We had a very good time at 7 Hoodoo!!! We also had some fun outings, especially Tumalo Falls!!! I did have a complaint about the hard mattress in the master bedroom on the bottom floor! Our daughter and son-in-law stay there and they were wondering about a soft mattress pad would really be helpful! It is something to think about!!!! We left a small pillow there and they were very good about sending it back to us! Thankyou very much for everything! Hope to stay there again next year! Wayne and Tena Vos

I was very happy that during our trip when I realized we would like to stay an additional night and I emailed the office that I heard right away from Heidi and then spoke with her on the phone and she was able to quickly get the additional night booked for us! She was very friendly and attentive.

We stay in SunRiver two times a year. We have found that Mt. Resort generally has the best specials which saves us money. Also, the staff I have spoken to have been friendly and professional. This particular house has been fantastic! Well equipped with kitchen supplies and very nice furniture which made us feel like we were at home. I highly doubt we could ever afford to purchase a home in Sunriver but we have already booked another house for 12 days for June of next year. . Thank you

We have stayed in Mtn Resort properties for the past several years. The experiences have been top notch! If we need anything or have a question it is handled immediately. The properties have been clean, convenient and accessible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mtn Resort to friends and family that are renting and also to folks that may consider using this company as their property management firm. Great company and great people that work there!

The best place to book a vacation. We have been using them for years. Always helpful and courteous. If a problem comes up they are quick to resolve. I will use them. Their off season specials are great.

It seemed to be the perfect fit for 3 families, although only 2 were able to make it. The downstairs was perfect for the young couple with their own living area and the upstairs Master was very luxurious. Loved the very large living/kitchen area with lots of windows. As I did not stay in the house, I have no further opinions on the house.

We stayed at Pole House 4 and had a great time! The location is ideal just a short walk to the SHARC. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Got an email around 1pm on day of check-in that unit was ready early which was a plus. Would definitely stay here and rent again from Mountain Resort.

Where do I start! Mountain Resort is the most customer service oriented realty company I have ever worked with since coming to Sunriver over 50yrs. Reserving our stay at Fairway Village with such ease helping us finding a dog friendly condo,to helping us out on having to stay an extra day due to car trouble.I can't say enough about this great company. This is our 2nd time staying at 12 Ridge with Mountain Resort. It was a great experience overall! Easy to self check-in and out. The location is GREAT - right next to the SHARC and also has it's own pool. Perfect set up for our family of 4 with two small kids who LOVE to swim. My only complaint was that when we booked, the 2nd room said it had two twins (and did last year). However, when we arrived, it has been switched out with a double bed instead and we were not notified of this changed. It worked ok for our family - but I could see how that would be a real bummer if a family had two older teens or a different configuration of guests staying in the unit. Otherwise, a lovely stay!

Rental was very clean and we enjoyed the amenities it had. The staff was friendly and quick to respond. We did have trouble with the smart keypad lock on the door initially (keypad was very sensitive) but staff helped us figure this out.

We have been using Mtn.Resort Properties for over 10 years! They have always been able to match us with the houses that meet & exceed our expectations. You wont find a more professional, accommodating, friendly and sincere group of people! If we have needed anything during our stay... they responded immediately, assigning the correct staff member to solve the problem. The cleaning staff have high standards and work hard to thoroughly clean your unit and get you into your house in a timely manner. They have a wide variety of properties to choose from. Not only do they provide lovely homes to stay in, but they also have a wealth of info about a variety of things to do in and around Sunriver. Our family and friends had a great time at Sunriver. Meadow House 21 is ideally situated near the village and walking paths. The house was clean and comfortable. Our dogs felt cozy and loved chasing the ball outside near the meadow. We will certainly stay at this house again.

We have nothing but praise for the folks at Mountain Resort Properties! Check-in was easy and efficient, all was perfect in the house itself, and check-out was also easy. Danny the Dog was happy as well, especially since he had a landing window from which he could monitor our departures (sad face) and arrivals (super happy face!). He also could monitor squirrel activity! We will always make use of Mountain Resort Properties to choose a pet-friendly house in the future. Thanks, Tim and the MRP group!

We were very pleased with our stay at 10 Crag Lane. The house met all of our expectations. Our only concern was the sliding glass patio door that goes out to the deck from the dining room. The door is very hard to open and close. There is an additional door at the same place that is off track and we just left open. No other issues and we were very comfortable.

The house was perfect for us. We loved the location. It was amazing that it came With waterpark passes too! Very clean. Wish it had air conditioning but it did cool off at night enough to sleep. Would definitely rent it again.

