The entire rental process rent smoothly. The place we rented was as advertised. Check-in and check-out process a breeze.

Staff was very helpful when we had issues getting into our rental (door code wasn't working). We were notified our hot tub was broken the day before our check-in, they offered a $50/night refund for not having the hot tub. It would have been better to offer another rental to move into...we booked the house for the hot tub! Mountain Resort is by far the best rental agency to go through for the price, just make sure to bring paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent with you...they only provide a small amount and you will definitely need more (should call this out on their rentals). With that said, we will still rent again from them - happy with our stay.

I just submitted a review to VRBO. On the whole we really enjoyed the house and the neighborhood etc. The house, itself, is really fabulous. I do think a few things need to be changed. The living room couches are not very comfortable. They sink in the middle if you're not sitting on top of each of the cushions. The wide chair does not have this problem. The coffee table is too far away from the couches and too small. The table does not seat enough people ( if the house accommodates 10 people ). No one wants to sit at the bar if everyone else is at the dining table. The rest of the house ( bedrooms and bathrooms are great ). The starter pack that you provided is unacceptable for the quality of the home. One roll of thin paper towel, one tiny bottle of dish soap and simply awful toilet paper is not acceptable. I brought my own dish soap and paper towel. It would have been nice if we didn't have to bring our own quality toilet paper. I am a property manager myself. There is not way I would "skimp" on these things as I would not want the experience to be anything but memorable. No one should feel like they would rather be at home than staying at such a lovely place.

Love this house! Second time staying here. Perfect rec room/bunk room for the kids. Loved the pool table, foosball, and the Wii games. Great views from upstairs, lots of seating. Beds are very comfortable. Enjoyed the bikes, and how close it is to Fort Rock Park. Very easy to work with staff. Will be back!

This condo felt just like a house and was perfect for our group of 6! It was a great location, super close to the village and the main bike trails. There were no hills which was great for our young bikers. The house was super clean. Our only complaint was about the games, they were all missing pieces (37 cards in the deck, no pawns for Clue, puzzles were missing tons of pieces, etc.) and there was a DVD player, but no DVD’s. We would definitely stay here again and just bring our own entertainment! We love staying with Mt. Resort properties and continue to be impressed with the properties and value!

Our experience with Mountain Resort Properties was excellent!! From the booking process to talking with office staff to our arrival at property. Everything went so smoothly. The office staff are extremely friendly and polite. The house had everything we needed. The pics online were exactly what the property looked like. No surprises. The kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed our time at 7 Hoodoo!!! Everything in the house is always in good shape!!! We were really impressed with Mountain Resort Properties when I called and said we may not be able to make it due to illness! They were willing to let us come some other time! We were impressed with that!!! It turned out that we all were doing fine and we had a great time!!!!! Thankyou very much!!!!!

The property was ideal for the family reunion. Mountain Resort Properties web site made it easy to choose a house as well as pay and get all info needed to go directly to the home and enjoy our time in Sunriver.

Excellent! Warm and helpful! When I needed some wash clothes the office was so quick to help in any way. We also had terrible air quality issues due to the fires and once again the office was warm and ready to accommodate.

The property was great for our stay. Only suggestion would be the pillows were too soft & the blinds in the bunk bed room didn’t work. We loved the condo & location, we would definitely stay there again

Had a very nice time. The home was in excellent condition, and had everything you would hope for in stock. The master bedroom mattress was a bit off however. That's it, had a great time.

This was our first visit to Sun River. We could not have picked a better home for our stay, and the north end had everything we needed for us to do, and easy access to "outside the resort" activities. The home was clean, fresh and very comfortable, with everything one would need for an extended stay. The home had a great layout and amenities for our needs. We believe it may have one of the best deck layouts and rear yard ambience in the area...tranquil and quiet with Deer daily visitors to our yard, as well as a variety of birds to the unique feeder off one of the trees. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises in the future.

We have zero complaints. Our annual family vacation was a smashing success! We had one tiny issue during our stay that was immediately addressed with with a short friendly phone call. Thank you!

Overall great experience and location. Loved private entrance and carport although there were always extra cars parked in front of condo. Wifi faded in and out which posed challenges for work,etc. Clean,roomy and comfortable,appliances can benefit upgrade.. oven had racks incorrectly placed and oven shelves could not be adjusted. Stove did not heat evenly and all pans need to be teplaced. Enjoyed gas grill. Suggest clocks in bedrooms. Staff helpfull with booking and on day of arrival. Loved the bikes left for use!! Would be helpful to have hose in back to wash outdoor stuff and umbrella for outdoor table would help with sun Unable to use SHARC pass too crowded, that is not a reflection of rental company but SHaRC mgt which could have set up reservation system.

The staff was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Our accommodations were perfect for our family. We have often rented through an online site, but I will now go to Mountain rentals for value and excellent customer service.

Great place, very well done and very comfortable for our family of 4. Really helpful staff whenever I called and very friendly. Great amenities and we would definitely stay there again.

We have enjoyed this Pole House with Mountain Resort Properties for several reunions. It is clean, well maintained and in a perfect location. We will be coming back!

We stayed ay Skyline #10 wonderful Condo great Location we assumed that the King bed was the master Bedroom down stairs we found out after arrival it was the upstairs bedroom and since I just assumed that most units were Air condition ( My Bad) sleeping upstairs was a small problem with temperatures in the high 90"s but again that is on Me Thanks Again as always Mountain resort was Great--Mike Gowins
