Mountain Resort Properties was wonderful to work with! We booked 6 vacation rentals for our large family reunion and we all had a great time. The houses met all of our individual family needs. Most of the homes were perfect for hosting dinners together. Check in was smooth with friendly staff. Any concerns and questions were promptly addressed. Thank you!

The website gave comprehensive information about the available properties which made it easy for us to choose a location that would happily house six adults and four children. We chose 14 Top Flite for our family of six adults and four children primarily because of the many bicycles that were available. The kitchen and its supplies met our needs as did the sleeping quarters. We loved taking advantage of all the activities Sunriver and Bend had to offer. Our stay left us with great memories and the hopes of returning next summer. Thank you for making it so easy to book through you and for always being ready to answer questions.

Crag 8 is a very lovely large home - perfect for a family reunion. We especially liked having the pool table in the family room, not in a basement or garage so the players could interact with the rest of the family. We combined this house with Grouse 6 to accommodate the reunion. Those staying in Grouse 6 liked their experience too. Both houses are well equipped and comfortable. We had a plugged toilet and the Mountain Resort maintenance person came immediately and fixed the problem, which we greatly appreciated.

The reservation was easy to make. We got the residence we asked for. Upon arrival the house was in order with all the amenities promised. When the washing machine appeared to have a leak the maintenance man was on the spot within the hour of our request. Mountain Resort Properties made out stay at Sunriver comfortable and fun. Thank you.

This was the first time for us to stay at Sunriver and to use Mtn Resort. We found our house on VRB0 and didn’t see many reviews there, but we saw that it was managed by Mtn. Resort Properties and looked it up there. Frankly getting that home up on your website took awhile to figure out. But that was the only complaint we would have. There were some positive reviews for 5 Modoc Lane and we booked it. The electonic lock worked with the pin just like advertised in our e-mail from y’all. We entered the home and couldn’t have been more pleased. It was clean and very pleasing to our eyes. Decorated in a mountain theme it fit the location amidst the Pines perfectly. Three Bucks walked by beside the paved bike path as we checked out to see if the hottub was hot and it was! The hot tub key and Sharc plus passes were in a basket on the kitchen counter ready to go. No worries. We spent 3 wonderful nights here with our daughter and her husband and of course our 3 Oregon grandkids. The kids loved the log bunkbeds, Our room was decorated in a patriotic theme and was very comfortable and also had access to the back deck and comfortable patio furniture with a high end gas grill. Our daughter stayed in the master bedroom with bath, which had log furniture and a door straight to the hottub. Just have to make sure you unlock the door so you don’t get locked out and have to go to the front door to get back in. The wood floor in the kitchen was beautiful and I must say that the owner has this kitchen outfitted better than any VBRO house we have ever stayed at. A little disappointed that there wasn’t a Kuerig, but there was a coffee grounder,so a trip to the village store and a bag of coffee beans made everyone happy. The livingroom was very comfortable with 2 sofas and 1 chair ,gas fireplace and the big dining room.table sufficient for all 7 of us. The grandkids liked the bar to set puzzles with grandma. Check In was easy enough the next morning in the Village. We were given Village maps, river advice and reminded to keep up with Sharc passes and to leave them in the same place since they charge $75 for each lost pass. We used these for Sharc passes to access the wayerpark and the boat launch access on the Descheutes River by the marina. We came a long way, but were very pleased with Sunriver and the many available activities that can be utilized in such a well planned and pristine mountain community. The many paved bike paths were unbelievable. Just need to come for more days to explore more of them. We are looking forward to coming back and making more memories with the grandkids in the future. We loved not having to drive miles to the next activity, just hop on a bike or take a short drive.

WE just had our first experience with renting a house in Sunriver.OR through Mountain Resort Properties. It was pretty easy from the start. I made a few inquiries along the way from the time of the reservation and always had my questions answered. Check in was very pleasant. House was nice and area very beautiful.

