Reviews of Mountain Resort Properties in Sunriver, OR

We had a wonderful stay at 17138 Downey Rd., just outside of Sunriver Village. The house is a new rental, in fact the house is new. We stayed 5 nights as we do every year for our annual family reunion, and the location and size of the home was perfect. We especially appreciate that this is a pet-friendly rental and the staff even left dog bowls and treats for our dog. My nephews were so excited to play foosball and all of us had fun cooking meals (we had a pizza night, very fun!) and working on a couple of jigsaw puzzles. Our family is into hiking, and the Anns Butte hiking trail is just down the road, within easy walking distance. The home was super clean, the beds were comfortable and the family room has a cupboard with games and puzzles. Mountain Resort management was friendly and we all appreciated access to the online guest portal for recreation ideas (golf, river floating). I had a couple of pet and payment questions and both were answered within the same day. MRP is very nice and easy to work with. We all agreed that we want to rent the same home next July! This small cabin worked very well for us. It was well stocked, clean, maintained and comfortable. Despite having no AC the cabin stayed very cool during the day. We would use again.

My experience with Mountajn Resort Properties was effortless. The process of payment and entry into the property on arrival was easy. The house was clean, mostly well stocked and functioned well. My only issue with the house was the mattress in the master bedroom was horrible. It was topped with a mattress topper but the mattress underneath was caving in. You basically slept in a hole. This is the worst mattress I have ever slept on. I don’t think I would recommend the property to others just based on the mattress. When you are vacationing for a week, a terrible mattress can be a deal breaker. Otherwise, we loved the house, location and the fun game room! And the hot tub was clean and fantastic!!

We had a great vacation! The house was immaculately cleaned, and well supplied with all the necessities for a week long vacation. We had a great time and check out was easy. Will definitely go with this company again when renting in Sunriver next time.

Everything was great. Only complaint is the hot tub was off color. It was a bit green.

We had the most enjoyable time at Wallowa 10. The home was perfect and our stay with our family couldn't have been better. We loved the location and the house was roomy and updated and beautiful. We will definitely be booking through Mountain Resort again in the future. Thank you! Dean and Sue

Our property was great! I liked the idea of a single level so everyone could be together on the same floor. The bathrooms were perfect for our family! TV’s in every room. Friendly hosts that left lots of directions for all the amenities.

Excellent customer service. The condo was very nice and clean and quiet. The hot tub was also clean and hot! We would come back to this particular place again. We had a great time at Sun River.

Seamless entry and exit. Actually didn’t have to deal with the office at all. All instructions were very clear. Always like dealing with Mtn. Resort.

Great cabin, very clean. It had everything we needed, including lots of games. Only other thing it needs is a brighter light in front of garage.

This is my second stay with your properties this year. I was not disappointed. My recent stay at Fairway #14 was fantastic. I loved the lay out of the condo, it had everything I needed. We had a very good time at 7 Hoodoo!!! We also had some fun outings, especially Tumalo Falls!!! I did have a complaint about the hard mattress in the master bedroom on the bottom floor! Our daughter and son-in-law stay there and they were wondering about a soft mattress pad would really be helpful! It is something to think about!!!! We left a small pillow there and they were very good about sending it back to us! Thankyou very much for everything! Hope to stay there again next year! Wayne and Tena Vos

We stay in SunRiver two times a year. We have found that Mt. Resort generally has the best specials which saves us money. Also, the staff I have spoken to have been friendly and professional. This particular house has been fantastic! Well equipped with kitchen supplies and very nice furniture which made us feel like we were at home. I highly doubt we could ever afford to purchase a home in Sunriver but we have already booked another house for 12 days for June of next year. . Thank you

The best place to book a vacation. We have been using them for years. Always helpful and courteous. If a problem comes up they are quick to resolve. I will use them. Their off season specials are great.
