This condo was perfect for my family of 5 and had everything we needed. Plenty of space, lots of beds and curtains so my toddler could nap. We loved looking out over the pool and often had the pool to ourselves. We appreciated the dishwasher soap and complementary coffee! We used the bikes in the garage and had the best week in Sunriver.

Loved this house. It worked well for our family of ten. Loved being right on the golf course. We contacted the office several times for extra supplies and propane and they were very responsive. Thanks

Pretty much as advertised, it worked For us. But I thought it would be 3 full baths and there were only 2 with showers. Place was well stocked but no shampoo in bathrooms. Not a huge deal but more an fyi. I would come back and stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ridge in Sunriver. The unit was clean and spacious and was exactly what we needed for a family getaway. We will definitely be back! Mountain Resorts was a pleasure to deal with and we will use them again!

We stayed at Wallowa 10. This 3 bedroom house was very nice. Large master bedroom and walk in closet. Master bathroom even had a door going out to the deck. Nice kitchen, plenty of dishes and cookware. Comfortable leather couches in Living room, nice size TV that can swivel to be seen from anywhere in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Very nice Jacuzzi inside a private deck. Upper deck has a large table and chairs and very private as well. We have two teenagers that really enjoyed the large downstairs rooms and private bathrooms as well. Garage has a ping pong table and plenty of storage space if you bring your own bikes. I would easily stay in this house again we loved it.

This was our 8th stay in Sunriver in the last 3 years- and while we’ve been satisfied with all of the homes we’ve rented- our latest accommodations were the best yet. We found the kitchen to be well suited for cooking and that was a big plus. The grill was in good shape. The back deck was a nice size and shaded just right. While we didn’t need the provided bikes, they appeared to be in good repair. That there was a ping pong table, tennis rackets, basketball, sleds et, tells us the owners of this property want to make sure their guests get full use of this beautiful space. We would definitely choose to stay in this home again.

This is an excellent property that suited our needs extremely well. We had a great time. The entire process worked seamlessly from identification to booking to gaining access and leaving. We would do this again for sure.

We had a wonderful time at Muskrat #2 SunRiver! The home was clean, comfortable beds and furniture, very well stocked kitchen, exquisite hot tub with a mini-waterfall spray and lovely sauna. It is located within easy walking distance of the Village with all its shops/restaurants and delightful entertainment for children; as well as a short walk to the variety of water features at the Sharc Center. Checkin/Checkout was very convenient. We highly recommend this property, and would definitely vacation here again!

Well furnished beautiful home. Quite peacefull area. The only thing that need to be addressed is not enough towels for 6 people. We had 12.

The check-in process was easy and I found the condo to be more than I expected. The condo was immaculate, I mean really clean. The vibe in the condo was a cool retro cabin feel, which I just loved. Well stocked with workable appliances, bathrooms were excellent, and I slept very well in the master bed. Loved staying there and it will now be my go to place when visiting Bend. Highly recommend and one of the better values in accommodations in Central Oregon.

Now in our 80’s, we again used MRP to change from our usual townhouse SR vacation to a single home largely to save steps as 7 Tumalo has the master BR on the main floor. Great decision. Although the rooms are a little snug, the obvious updates and remodeling of the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and hot tub were clearly seen. It was exceptionally clean, well supplied, perfectly located and it gives better “people watching” with the adjacent bike path than a golf course view. Maybe some hand grips and railings in the shower and front steps for us seniors but a lovely cabin. A reminder: no garage and the bike shed is filled with 4 included bikes so bring a good bike cable for your personal bikes stored on the deck. MRP, as always, is first rate.

We had an excellent experience with Mountain Resort Properties and will definitely book through them again. We ended up in a situation where we had 11 people ready to enjoy the Memorial weekend and lost our reservation. Mountain Resort Properties had a last minute cancelation and were able to get us in. They were friendly, helpful, and checked in to make sure everything was as we needed. The home was clean, well maintained and exactly what we needed. Thank you again Mountain Resort Properties!

The only problem we had with Mountain Resort Properties was that Airbnb said we could check in at 4 PM. Mountain resort properties said we could not check in until 4:30 PM. I called and asked and was told that mountain resort properties was the correct time. They told me they would send me an email and let me know if I could check in sooner or not… 4 PM I never received any email.

We had a wonderful experience. The property was clean and everything worked. It open to us prior to the 4:30pm check-in time, and we were notified by email. There were numerous bikes and kayaks at the property. We didn't use the kayaks, but we sure used the bikes.

The house was great and had everything we needed. There were a couple downsides to the kitchen. The front right burner did not work on the stove, the can opener did not work and we found quite a few dirty dishes. Other then those fees things we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future!

Our stay was wonderful!! We loved that we were able to check in early. The house was clean, the location was amazing. This was our second stay there and we plan to have more. We were so excited to see it was open for renting again! The only complaints would be the upstairs bathroom door lock did not work and the hot tub water was a little low some jets were not under water. The hot tub was still great! Clean and still usable just maybe if possible to add just a hair more water. They even had it heated up for us soon arrival! One of the best places we have stayed! Thank you!

Booking, arrival and departure were all simple and fast. The house was very clean and met the extremely high standards of my mother. The house was great for two families and very dog friendly. Great location! Looking forward to a future trip.

Our experience was great from the start. Easy to book. Great home even with pets, clean, cozy, staff very accommodating. I can't say enough about how pleased we were. It is hard to spend money on vacations now days on one income. Your company makes it possible to have a good old fashion vacation for all income levels. This was money well spent. Thank you again. We had a great trip to Sunriver and loved our place at The Ridge that we rented through Mountain Resort. We had great customer experience and everyone was so helpful!

The entire rental process rent smoothly. The place we rented was as advertised. Check-in and check-out process a breeze.

Staff was very helpful when we had issues getting into our rental (door code wasn't working). We were notified our hot tub was broken the day before our check-in, they offered a $50/night refund for not having the hot tub. It would have been better to offer another rental to move into...we booked the house for the hot tub! Mountain Resort is by far the best rental agency to go through for the price, just make sure to bring paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent with you...they only provide a small amount and you will definitely need more (should call this out on their rentals). With that said, we will still rent again from them - happy with our stay.

I just submitted a review to VRBO. On the whole we really enjoyed the house and the neighborhood etc. The house, itself, is really fabulous. I do think a few things need to be changed. The living room couches are not very comfortable. They sink in the middle if you're not sitting on top of each of the cushions. The wide chair does not have this problem. The coffee table is too far away from the couches and too small. The table does not seat enough people ( if the house accommodates 10 people ). No one wants to sit at the bar if everyone else is at the dining table. The rest of the house ( bedrooms and bathrooms are great ). The starter pack that you provided is unacceptable for the quality of the home. One roll of thin paper towel, one tiny bottle of dish soap and simply awful toilet paper is not acceptable. I brought my own dish soap and paper towel. It would have been nice if we didn't have to bring our own quality toilet paper. I am a property manager myself. There is not way I would "skimp" on these things as I would not want the experience to be anything but memorable. No one should feel like they would rather be at home than staying at such a lovely place.
