The service withJunk Smiths was outstanding. They helped us remove years- actually decades of clutter from our parent’s garage in about 30 minutes. They were kind and polite, and only removed exactly what we told them to take. On a side note, a tiny lizard was discovered under a couch cushion that was outside, and one of the men gently placed it in his hand and let is go safely into the shrubs. This small gesture makes me want to recommend this business to all. Thank you Junk Smiths! The garage is clean and it looks great.

My daughter did a major clean out and had bags of stuff plus an old couch and a large rug to get rid of in Laguna Hills. Jacob and Robert gave us a heads up call and were on time and highly efficient! They couldn’t have been better to work with in hauling away all of her stuff and we’re so nice on top of it! Plus the price was amazing for everything they did! I highly recommend JunkSmiths and will definitely use them again!

We had a lot of boxes, trash, misc items that needed to go. I could not have been more impressed with the two JS employees. They were quick, thorough and even swept up after moving all the items. We will definitely use them again.

The 2 gentlemen were very polite and efficient. They walked around, took pictures of what needed to be removed, then gave me a quote. They worked quickly and were even able to remove a huge hutch that was attached to the wall. Once done, the price ended up being less than their original quote. I was very happy with the work they did.

After I saw your vans around town I decided to give your company a call as I needed to have some furniture removed. Within minutes of contacting you I received a text and arranged for a free quote. Outstanding! I contacted Junk Smith's at 11 a.m. this morning to schedule a pick up between 4 and 6 p.m. today. Five minutes later Sean called and said that someone could be here in 30 minutes! Amazing is an understatement. I was waiting on a different company to show up and to no surprise they didn't. In a panic I called Junk Smiths and they assured me they could get the job done and be TO MY HOUSE within the hour. About 45 minutes later, TAYLOR, PAT, and ROBERT arrived, three very professional and clean looking men. They asked me what needed to be done, I told them and they started working. Throughout, I would find things here and there for them to take and they took them happily, even offered to take out the trash for me. I'm in Brea and was just really thankful that they were so kind and able to turn my whole day around. Robert, Pat, Taylor, thank you so very much for your hard work and kindness. Wonderful people! Responsiveness was our greatest concern. We had a lift chair with a failed motor. The chair was located in a senior living facility. We called on Friday and the Junk Smith team was able to arrive on the following Monday at 10am. The ease of removing the chair was a huge relief for my family. Quick, efficient and professional. The team came on time, asked about removal details and provided quote onsite with very reasonable rate. After I gave them go ahead, the crew went to work immediately and they did great job of cleaning all the items need to be removed. At the end, with their hardwork of stuffing the items into the truck, it turned out they were able to fill up space less than their initial estimation and they reduce their final price accordingly.
