Very cute little cabin in the woods feel. Very clean. My only complaint would be that the beds were too hard. I had to go out and buy toppers for three of the beds. The house was charming and homey. Appliance were nice and the hot tub was very nice. Location was good, not too far a drive to Fort Rock park and the Village, but too far to bike with little kids. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great experience with our property. My daughter participated in her distance learning with no wi-fi problems. Our home was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the private feel of the house - even though there houses on either side. We would definitely come back.

We loved Witchhazel 16! This was our first time on the North end as it made more sense to stay away from the crowds right now! We loved the area and bike path to Benham Falls. The house was super cozy with lots of fun games. The hot tub was excellent! The whole house was extremely clean and we liked the layout. Check-in/ check-out was as simple as could be. The only thing missing was kids DVD’s, but we were able to login to Netflix easily.

Wonderful and cozy home rental! Good wifi, two large master rooms and all the kitchen supplies. We loved the fireplace and the ladies utilized the modern outdoor spa. Beautiful deer visits in our backyard.

What a great house! We visited with another couple and having 2 main bedrooms, both with king size beds and attached baths was fantastic. There was plenty of dishware, glassware and silverware as well as everything we needed for the cooking we did do. It was very comfortable. The hot tubs and ping pong table were fun as well. We will definitely be back.

Good people to work with. Crag 8 was perfect for our whole family of adult sons and their wives. We plan on going again. The large game room with pool table, game table wet bar,and big screen tv was perfect for the whole family hanging out in the evenings. Only negative is that there was a lot of burnt out lightbulbs, and the master bedroom had dry little lighting so very dark.overall a great home!! Thanks

Great stay at 23 Poplar! The house was exactly what we expected; from the private, spacious setting, to the comfort home feel. We didn't want anything too fancy as sometimes it is hard to feel at home. It was very clean and I enjoyed the starter cleaning products (that are supplied) to use during our stay. The self check in with locking deadbolt (no need for keys) was perfect! The only thing that I could think to improve, is A/C for upstairs on those hot summer (even hot fall) days. It was pretty stuffy upstairs, but with an abundance of windows and sliding doors it quickly cooled down at night. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

This was our fifth time renting from you, three different homes on Deer circle over the last few years. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences! The homes fits our family size perfect, and the homes have always been clean and well outfitted. We will certainly be back for many more visits in the future!

We were VERY happy with our choice! Booking, communciations all on-line of course which is always fine with us. The place was immaculate, in pristine condition. They have thought of everything! We'd love to return as soon as we can sneak away again!

Check-in was simple and easy, and the home at Wallowa 10 was well-appointed for our buddies' golf trip. Plenty of space to physical distance, yet homey enough to gather safely and socially. I hadn't been to Sunriver in many years, but have only used Mountain Resort Properties - and will continue to whenever I stay.

We were very pleased with the rental and we plan to stay there again next year!!!! We liked all the bedrooms and bathrooms!! It’s nice having the park right out the back door because our grandsons are baseball players!!!!! Thanks for everything and we hope to be there again next year!!!!

A spacious and comfortable home away from home, close to the SunRiver Observatory, with bike paths running closely behind the condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location and all of the amenities it offered were helpful to our stay, especially for the kids. If there was one complaint, it would only be the signs/directions to find the exact condo were not as clear as they could have been. We look forward to booking this location again. Thank you for a smooth and easy transaction.

We had a great experience!! When we had questions they were prompt to get back to us. Though we met no one in person we did talk on The phone and everyone was very helpful. Also all emails and directions we very self explanatory and easy to understand. The house was very clean and in a perfect area for our family. We had everything we needed, and it was amazing. Our kids felt like royalty!! We are excited to stay again hopefully next year!!

We tried Mountain Resort for the first time to book a condo at The Ridge. We have stayed at The Ridge a number of times and is one of our favorite places to stay while in Sunriver. Mountain Resort Properties was very easy to use - both the website and calling the office. If we need to use a rental agency again, we would definitely. The folks on the phone were very helpful and easy to work with. It was extremely easy to get our keys as well are drop them off. The folks are very professional.

Wonderful Labor Day weekend thanks to Mountain Report! We were able to get a great house 3 weeks before our vacation. The staff were extra helpful and friendly all thru the booking process and our stay.

We enjoyed our state at 6 Mt. Hood Lane. The house was the perfect layout for our seven adults and was centrally located to the Park and downtown. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Mt. Resort was available to answer our questions during the stay, and was always professional and friendly. We have rented from Mountain Resort in the past and look forward to future stays!

We really enjoyed our week in the house at 7 HooDOo Lane last week. Although e had to follow Covid 19 rules, we still had a wonderful family reunion. The house was as advertised, very comfortable and spacious. We loved the bikes and the ping pong table! We had no problems with access, we received an email a couple of hours early for check in, which was great, and we had everything we needed for the week. We would come back, for sure!

As always, the home we rented was well stocked, and very clean. The staff was extremely helpful leading up to our vacation answering multiple questions about what to expect when we got there, and even gave us an extra 30 days for our final payment in case we felt uncomfortable with coming and may want to cancel. We have rented 5 times with Mt. Resort Properties in 5 different houses and have never been dis appointed .

Mt Resort Properties was great to work with! Kept us posted during he the ever changing rules with Covid19. We chose not to go to SHARQ due to crowds, but that was our choice. We went on float instead! Conifer 10 was perfect for our family of 14! Plenty of rooms, storage, bathrooms & bedrooms very comfy! Loved all the outdoor seating and deck area! Very clean! Had no issues with Mountain Resorts. The home was ready on time and very clean. Hot tub was clean and hot. The house is beautifully decorated with a very well stocked kitchen. The master bed could use a mattress topper as it is a little too firm. Enjoyed the bikes in the garage and all the games. The barbecue also was clean and worked well. Would definitely stay here again!

We love using mountain resort properties. All the details and information and even ability to book the house are available on the website, making vacation planning with them so easy. I love the keypad entry and lockup, making check in and check out the easiest process ever, almost nonexistent. The houses are great, clean, stocked, and as advertised.

We enjoyed our stay at Conifer 10. The property was very clean and well stocked. The house accommodated our large group (7 adults and 7 kids) very comfortably. Our only issue was with the grill that wasn’t working well when we arrived, but we called the management company and they sent someone right away who fixed it.

Thankful for responsive management. After issues at our rental, we were communicated with and offered a prompt solution. Our rental was available early and provided sufficient supplies for our stay. We will book through Mountain Property Management again.

Our condo canceled our stay two days prior to our arrival in Sunriver due to COVID. Left in the lurch I called Mountain Resort and spoke with a lovely woman (can’t remember her name) who helped me find a great home for our family. Vacation saved! We had a four year old with us who loved all of the games and toys in the bunk room! Bikes galore, spotless hot tub, kitchen equipped with every appliance you need. The train was close but we never heard it unless we were outside. Only area of improvement would be the king bed in the master....hard and saggy mattress. I will definitely use Mountain Resort Properties again!
