Excellent customer service. Great communication. Even called as they could show up early which helped us out. Competitive pricing. The two gentlemen that showed up were very helpful and made the process so easy for our family. Would recommend to all.

You guys are the best!! I was about to pay $420 to another company (and that was having to drag everything to the ground floor - would have been $540 if they did it), but you came and quoted $165. And Jonathan said they would have taken the stuff down the stairs for the same price. Amazing. I was happy to give them a 20% tip and still came out way ahead. THANK YOU so much! I would recommend you to anyone.

This has been a real pleasure do business with Junk Smiths. The entire process was seamless and the pricing structure was transparent, based on a reasonable estimate of the volume of my trash. They arrived on time; they even called me when they were 30 minutes away to let me know they would arriving on time. They also swept the area where the junk was when they were finished loading the truck. I've dealt with other junk removal businesses and Junk Smiths has been the most prompt, and has the most transparent costing structure.

Excellent in every way. 3 very capable young men that removed several large pieces of furniture and misecellaneous items. Plus helped rearrange the furniture I decided to keep. Very professional, did exactly what was promised for a very fair price. I will definitely use them again.

I was able to make an appointment with Junk Smiths within 2 days of my call. They came at the expected time and the price is reasonable. They were able to provide a quote on the day they came and took away our junk on the same day. The service was quick and reliable.

I had a great experience when I called and a very polite gentleman answered the phone , took all my information and gave me a date and time , two nice young man showed up in uniforms gave me a quote and took all the stuff .I would use them anytime , they let me know when they were be arriving , everything was done very professional. The men were on time letting me know 30 minutes before what time they would be arriving. They were polite and professional upon arriving. The whole incident took about 10 minutes.

We had to dispose of a mattress to make way for a replacement arriving the next day. It was located in an upstairs bedroom adjoining a stairway with tight clearances and a sharp corner. The Junk Smiths crew arrived right away and handled everything from price quote to saying goodbye in less than five minutes while being great to deal with. I'm keeping Junk Smiths in my contact list for sure.

The whole process was no hassle. Great and awesome service! It was so smooth. They took care of all the junk in mere minutes.
