I had a wonderful experience and I’m planning in coming back in the summer. It was my first time in SunRiver and it was a fantastic one. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Love the atmosphere and the design of the community. Food was very good and loved taking long bike rides and waking up to pine trees and tranquil atmosphere. I hope Covid restrictions are lift it soon so I can embrace the community even more. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend!

This was the best house we’ve ever rented! The ease of the rental with Matt was easy and a same day turnaround. The security of the house was great and easy as well. The house was gorgeous! All amenities were covered. Plush towels, plenty of toiletries such as, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and dishwashing soap,very plentiful! The house was spotless and clean! The furnishings were so beautiful and fit with our decor at home! The fireplace was amazing! The hot tub was very nice and clean and was wonderful to watch the stars! The kitchen was stocked well, if we needed something we forgot it was there! This was our favorite place so far to stay! We have had several other homes with this company and have never been disappointed or dissatisfied! Thank you Mt. Resort Properties for all the work you do to make our stays wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at the Sunriver House we rented Muskrat 2. Very clean. Absolutely Fabulous Customer Service from start to finish. A few recommendations: 1. Easy step by step, typed out instructions on how to operated TV, Cable, DVD Player. 2) Match supply to start fire with. 3) Kitchen Supplies: Soup Ladle Glass dishes with lids to store left overs More silverware to use Cookie sheet Popcorn Popper hand held electric mixer can opener grater spatulas smaller pancake turner pencil/pens Newspaper to start fire with We would stay at this house again. We've booked our Sunriver vacation home, thru Mountain Resort Properties, a few times now. They are very friendly and helpful. Their rental fees are competitive and fair and they offer some great "off-season" deals. Access to the home was easy and the home was clean and comfy! :) We had a great time and are hoping to come back again soon.

This was a great house for our family of 6. The driveway & backyard were perfect for our young children to sled on and it made it so easy to not have to go anywhere! We enjoyed a nice snowy walk to Fort Rock Park. The house is cozy but also bright and airy. The patio and main rooms got tons of sun which was really pretty in the snow. The downstairs does get a lot colder than the upstairs but the heater was sufficient. It was nice to have one space in the garage (the other spot holds the owner’s car). Mountain Resort Properties is always very nice and easy to book/ stay with. We love the keyless entry and effortless check-out. One minor complaint is that a sponge/ dish cleaning tool is not provided, but I’ve learned to bring my own. Thank you for another great stay!

We rent a vacation home multiple times a year with Mountain Resort Properties. We are always happy with the home we chose and the service we receive. We LOVE Sunriver and will be returning again as soon as we can!

Very friendly and helpful

We stayed at 21 Meadow House and had a very relaxing stay. The home was just what we were hoping for, and was well stocked with everything we needed. The rental office was very responsive and they have a very professional level of service. We had a longer stay and would definitely stay again.

We found the house to be a very pleasant week long stay. Contactless entry was perfect and the house was very clean. The master bedroom and bath are on the main floor up with two queen bedrooms and a shared bath down. Very comfortable spaces and all three with firm mattresses. The living room & dining area have large windows with loads of sun all day- a nice feature. The living room has two comfy sofas around the tv and gas hearth area, with a bookcase of books and games available. The large screen TV worked well once we figured out how to use it (instructions should be posted for guests). The kitchen was a perfect size for one or two cooks. The appliances are new, cookware adequate. Bring your own paper napkins and Kleenex, aluminum foil and plastic wrap though. The kitchen cabinet had enough dishes, plates and cutlery. The hot tub is really nice- just the right temperature, private location with a view of trees. The two car garage meant we could park both cars away from the snow and icy inclined driveway. (Bring crampons or Yak Tracks in winter for easy, safe walking). We didn’t need to go anywhere except out for long walks from the house. The 4 bikes in the garage look like great cruisers- too wintery to use though. Same with the nice deck with table, chairs and gas grill. The home‘s heating system and hot water supply is great. All the hospitable qualities of the home made for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We will stay here again in the future!

The total experience was in one word easy. From reservation, to check in, to check out, easy and no issues at all. The house was clean and well equiped. It well suited a space to forget the problems facing America and allow for a small (5 person) family gathering Dennis McManus

Highly efficient and excellent condition

Mountain a resort Properties worked with me to find a month long rental. They were responsive and proactive to make sure we had everything we needed. If we had any issues they sent someone over right away. Always answered my calls and emails promptly. Our family felt welcome and burden free... a true vacation. Thanks to the staff for not only being efficient, but so friendly.

Due to COVID19, I had to book online and most all communication was via email. Mountain Resort Properties did a great job of staying in contact with me before and after our stay. They were available by phone as well, as we did have a problem with the hot tub; which they handled promptly. The house was very clean and comfortable. I feel they are one of the more reasonably priced rental places for quality homes. I will use and would recommend using Mountain Resort Properties. Sunriver is a great place.

This was our second time staying with Mountain Resort Properties. The service I received from the staff while trying to find the right home for our stay was amazing. The two homes we have rented on our vacations from this company have both been beautiful. We get to Oregon 1-2 times a year and we will definitely be using Mountain Resort Properties again in the future.

We have had the privilege of using Mountain Resort Properties multiple times. Each stay at Sunriver Or has been a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. Mountain Resort Properties is always offering great homes to rent and we are already planning our winter get away next year.

We had a great experience with our property. My daughter participated in her distance learning with no wi-fi problems. Our home was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the private feel of the house - even though there houses on either side. We would definitely come back.

We loved Witchhazel 16! This was our first time on the North end as it made more sense to stay away from the crowds right now! We loved the area and bike path to Benham Falls. The house was super cozy with lots of fun games. The hot tub was excellent! The whole house was extremely clean and we liked the layout. Check-in/ check-out was as simple as could be. The only thing missing was kids DVD’s, but we were able to login to Netflix easily.

What a great house! We visited with another couple and having 2 main bedrooms, both with king size beds and attached baths was fantastic. There was plenty of dishware, glassware and silverware as well as everything we needed for the cooking we did do. It was very comfortable. The hot tubs and ping pong table were fun as well. We will definitely be back.

Good people to work with. Crag 8 was perfect for our whole family of adult sons and their wives. We plan on going again. The large game room with pool table, game table wet bar,and big screen tv was perfect for the whole family hanging out in the evenings. Only negative is that there was a lot of burnt out lightbulbs, and the master bedroom had dry little lighting so very dark.overall a great home!! Thanks
