Very easy to rent. Great prices. Clean and comfortable home for us and our dog. Friendly staff. And they surprised us and emailed house was ready early! Would rent this house again and use mt resort again.

We were happy with staff at Mountain Resort Properties. The house is perfectly located for our family. We enjoyed riding our bicycles and loved the fact that we were so close to the Deschutes River trail section. It is our favorite part of the ride. The house handled our 5 member party very well. We all felt we had space and enjoyed the large kitchen which did happen to be well equipped for cooking. We have always enjoyed dining at our rental houses since we have good cooks in our midst. Hot tub great and also enjoyed the deck every afternoon. Would return. Thanks for a great week.

This unit was very clean, well stocked, and quiet. It was comfortable for the 2 of us. We received plenty of correspondence and check in was easy. Thanks for a great weekend!

For several years we have stayed at Big River Retreat which is south of Sunriver. As usual it never disappoints! The house is wonderful - beds are comfortable, kitchen well appointed with a variety of pots, pans and appliances. The gas fireplace, which extended to the outside patio is such an excellent feature - it provides a warm, cozy place for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening! The owner of this home has made wonderful choices in paint colors and decorating. We hope to come to this home for many, many years in the future. Aside from this rental I would also say that Mtn Resort Properties is the best rental company I have ever dealt with. They make it very easy to find properties, check in and out and handle any issues with the upmost efficiency. A top notch company that deserves lots of kudos for the job they do.

We continue to use Mountain Resort Properties for our Sunriver vacations because they are reliable and every time we stay, we are happy with the home. The prices are reasonable, the homes are well equipped and the check in is so easy.

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and comfortable! My husband left his phone on the car and it fell off as we left the property one day. We were half way to Crater Lake when he realized it. We called the front office to see if someone could retrieve it and they did. We were incredibly grateful for the staff's kindness and willingness to help us out. We would definitely stay here again! 100% would recommend!

It was clean good location the house did not stay warm very well the downstairs was Freezing in the upstairs was warm it was very hard to make the upstairs and downstairs people comfortable at night time

Our family enjoyed our stay at Hickory 2. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home is roomy and comfortable with the most fully equipped kitchen we have seen in a rental vacation home. Nice linens and plenty of towels. There is a second seating area with couch and chairs adjoining the bedrooms downstairs for anyone desiring a little quiet time away from family activity upstairs. Check-in and check-out were flawless, and our contact with the Mountain Resort Properties office was responsive and pleasant. We would definitely rent from this management company again. The only thing that would keep us from renting this particular home again is the design of the master bathroom. The shower gives no privacy from the bedroom except a glass block wall, and when the lights are on in the bathroom, well...

Mountain Resort Properties is a great company, always ready to help if there's a problem, and the pet-friendly homes we've rented have been really nice for pets and people! I plan to go to the folks there whenever we need to find a place at Sunriver.

Our family of 11 just finished our vacation at 6 grouse. I believe it was the 5th year there and was great. Your services were great. When a sink was plugged and some kitchen towels were missing, you dealt with it immediately with very polite and capable people. Well done. Only criticism is that the garbage disposal sounds like it's going out. might want to notify the owners. Very much appreciated the available fans as the temps rose a bit. Linda

Our experience was great from the beginning. From the time I booked til we left. Every time I called with questions before our stay they were always happy to answer my questions. The home we stayed is was very clean and cozy. Perfect for my family of 4.

Great place in Sunriver. Floorplan was good and place was clean. The property could have used a few more pots and pans and such because we cook a lot but we made do.

Our experience at Sunriver was amazing. I can't say enough good things about the rental company that facilitated our trip. It was a trip where things just kept happening. The kind of trip that could have turned out horribly, but the staff at Mountain Resort were always friendly and helpful. The condo we rented was great. Completely outfitted with everything a person would use to cook any meal. Being a senior with aches and pains; I was happy that I could have a downstairs bedroom and bath and avoid the stairs all together. Whoever decorates did a wonderful job. I would not hesitate to rent again from Mountain Resort Properties. They are probably one of the best rental companies I've ever had contact with.

Everything about the house, 10 Conifer Ln and the staff at Mountain Resort Properties was excellent. There were 9 of us from 3 families and 1 dog. We had plenty of room, beds and bathrooms. We would rent this property again.

Lark Lane 5 is a wonderful rental. We had stayed here many years ago when our kids were little so it was fun to relive some fun memories. It has been kept up over the years and even looks newer than 35 years ago! The place was spotless and the management was very accomodating. It is so well stocked, we were not in need of anything.

It was a lovely home that we felt comfortable in. Accommodated us well.
