19 Malheur was excellent for our group of 8. Good location. Privacy. Nice fixtures and appliances. All was as advertised. Plenty of bikes and helmets. Good grill. We’ll be back.

We really enjoyed our time in Sunriver. Our stay was amazing, in a great location and was very comfortable for our pets and family. Mountain Resorts is the most reliable rental management company. We have been renting in Sunriver for 15 to 20 years and have used this company because of their fairness on pricing and we know the homes are clean and well kept. Can’t go wrong with Mountain Resorts.

MRP was responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the rental cycle -- from the initial selection of the rental to our stay at the property we selected. We experienced a minor glitch or two with the property, and MRP responded constructively and quickly. Very happy with the service level -- particularly given this was during the year-end holidays.

it was a great home for our family thanksgiving. Check in was seamless, the house was clean and spacious, it was well stocked, the fireplace was a plus on the cold days, the hot tub and bunkbeds were a hit with the kids, easy check out, just a real nice place to spend thanksgiving with family. the only small thing was the furniture needs firming up or replacing. highly reccomend the house and Mt Resort Properties in Sunriver Oregon

We stayed at the home , Rogue 24... We have stayed at this home previously. Thanks to the addition of air filter appliances. The Little Lava fire continues to pump out smoke. We appreciate your immediate response to a couple of minor issues with the house. We always appreciate your assistance and will continue to rent with your agency. We had a lovely visit and introduced our British nephew and his fiancee to the beauty of the Sunriver location.

What a wonderful home to fill our family with. This house had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a dream. Check in and out was so easy and the staff was super friendly. Will definitely recommend and rent again.

Great customer service

Overall very happy with our stay at Downey Hideaway! This home fit our needs well. The home felt larger than the photos portrayed, nice open concept with large kitchen. Private, flat backyard was great for setting up games. Only downside would be that there are no Sharc passes included with the house and due to it being about 7-8 minutes from Sunriver Village, we could not get delivery from the pizza place nearby. Pickup only for homes outside of the resort area. Would stay again!

Very satisfied with Mountain Resort Properties.

Only things we noticed were the beds being wobbly. The metal bunk was really wobbly, and squeaky. The wood bunk is in perfect condition. The king bed was cozy, but, also wobbly. Maybe include coffee filters in the starter supply package? We left some behind for the next users. The entire house was clean and very cozy and we absolutely loved staying there. Thank you!

Our property was ready early and was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The space fit our group perfectly. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms with king or queen beds. The kitchen was well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the back deck in the morning and we played corn hole and ping pong in the evening in the front. The house has a very nice corn hole set so we didn’t even get ours out. The bbque grill was rusty so we didn’t use it. The futon, in the bonus room needs to be replaced or a thick cushion on top of it. There is plenty of outdoor furniture. We have been coming to Sunriver for over 10 years and this is the nicest house we have ever stayed. We hope to book it again next year. Btw, the air conditioning was amazing to have.

Using the website to make an online reservation is effortless. Lots of information, pictures and pricing. Online payment process works perfectly. When calling MRP during our stay the staff was more than friendly . They sent out a courteous worker right away to repair 2 bikes the same day and when we needed extra supplies during our week long stay they were more than happy to supply us with extra dish and dishwasher soap, laundry soap, garbage bags and paper towels. The 100$ pet fee for 2 dogs for a week is amazing! We look forward to renting from MRP for our future Sunriver stays!

Had a wonderful time, everyone enjoyed all the activities: the pools, bicycling, walks, hikes, local restaurants, overall a great week with the family. The house was spacious, very comfortable, with all the amenities needed. Lovely setting by the golf course.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Sunriver! Mountain Resort Properties made check-in so easy. Our rental had bikes, helmets and even a baby bike trailer for our use. The staff responded quickly when we encountered a wasp colony making a nest on the back deck! One call and they sent someone to take care of it in time for a BBQ that night. Our rental on the North end was clean, well-stocked and convenient to I-97. Plus the North Store was within walking distance. We hope to stay there again in the future!

We have worked with Mountain Resort Properties for several years. We like to rent the same location and we always get an exceptional deal. MRP is very thorough on their bookings and always provide very detailed instructions. We have never experienced any negative situations. The property is always very clean on arrival. Loved the new look in the kitchen and bathrooms this year. We hope to continue coming back year after year. LOVE the house!

Fantastic home for a large family reunion. The house has comfortable high quality furniture and a gourmet kitchen with all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving bowls, wine and water glasses. The great room seats a large group on comfortable, quality furniture. The bedrooms have very comfortable, yet firm beds and the bathrooms were spotless. Mountain Resort Properties was very easy to work with and they responded positively to all of our needs. The surroundings are beautiful and relaxing! We highly recommend this property and location.
