Very happy with our stay and service!

I have rented with Mountain Resort Properties several times in the last few years. They have always provided great service and prompt attention, if needed. I can always rely on a quick and friendly response to questions that may arise before or during my vacation.

An excellent management company with a wide selection of properties. I have stayed at Mtn Resort properties in the Sunriver area for many years. I stay with a group of close women friends and we have an incredible time. Easy to reserve online and make payments for the stay. The staff in the office is remarkable - hand down have NEVER had a negative experience.

What a great way to wrap up summer! The process with Mountain Resort was so easy from booking the home, to checking in, to our stay, and to checking out. The Fairway Village 2 condo we stayed in had a well stocked kitchen, plenty of movies to choose from for those late night curl up on the couch nights, or sit around the table playing one of the many board games. We enjoyed the long morning and evening walks, our daytime biking around the river or up to Benham Falls, and splashing in the condo pool. This is our go to vacation spot as well as vacation company! We can't wait to come back!

From the first contact with MRP, it was smooth sailing from there on end. Communications get a five star! The house was perfect for our family, everything was as advertised, and this was our second time to rent…. In the future we would def stay in this home again. You will enjoy all the immensities for your family. Bikes, ping pong, Sharc access everyday if you choose, pickleball, even a bocce court adjacent to the Sharc. Couldn’t ask for more, thank you MRP!!

We had a great time and loved the house! Only issue we had is the sewage smell directly next to Topflite 15. They listed on the website construction noise, but nothing about the smell of sewage which was very off putting to say the least coming from the utlilty place.

The location was great, the property manager super helpful , just call for a barbecue gas tank and immediately they send a maintenance person. The owners need to provide some beach towels and give a little more maintenance to the deck. Overall we were very satisfied with the vacation company.we will book again for next year

Wonderful condo and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the brakes on one of the bikes is not working and needed to be fixed. Thank you!

MRP was incredibly helpful and thoughtful every step of the way. From day 1, they helped me cancel my external reservation and book directly through MRP at a cost savings to me. The home was perfect for my family’s vacation and all the amenities were as described. Check in and check out was easy and explained thoroughly. Staff were very kind and personable during every phone call and interaction. I would 100% work with MRP again and appreciate their staff and level of service immensely!!

We had a wonderful stay at 17138 Downey Rd., just outside of Sunriver Village. The house is a new rental, in fact the house is new. We stayed 5 nights as we do every year for our annual family reunion, and the location and size of the home was perfect. We especially appreciate that this is a pet-friendly rental and the staff even left dog bowls and treats for our dog. My nephews were so excited to play foosball and all of us had fun cooking meals (we had a pizza night, very fun!) and working on a couple of jigsaw puzzles. Our family is into hiking, and the Anns Butte hiking trail is just down the road, within easy walking distance. The home was super clean, the beds were comfortable and the family room has a cupboard with games and puzzles. Mountain Resort management was friendly and we all appreciated access to the online guest portal for recreation ideas (golf, river floating). I had a couple of pet and payment questions and both were answered within the same day. MRP is very nice and easy to work with. We all agreed that we want to rent the same home next July! This small cabin worked very well for us. It was well stocked, clean, maintained and comfortable. Despite having no AC the cabin stayed very cool during the day. We would use again.

House was perfect. Could not have made a better decision.

My experience with Mountajn Resort Properties was effortless. The process of payment and entry into the property on arrival was easy. The house was clean, mostly well stocked and functioned well. My only issue with the house was the mattress in the master bedroom was horrible. It was topped with a mattress topper but the mattress underneath was caving in. You basically slept in a hole. This is the worst mattress I have ever slept on. I don’t think I would recommend the property to others just based on the mattress. When you are vacationing for a week, a terrible mattress can be a deal breaker. Otherwise, we loved the house, location and the fun game room! And the hot tub was clean and fantastic!!

We had a great vacation! The house was immaculately cleaned, and well supplied with all the necessities for a week long vacation. We had a great time and check out was easy. Will definitely go with this company again when renting in Sunriver next time.

Everything was great. Only complaint is the hot tub was off color. It was a bit green.

We had the most enjoyable time at Wallowa 10. The home was perfect and our stay with our family couldn't have been better. We loved the location and the house was roomy and updated and beautiful. We will definitely be booking through Mountain Resort again in the future. Thank you! Dean and Sue

Our property was great! I liked the idea of a single level so everyone could be together on the same floor. The bathrooms were perfect for our family! TV’s in every room. Friendly hosts that left lots of directions for all the amenities.

Excellent customer service. The condo was very nice and clean and quiet. The hot tub was also clean and hot! We would come back to this particular place again. We had a great time at Sun River.

Seamless entry and exit. Actually didn’t have to deal with the office at all. All instructions were very clear. Always like dealing with Mtn. Resort.

House was clean, comfortable and in well repair. Thank you for the service you provide.
