This was our first visit to Sun River. We could not have picked a better home for our stay, and the north end had everything we needed for us to do, and easy access to "outside the resort" activities. The home was clean, fresh and very comfortable, with everything one would need for an extended stay. The home had a great layout and amenities for our needs. We believe it may have one of the best deck layouts and rear yard ambience in the area...tranquil and quiet with Deer daily visitors to our yard, as well as a variety of birds to the unique feeder off one of the trees. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises in the future.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Hickory 2. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home is roomy and comfortable with the most fully equipped kitchen we have seen in a rental vacation home. Nice linens and plenty of towels. There is a second seating area with couch and chairs adjoining the bedrooms downstairs for anyone desiring a little quiet time away from family activity upstairs. Check-in and check-out were flawless, and our contact with the Mountain Resort Properties office was responsive and pleasant. We would definitely rent from this management company again. The only thing that would keep us from renting this particular home again is the design of the master bathroom. The shower gives no privacy from the bedroom except a glass block wall, and when the lights are on in the bathroom, well...

Mountain Resort Properties is a great company, always ready to help if there's a problem, and the pet-friendly homes we've rented have been really nice for pets and people! I plan to go to the folks there whenever we need to find a place at Sunriver.

Overall great experience and location. Loved private entrance and carport although there were always extra cars parked in front of condo. Wifi faded in and out which posed challenges for work,etc. Clean,roomy and comfortable,appliances can benefit upgrade.. oven had racks incorrectly placed and oven shelves could not be adjusted. Stove did not heat evenly and all pans need to be teplaced. Enjoyed gas grill. Suggest clocks in bedrooms. Staff helpfull with booking and on day of arrival. Loved the bikes left for use!! Would be helpful to have hose in back to wash outdoor stuff and umbrella for outdoor table would help with sun Unable to use SHARC pass too crowded, that is not a reflection of rental company but SHaRC mgt which could have set up reservation system.

Our family of 11 just finished our vacation at 6 grouse. I believe it was the 5th year there and was great. Your services were great. When a sink was plugged and some kitchen towels were missing, you dealt with it immediately with very polite and capable people. Well done. Only criticism is that the garbage disposal sounds like it's going out. might want to notify the owners. Very much appreciated the available fans as the temps rose a bit. Linda

Great place in Sunriver. Floorplan was good and place was clean. The property could have used a few more pots and pans and such because we cook a lot but we made do.

We stayed ay Skyline #10 wonderful Condo great Location we assumed that the King bed was the master Bedroom down stairs we found out after arrival it was the upstairs bedroom and since I just assumed that most units were Air condition ( My Bad) sleeping upstairs was a small problem with temperatures in the high 90"s but again that is on Me Thanks Again as always Mountain resort was Great--Mike Gowins

This is our second time booking through Mountain Resort and we are very pleased with the check-in, check-out process and the cleanliness of the rental property in Sunriver. The unit we stayed at was well stocked and is in a great location. The specials offered on line was great for off- season reservation. We will definitely use Mountain resort properties again.

Our experience at Sunriver was amazing. I can't say enough good things about the rental company that facilitated our trip. It was a trip where things just kept happening. The kind of trip that could have turned out horribly, but the staff at Mountain Resort were always friendly and helpful. The condo we rented was great. Completely outfitted with everything a person would use to cook any meal. Being a senior with aches and pains; I was happy that I could have a downstairs bedroom and bath and avoid the stairs all together. Whoever decorates did a wonderful job. I would not hesitate to rent again from Mountain Resort Properties. They are probably one of the best rental companies I've ever had contact with.

Everything about the house, 10 Conifer Ln and the staff at Mountain Resort Properties was excellent. There were 9 of us from 3 families and 1 dog. We had plenty of room, beds and bathrooms. We would rent this property again.

Lark Lane 5 is a wonderful rental. We had stayed here many years ago when our kids were little so it was fun to relive some fun memories. It has been kept up over the years and even looks newer than 35 years ago! The place was spotless and the management was very accomodating. It is so well stocked, we were not in need of anything.

