It was a beautiful house and property. We enjoyed everything about the house. Everything was very comfortable- the beds and couches. There was a ping pong table that we didn’t even know about! It was very convenient having the beach towels, soaps, the starters of clothes soap and dishwasher soap. The only thing we ran into was we had a wheelchair and the door to the main floor bathroom wasn’t wide enough for the wheelchair. Also, the only way of good communication was phone calls. Mountain Resort Properties was very quick with phone calls. I never heard anything back through email. Thank you so much for providing our family with this property. I would highly recommend it. Our family enjoyed the whole stay.

Once again Mountain Resort Properties provided us with the perfect vacation spot. It is always easy to select a property using the photos and descriptions on their website. A knowledgeable staff is always available to answer any questions. Our stay this year at 1 Crag was wonderful. The home was meticulously organized and supplied, so we wanted for absolutely nothing. There was an amazing selection of bicycles and items to enjoy in the water. It was indeed a Cozy Bear Den. Thank you for providing us with an unforgettable experience. We hope to visit again soon.

We had such a delightful time at our stay in Sunriver at Tokatee 02. The house with it's large open floor-plan, was the perfect size for our whole family. Our grandchildren especially loved the bunkroom. We had a baby and having the stroller was a lifesaver. The large kitchen was well equipped with every utensil and appliance we needed. The beds were comfortable and I got the best sleep. I loved having the bike trail close and the beautiful bridge on the Deschutes was only a ten minute ride.

We had a delightful time at #2 Muskrat! It is a perfect location almost equidistant between the Village and The Shark. Both an easy walk even for younger children. The house is spacious, and easily accommodated 4 adults and 3 children. The furniture is very comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, a separate dining area with a large, lovely table for all to sit around, and a lovely sauna and outdoor hot tub. The house was easy to access, and extremely clean and organized. We would highly recommend this rental property!

Everything was great for us. A few maintenance type issues would include: The dishwasher runs but the soap does not deploy properly so dishes don't get clean without extra effort. The toilet in the downstairs hallway bathroom continues to run. The garage door has trouble staying down without coming back up. None of these things were big negatives for us. The house was perfect for our small group. We would happily stay in this property again.

Everything went really well. We enjoyed our stay at Sunriver and this particular home was excellent for our family. The only thing we could not figure out was the heating downstairs but it worked out. Thank you.

Our friends group gets together at least once a year for a "wilderness adventure," so we've had a number of large houses under our belt so to speak to review. Overall, this was a wonderful house. The management team was super friendly, responsive, and accommodating. 6 couple suites and a bunkroom for the singles with a full hall bath is by far the best bedroom arrangement we've had yet for our group. I think we're spoiled now and will find it difficult to go back to sharing bathrooms. It was immaculately clean. Plenty of comfortable seating in the main living area for conversation, and 3 tables for games downstairs. We never even used the table upstairs. The kitchen is well appointed for tableware, with plenty of plates, bowls, and silverware to go around for prep and serving. We used every pan in the house though. There were lots of cookie sheets but not many other baking dishes and very few leftovers accommodations. Two dishwashers is GENIUS, however the kitchen layout is not terribly well thought out. Only one sink, and the sink plus two dishwashers is directly behind the range, making the cook and cleanup crews constantly at odds. I know at least one other review mentions it, but there's only one fridge and it's not very spacious. I know how much those designer fridges cost, and a bargain LG from Costco is a far more efficient design! The gas range, for all it's size and attractive design, had surprisingly small ovens. We had trouble with the community gate, but management got that straightened out for us at their earliest opportunity after the office opened the next day. The coffee pot had been mis-assembled and had us lamenting a critical lack of coffee until we figured out the problem. Other minor grumbles are pretty universal: low towel count, dull knives, and significant temperature variance between rooms. The only major issue we had was parking. THERE IS A 4-CAR LIMIT. If this had been stated in the listing, we likely would not have chosen this house, as we have far more than 4 cars in a group of friends gathering from all points of the compass and three or four states! We mostly figured out how to manage the cars, but during load out on check out morning, we got tagged by the CCR police about it. Still, overall a VERY nice house, and the property management team can't be beat.

We have been coming to Sunriver for three years now and using Mountain Resort Properties. We will definitely be back again next year. This is one of my favorite family trips all year. What a beautiful house and area! Thank you thank you thank you!

We stay at 23 Poplar whenever in Sunriver. We are three adults and one small dog and find the home welcoming and well equipped. The home is located up a somewhat steep driveway so guests need (in icy weather) to have traction enabled cars and proper footwear for a possible trudge to the house. There is a large two car garage to keep the cars out of the elements. We enjoy the Step down feature into the Hot Tub that has a view of woods- unusual for Sunriver where the Tubs are usually surrounded by walls. The dining room chairs are super comfy we spend much of our time reading there. The large floor to ceiling windows in the dining / living area make the rooms wonderfully bright. All in all a home made for a relaxing stay in Sunriver.

MRP has always been easy to work with and we find just the right accommodations. The homes we rent are comfortable, reasonably priced and the staff is friendly and available when we have a question.

Mountain resorts is always very responsive & helpful! Unfortunately with the holidays we couldn’t get thru to anyone on the 24/25th so we’re unable to use the gas fireplace or hot tub over Christmas. There were not instructions or obvious buttons to tub on the gas fire place & finally someone came out on the 26th with long matches to light it. Also issues with hot tub not hot - only 99 & low water & could not get it turned up & no instructions. Thanks Trisha

Our family had a great time. The home had everything we needed. The downstairs is perfectly set up for family fun.

We stayed in Hoodoo #7 in Sunriver. This home has a great floor-plan, was very well appointed, clean, comfortable and with a very well stocked kitchen. Management responded immediately to the WiFi issues we had. We enjoyed the location of the home, the bikes, hot tub and Ping Pong table. We had great follow up from the company and would definitely stay at this home again, and we would rent from Mountain Resort Properties again

It was an amazing experience. The lodge was well furnished and had all amenities for our family to feel at home. We loved our stay here. Kids enjoyed it thoroughly. Close proximity to all visitor spots in Sunriver. Will definitely plan our trip again soon!

Mountain Resort Properties has been great to work with and we will look to rent from them again in the future. They were very nice and responsive when we had a couple of questions, and responded immediately when we realized we left a couple items in the house--and they are mailing those out to us.