Our experience was amazing! The check-in process was simple. The home was ready when we got there, and just as described, only better! Loved the way the space in the home was organized and fit our extended family of 14 perfectly! The home was clean and well-equipped. The location was PERFECT...quite cul de sec, short distance to park, village, and park. When we had a question or needed anything, one quick call to the office, and the matter was taken care of immediately! Great service! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

This condo was perfect for my family of 5 and had everything we needed. Plenty of space, lots of beds and curtains so my toddler could nap. We loved looking out over the pool and often had the pool to ourselves. We appreciated the dishwasher soap and complementary coffee! We used the bikes in the garage and had the best week in Sunriver.

The only issue we had was we got the office address and the property address mixed up but we were able to figure it out. The house was really clean and very easy to access. It was as described Dash no surprises!

Pretty much as advertised, it worked For us. But I thought it would be 3 full baths and there were only 2 with showers. Place was well stocked but no shampoo in bathrooms. Not a huge deal but more an fyi. I would come back and stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ridge in Sunriver. The unit was clean and spacious and was exactly what we needed for a family getaway. We will definitely be back! Mountain Resorts was a pleasure to deal with and we will use them again!

Loved the house with a couple inconviences. The dishwasher was out of order with a reminder on it that had obviously been there awhile. The ice maker didn’t work and there was only one ice cube tray in the freezer. Only one roll of paper towels and only three small kitchen towels for drying. The rest of the house was fantastic and we would certainly rent there again. Loved having the bikes and such a fully stocked kitchen…even an instant pot!

We stayed at Wallowa 10. This 3 bedroom house was very nice. Large master bedroom and walk in closet. Master bathroom even had a door going out to the deck. Nice kitchen, plenty of dishes and cookware. Comfortable leather couches in Living room, nice size TV that can swivel to be seen from anywhere in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Very nice Jacuzzi inside a private deck. Upper deck has a large table and chairs and very private as well. We have two teenagers that really enjoyed the large downstairs rooms and private bathrooms as well. Garage has a ping pong table and plenty of storage space if you bring your own bikes. I would easily stay in this house again we loved it.

The property was in excellent condition and well-stocked for our family vacation. The location was excellent and the garage was an extra bonus to store our bikes and kayaks during the week. We will rent again next summer (Our 17th year at Sunriver). Thank you Monica

This was our 8th stay in Sunriver in the last 3 years- and while we’ve been satisfied with all of the homes we’ve rented- our latest accommodations were the best yet. We found the kitchen to be well suited for cooking and that was a big plus. The grill was in good shape. The back deck was a nice size and shaded just right. While we didn’t need the provided bikes, they appeared to be in good repair. That there was a ping pong table, tennis rackets, basketball, sleds et, tells us the owners of this property want to make sure their guests get full use of this beautiful space. We would definitely choose to stay in this home again.

The house was great!! It was a little complicated on the instructions on how to access the property. I booked it through Vrbo and there was no instructions through them on how to get into the property. I had to search through old emails on how to get into the property. I didn’t realize that it was mountain resort that had the booking and instructions on how to get into the property. But other then that it was great.

We had a wonderful time at Muskrat #2 SunRiver! The home was clean, comfortable beds and furniture, very well stocked kitchen, exquisite hot tub with a mini-waterfall spray and lovely sauna. It is located within easy walking distance of the Village with all its shops/restaurants and delightful entertainment for children; as well as a short walk to the variety of water features at the Sharc Center. Checkin/Checkout was very convenient. We highly recommend this property, and would definitely vacation here again!

We had a great stay in Sunriver at a Mountain Resort Property! From start to finish everything was easy, clean and super comfortable! We loved our rental - perfect size for our family and all the amenities of home! Grateful to be able to check in early as our flight landed in the a.m. Office staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating. Zero issues - perfect trip! :-)

Well furnished beautiful home. Quite peacefull area. The only thing that need to be addressed is not enough towels for 6 people. We had 12.

Plenty of space, nice separation of bedrooms. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances for cooking. Bottom bathroom could of used a floor mat and the carpets needed to be cleaned more thoroughly as we found dog hair throughout the house. Three of the SHARCH badges were invalid. Overall, a very nice experience

The check-in process was easy and I found the condo to be more than I expected. The condo was immaculate, I mean really clean. The vibe in the condo was a cool retro cabin feel, which I just loved. Well stocked with workable appliances, bathrooms were excellent, and I slept very well in the master bed. Loved staying there and it will now be my go to place when visiting Bend. Highly recommend and one of the better values in accommodations in Central Oregon.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at 20 Lassen. We arrived early and we're able to check in. Check in was simple. The house was beautiful and very clean and fully stocked. The view from the 2 new decks was amazing. We loved that bikes were provided and loved riding all the trails around the house and the fact that the market was right down the trail was a big plus. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you for having us!
