Reviews of Mountain Resort Properties in Sunriver, OR

The Lark14 property was perfect for our two families (4 adults, 4 teens and 1 toddler). The teens liver having their own bedroom complete with bunk beds, sleeper sofa and fusball/air hockey table. Huge kitchen table and sectional sofa in the house with room for everyone. The house is mostly in the shade during daylight hours and with no air conditioning such is welcome on hot summer days! The back deck was a great place for evening meals. We had a minor maintenance problem during our stay and the plumber arrived within ninety minutes to fix such. A few recommendations: 1) Aside from the ceiling fan in one of the downstairs bedrooms and two small box floor fans, for such a large house a few more large box fans or standing floor fans should be located in the house - the property management company was not able to provide us additional fans (even though I requested them a week before our arrival) as the area was experiencing a heatwave during our stay - we purchased two additional floor fans from the local Walmart and brought them home upon our departure, 2) do a quick check of the bikes in the garage before guests arrive - we had two flat tires that we easily pumped up with the air pump we brought on our trip, but one of the bikes was missing an entire pedal, 3) for the "starter kit" in the house of paper products and kitchen necessities for guests upon arrival, add a roll of foil and plastic wrap. Overall a great house and we really enjoyed our stay

We stayed in 2 Big Sky for one week. It was a lovely, well equipped home with everything we needed and much more. The staff at Mountain Resort Properties went above and beyond to make sure our stay was awesome. We definitely will return and recommend it to our friends. Thank you.

Nice house if beautiful area sunriver or

We had a very good time in Sun River at 5 Lark Lane. The house was roomy, just as advertised. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. Upon arriving, the door combination would not work, but the young man on emergency duty was extremely pleasant and fixed the problem within minuets. Hope to be back next year.

1Ashwood home was great, a perfect fit for our family group. We loved Sunriver and hope to return again as there were many activities we did not have enough time to enjoy. Only problems encountered were lack of kids bikes (only one which was not functioning) causing us to have to rent them--from a very friendly guy. Second problem was roadwork which was not mentioned to us by property management. Fortunately a neighbor came to our door to let us know, else we would have been without use of our car for a day.

We had a great time. The location we stayed at was great for kids, close to the park and a short bike ride from the stables and the village. The house was clean and they had a great selection of small appliances in the kitchen! Being a baby gate for toddlers as the stairs are quite steep! We enjoyed our stay!

The staff at Mountain Resort were all very friendly and helpful. Check in and out went quickly and was very simple. The vacation rental home on Parkland was nicely appointed and worked out well for our family of seven, teens to grandpa. The furniture was all new and nice and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the "game garage" and the hot tub. The location was very convenient to the village and other amenities. Love the wooded setting as well. Thanks.

We had a great experience with your services, as well as the home was perfect too. We have been renting a Sunriver vacation home for about 15 years now, but always coordinated by my niece and in her name. This time, it was my duty. I was nervous about it, but everything was perfect from beginning to end. Thank you again!!!!

This is our second time renting a vacation house through Mt Resort Properties and I have nothing but positive words for the whole experience. The house was beautiful and perfectly suited to adults and active kids. 100% great! The only thing I could wish for is that the staff when we checked in knew more about the hours for the sledding hill and the skating rink. Turns out the rink was closed on Tuesday - we were told it was open til 8pm when we checked in, and the sledding hill was only open on the weekends. That information would have been nice to have when we got the SHARC passes - we had kids all excited about sledding and then the only option was swimming. Advice for others coming to Sunriver - check directly with the venues, the websites are not always up to date.

The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Booking the house was easy and my contact was very friendly and informative. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently through emails and one phone call with no hassles of trying to locate outside offices to check in as we were able to go straight to the house and get our vacation started. We travel a lot and find that sometimes the house does not live up to the pictures and descriptions on the website. Not the case here. The house was very nice and well appointed to meet our needs. They had a lot of summer time toys in the garage that make us want to come back. The week in Sunriver could not have been better. Good snow on the ground for the kids to sled in and the yard was private and set back from the road. We enjoyed the quiet location and being a few minutes outside of town was not an issue. Well worth getting a much nicer house at this price point. Thank you for all you did to make this a wonderful family vacation!! Bravo!!

The house we stayed at was definitely a winter getaway. The snow and freezing temps just added so much magic to the beauty of our stay. The house is set up very welcoming and warm. The kitchen is amazing and the long table was very accommodating for our big family. We also have to say that it was truly one of a kind experience to have snow all around and to sit in Jacuzzi. Just one of those things that really make u want to go back again. Grocery stores are not too far also, and about 30 min away from mt. bachelor. Definitely would recommend this place with MT. Resort to my family and friends.

We had a wonderful 4 nights at Tamarack 13. This would not have been possible if the staff at Mountain Resort Properties had not been so accommodating. Due to an unexpected hospitalization, we had to push up our dates by a day 2 times at the last minure, with no problems! So, the staff is incredible, alwsys have been when we are at Sun River. The home is very nice, great bedrooms! Very well equipped, nice and comfortable furniture. My kids enjoyed the included SHARC passes. Hot tub, hot. Very clean and cozy. Nice to have flat screen in every bedroom too! Definitely going back!

Excellent we will be back to the big river hideaway! Only complaint smoke detector needs to be kicked back a notch way to sensitive. Hot tub can be a bit warmer also. But beautiful home and fun times!

This was a great experience. I sent an email to the property management the night before our trip and he answered less than five minutes after! Impressive. All the instructions given by them from the beginning of the booking process were excellent and very accurate. We had no problems to find the house, open or close the automatic lockbox or operate any other equipment in the house. Besides that,the house was super clean, well appointed, cozy, comfortable, quite and beautiful surroundings, well located, really felt like home. It was a perfect Thanksgiving with friends and family. Looking forward to go back and definetly rent with Mountain Resort Properties again.

This is the third time that we have rented a home through Mountain Resort Properties and we have found them to always be thorough and responsive to our needs. Our family had a great time staying with Mountain Resort Properties. The price was great and we loved that it included Sharc passes. The employees were very helpful at check-on.
