My family and I stayed at 3 Lassen Lane in Sunriver and had a wonderful stay. There were 12 of us total with young kids and we really enjoyed the home. It was clean, nicely furnished and decorated, well stocked in the kitchen with all you need to cook your own meals, large bedrooms and bathrooms, an open living/kitchen dining area, a large garage with various activities, and overall the home accommodated our group well. Very comfortable place! The check-in process with Mountain Resort Properties was easy. They had friendly and helpful staff and I appreciated how easy it was to book the house directly from their website. I highly recommend this home and Mt. Resort Properties.

Our stay with Mountain Resort Properties was truly wonderful. I'm so glad I found this property to rent through you and I didn't book with Air bnb. It was so nice to deal with people who knew the area and had a local office. From being helpful to answering all of my questions before our arrival, to ensuring that our trip was exactly what it needed to be - fun filled and enjoyable for everyone in our family. From our 11 month old daughter, who you all quickly and easily sorted out a Pack n' Play to sleep in, to our two young boys who loved all the games, sauna, hot tub and bunk beds, to mom and dad who had a great spot to cook and relax in that was perfectly located, to grandma, who had her own space to retreat to. We had an excellent time and I really appreciate all of the extra communication and assistance Mountain Resort Properties gave. They were quick to respond to inquiries when we needed something while we were at the house, someone was out our cabin in minutes troubleshooting the problem. We look forward to returning next year and staying in the same wonderful property, or maybe exploring another with Mountain Resort Properties. Either way, I can't recommend your rental property company enough. Thanks again!

Had an amazing time! The kids didn’t want to leave even after being there an entire week. Plenty of bikes, a bike trailer even, super close to the park. We’ve been to sun river plenty of times but we’ll definitely be back to this house.

Great house clean. Had a few issues but mountain resort wanted to come over and fix now but we said it was okay. We have rented from them for years and they are the best. Helpful quick check in and address any issues

House more than we thought it was going to be! Enjoyed every night we were there. Had 2other couples stop by and they really liked it! Would definitely rent this house again! We weren’t sure the hot tub was working right, so we called to see if someone could check it. They were there in less than an hour! “Pushed the wrong buttons “!!!! Great stay at a really wonderful home! This was our second time staying at 14 Topflite and it was awesome again! Great location, quiet, close to trails, easy access to the village and Mt Bachelor. We loved it!

Our stay at 22 Meadow House was terrific! The unit was perfect for us, very clean, great beds, appliances and amenities. We took advantage of the short walk to the village to visit the local shops. The staff at Mountain Resort were awesome, answered all questions, polite and friendly, will definitely book with them again! The weather added the finishing touch by covering everything in several inches of snow, perfect!

Mountain Resort Properties is simply awesome. My wife & I were staying in a property on the West side of Sunriver in late January, when an epic wind storm hit the area. Literally hundreds of trees were blown down, with two hitting the house we were staying in. One of their maintenance men quickly assistant in evacuating us from the house and got us to a safe house to wait out the storm as multiple trees had blocked the roads throughout Sunriver. The tree service companies pulled their crews from the field due to the danger of additional trees falling. We were facing many hours of waiting, when we heard the sound of chainsaws down the street. The owner of Mountain Resort Properties and his father were out with a Front End Loader and cleared the road within minutes. We were quickly out of the danger zone and in a new house on the Northeast side of Sunriver. We have rented homes & condos from Mountain Resort Properties for several years and have always had a great experience, but the care and service provided during this storm was above and beyond any expectation from a property management company. We would recommend and encourage anyone planning a trip to Sunriver to utilize Mountain Resort Properties for their vacation needs.

We love 4 Malheur in Sun River. This was our 2nd Christmas stay here. The home is gorgeous. The kitchen is huge and well appointed. The hot tub was hot! The living room is spacious but intimate. The huge stone fireplace was in use every day and night. The setting could not be more private and beautiful, right on the golf course with huge windows to bring the outside in. There was plenty of room for our party of 7. Everyone loved the ping pong table in the garage! Our only complaint was lighting. Bedroom lamps were totally inadequate for reading in bed. One bedroom only had an overhead light and no bedside table lamp. Even lighting for reading in the living room was mediocre. Two nice bright lamps with some 100 watt bulbs in each bedroom and a few well positioned floor lamps with some 3 ways in the living room would make this home perfect.

Great experience! We rented two cabins through Mountain Resort for our families during the holidays. Check-in/Check-out processes were extremely easy and convenient. Both cabins were extremely well stocked with all the kitchen needs-- down to the food processor, immersion blender, and crock pot. The cabins were in great condition and well cared for. We look forward to renting with Mountain Resort Properties again!

Our condo was perfect for our family Thanksgiving vacation. Close to the village, quiet, and had everything we needed. Will be back in the future and would highly recommend.

We love this house. We’ve stayed there twice now and it’s perfect for a large family. We especially like the fenced in property so our dog can run and play.

The staff was very friendly and prompt with checking us in! The property was exactly as described and we really enjoyed everything the place was stocked with!! It made our trip great! Thank you!

This was our 2nd stay through Mtn Resort in the past two months. I really want to thank the whole team in the office, Danielle, Kathryn, and Abby for their wonderful service and outstanding assistance. Unfortunately, our trip was changed a bit due to my wife fracturing her hip in a accident and she spent a few days in the hospital. However the house we rented was one level and was set up perfectly to help in her recovery. We didn't get to due much around Sunriver but out stay was very pleasant from to safety & security if this beautiful home. We've stayed in the same location for two years now and love it. The place is very clean and has everything we need to enjoy our stay. We spend our days out playing, but it's so nice to come back and have a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, comfortable living room, a warm shower and also a hot tub to relax in.

Lovely. A wonderful time. To pick nits it would have been nice to know that we were forty feet from a mainline railroad that runs 24 hours a day and shakes the house. Everything worked as advertised. Beautiful home. Thank you.

Reliability and very friendly

We had a great experience with Mt. Resort Properties. The house we picked was very clean and the furnishings were very nice. The appliances were high end. I dealt over the phone and in person with people at MRP and they were very helpful. We would definitely rent this unit and rent through Mountain Resort Properties again.
