Absolutely superb service. Jules Taylor and David came to our apartment in Laguna Woods. They were responsive quick and thorough. We even swept up the entire apartment afterwards. On top of all of that the rates were competitive and all of them were extremely courteous. I highly recommend all of them.

The response was almost immediate. I made a same day appointment and they arrived within the hour. The price was as quoted, minimum fee is $120. The drivers were quick and efficient. I’ll be using them again.

Wow, they are amazing called in the morning, made an appointment for same day. Called me earlier because they had a spot sooner then my original appointment. Showed got the job done. Very friendly and personable. Fun to talk to while my junk was being hauled away. I’ll be calling them back.

Nick, Robert, and Jacob were great. They called in advance to let us know they were coming early to our Long Beach home in 90803, which was perfectly fine. They were extremely professional and friendly and did an outstanding job protecting our trees and the new deck that was just built while they removed a bunch of excess dirt. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire Junk Smith’s again. 5 Stars +! Worth every penny.

Jules and his team were awesome!!! They arrived right on time, informed us as to what they would do and the price. Only negative comment is that the office didn’t tell me you couldn’t take paint. So now we have to scramble at the last minute to dispose of it. This wasn’t the fault of Jules and his team though.

I have used Junk Smith several times over the past 3 years. They are always on time, very efficient, and no-nonsense about getting the job done. The rates are fair, and the Junk Smiths' team is always friendly and hardworking. This time I had the pleasure of working with Nick, Eric, Albert and Samer who had to load some fireproof filing cabinets that were very heavy. They got the job done in no time without complaint. The quality of its employees speaks to the quality of this company's excellent management. I wouldn't use anyone else.

We used Junk Smiths for the first time this week. They were very easy to schedule, showed up on time, gave a great quote, and did a great job. Charles and Johnathan were really nice, packed all our junk into their truck and even swept up afterwards. You guys are the best!! I was about to pay $420 to another company (and that was having to drag everything to the ground floor - would have been $540 if they did it), but you came and quoted $165. And Jonathan said they would have taken the stuff down the stairs for the same price. Amazing. I was happy to give them a 20% tip and still came out way ahead. THANK YOU so much! I would recommend you to anyone.

This has been a real pleasure do business with Junk Smiths. The entire process was seamless and the pricing structure was transparent, based on a reasonable estimate of the volume of my trash. They arrived on time; they even called me when they were 30 minutes away to let me know they would arriving on time. They also swept the area where the junk was when they were finished loading the truck. I've dealt with other junk removal businesses and Junk Smiths has been the most prompt, and has the most transparent costing structure.

If you have items that you want hauled away, I highly recommend Junk Smiths. I scheduled the appointment online which was quick and easy. The team headed by Charles were on time, professional and courteous. They quoted the fee based on the dimensions of the item(s) up-front before work was done. Once approved, they quickly hauled away the item(s). The overall experience was very positive as I was quite satisfied with the service. I will use them again in the future to haul away items.