Great customer service. We had a couple issues with a couple things at house but they fixed immediately. We have rented from them for over 35 years when we didn’t stay for free from our friends house. We would highly recommend them. Especially when you have left something there and they we’re so helpful on mailing it back to you.. best rental business ever.

I have been renting properties through Mountain Resort for years and have always had a great experience. This time around was no different. Booking a property is easy, and my brief conversation with a staff person to verify that two dog visitors would be okay was great. The person was very friendly. I look forward to many return visits!

I had a wonderful experience and I’m planning in coming back in the summer. It was my first time in SunRiver and it was a fantastic one. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Love the atmosphere and the design of the community. Food was very good and loved taking long bike rides and waking up to pine trees and tranquil atmosphere. I hope Covid restrictions are lift it soon so I can embrace the community even more. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend!

We landed in Powder Village in Sunriver, Oregon thanks to Tim at MRP. It was great to be able to deal direct, instead of having go through VRBO. It also saved us some money. Every ask that we had during our 2 week stay was answered. The 2 different places we stayed in were great, and lacked very little. Thanks to Brody and a woman (whose name I can't remember) in the office as well...who were extremely helpful.

This was the best house we’ve ever rented! The ease of the rental with Matt was easy and a same day turnaround. The security of the house was great and easy as well. The house was gorgeous! All amenities were covered. Plush towels, plenty of toiletries such as, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and dishwashing soap,very plentiful! The house was spotless and clean! The furnishings were so beautiful and fit with our decor at home! The fireplace was amazing! The hot tub was very nice and clean and was wonderful to watch the stars! The kitchen was stocked well, if we needed something we forgot it was there! This was our favorite place so far to stay! We have had several other homes with this company and have never been disappointed or dissatisfied! Thank you Mt. Resort Properties for all the work you do to make our stays wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay at 7 Hoodoo Lane, managed by Mountain Resort Properties. The house was comfortable and exactly as advertised. There were no surprises. The kitchen was well furnished and the hot tub was amazing and helped to rejuvenate us after skiing at Mount Bachelor. One minor consideration is that this company does not supply enough dishwasher soap for your entire stay (we were supplied with enough for 4 out of 7 nights), so if you are cooking (safest option during a pandemic) you will need to either bring or buy your own.

Our extended-family ski trip to Mt. Bachelor was awesome! The property we stayed in was quite spacious, dog-friendly, extremely well-equipped, super clean, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations! Check in and check out process was super easy! Highly recommend!

Great experience. The house was nice and clean when we arrived. We got an email letting us know that our house was ready early so that was a plus! The hot tub was a plus! The house was well stocked with extra blankets. We did have to buy a spatula and a dish scrubber not sure why they didn’t have either of those but it’s okay cuz now the next people have them to use! I would definitely recommend this house and I would not mind coming back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sunriver House we rented Muskrat 2. Very clean. Absolutely Fabulous Customer Service from start to finish. A few recommendations: 1. Easy step by step, typed out instructions on how to operated TV, Cable, DVD Player. 2) Match supply to start fire with. 3) Kitchen Supplies: Soup Ladle Glass dishes with lids to store left overs More silverware to use Cookie sheet Popcorn Popper hand held electric mixer can opener grater spatulas smaller pancake turner pencil/pens Newspaper to start fire with We would stay at this house again. We've booked our Sunriver vacation home, thru Mountain Resort Properties, a few times now. They are very friendly and helpful. Their rental fees are competitive and fair and they offer some great "off-season" deals. Access to the home was easy and the home was clean and comfy! :) We had a great time and are hoping to come back again soon.

This was a great house for our family of 6. The driveway & backyard were perfect for our young children to sled on and it made it so easy to not have to go anywhere! We enjoyed a nice snowy walk to Fort Rock Park. The house is cozy but also bright and airy. The patio and main rooms got tons of sun which was really pretty in the snow. The downstairs does get a lot colder than the upstairs but the heater was sufficient. It was nice to have one space in the garage (the other spot holds the owner’s car). Mountain Resort Properties is always very nice and easy to book/ stay with. We love the keyless entry and effortless check-out. One minor complaint is that a sponge/ dish cleaning tool is not provided, but I’ve learned to bring my own. Thank you for another great stay!
