awesome service! It was so smooth. They took care of all the junk in mere minutes. Response time was best in class and the crew came within the 2 hour period of the appointment. Whats more helpful is that they are open on weekends as well. Exactly a week ago driving home on the 22 freeway eastbound and drove pass one of the Junk Smith’s truck. Did a quick google search and found information we needed. Went on their website, scheduled an appointment and immediately got a response, and able to schedule a pick up for the date we wanted. Overall response was rapid and easy. Definitely will recommend. Great experience. Booked the day before on behalf of my clients for a 2-4pm window. Junk Smiths called around 1pm and asked if they could come early, which worked out great for my clients. They came, quickly gave an estimate, hauled the junk, and were gone before the 2-4pm window. Great experience!