Exceptional service, friendly staff and the house set up was PERFECT for our family. We plan on staying there again but for a longer time period. Very nice spot. Diana

I was most impressed that when we found that the air conditioning was not working, your staff immediately went into acton to have it repaired. And this was on a Saturday. Within an hour it was taken care of. Thank you so much. The house was everything it was described as plus! We hope others will enjoy it as much as we did.

My family and I stayed at 3 Lassen Lane in Sunriver and had a wonderful stay. There were 12 of us total with young kids and we really enjoyed the home. It was clean, nicely furnished and decorated, well stocked in the kitchen with all you need to cook your own meals, large bedrooms and bathrooms, an open living/kitchen dining area, a large garage with various activities, and overall the home accommodated our group well. Very comfortable place! The check-in process with Mountain Resort Properties was easy. They had friendly and helpful staff and I appreciated how easy it was to book the house directly from their website. I highly recommend this home and Mt. Resort Properties.

Our stay with Mountain Resort Properties was truly wonderful. I'm so glad I found this property to rent through you and I didn't book with Air bnb. It was so nice to deal with people who knew the area and had a local office. From being helpful to answering all of my questions before our arrival, to ensuring that our trip was exactly what it needed to be - fun filled and enjoyable for everyone in our family. From our 11 month old daughter, who you all quickly and easily sorted out a Pack n' Play to sleep in, to our two young boys who loved all the games, sauna, hot tub and bunk beds, to mom and dad who had a great spot to cook and relax in that was perfectly located, to grandma, who had her own space to retreat to. We had an excellent time and I really appreciate all of the extra communication and assistance Mountain Resort Properties gave. They were quick to respond to inquiries when we needed something while we were at the house, someone was out our cabin in minutes troubleshooting the problem. We look forward to returning next year and staying in the same wonderful property, or maybe exploring another with Mountain Resort Properties. Either way, I can't recommend your rental property company enough. Thanks again!

Had an amazing time! The kids didn’t want to leave even after being there an entire week. Plenty of bikes, a bike trailer even, super close to the park. We’ve been to sun river plenty of times but we’ll definitely be back to this house.

Great house clean. Had a few issues but mountain resort wanted to come over and fix now but we said it was okay. We have rented from them for years and they are the best. Helpful quick check in and address any issues

House more than we thought it was going to be! Enjoyed every night we were there. Had 2other couples stop by and they really liked it! Would definitely rent this house again! We weren’t sure the hot tub was working right, so we called to see if someone could check it. They were there in less than an hour! “Pushed the wrong buttons “!!!! Great stay at a really wonderful home! This was our second time staying at 14 Topflite and it was awesome again! Great location, quiet, close to trails, easy access to the village and Mt Bachelor. We loved it!

Our stay at 22 Meadow House was terrific! The unit was perfect for us, very clean, great beds, appliances and amenities. We took advantage of the short walk to the village to visit the local shops. The staff at Mountain Resort were awesome, answered all questions, polite and friendly, will definitely book with them again! The weather added the finishing touch by covering everything in several inches of snow, perfect!

Mountain Resort Properties is simply awesome. My wife & I were staying in a property on the West side of Sunriver in late January, when an epic wind storm hit the area. Literally hundreds of trees were blown down, with two hitting the house we were staying in. One of their maintenance men quickly assistant in evacuating us from the house and got us to a safe house to wait out the storm as multiple trees had blocked the roads throughout Sunriver. The tree service companies pulled their crews from the field due to the danger of additional trees falling. We were facing many hours of waiting, when we heard the sound of chainsaws down the street. The owner of Mountain Resort Properties and his father were out with a Front End Loader and cleared the road within minutes. We were quickly out of the danger zone and in a new house on the Northeast side of Sunriver. We have rented homes & condos from Mountain Resort Properties for several years and have always had a great experience, but the care and service provided during this storm was above and beyond any expectation from a property management company. We would recommend and encourage anyone planning a trip to Sunriver to utilize Mountain Resort Properties for their vacation needs.
