The rental was fantastic and the correspondence with the office was excellent. The folks in the office were great, both through email and in person. The property is in a great location and the house is beautiful. Very quite and peaceful. It had everything we needed. Hot tub was great with the stars and the back porch was nice to sit out on. Plenty of room inside forus. The only thing I would suggest is cutting the weeds down on the property so the back yard is more useful. As well the doc on the river was awesome, we floated the river twice. Its is a perfect location, about 1 hour float time to that crosses before the subdivision starts. The doc is a bit unstable and it would be great if there was second one along side it, and or if some of the weeds were gone on the sides so it was easier to get into the water. We had a wonderful time. Thanks for renting the property to us.

Easy to communicate with. Web site excellent resource.responded immediately to a couple of issues with the property when we first checked on. The house was outstanding. Well furnished and well maintained. Checkout was easy due to electronic communication between office and property.

We stayed in the Belknap 5 unit, managed by Mountain Resort Properties, in July of 2018. The size of the unit (5 bedrooms) makes is outstanding for families. The unit was extremely clean when we checked in. The Wi-Fi was both free and worked great throughout the entire unit. The entire unit is setup great for relaxation - the large deck is wonderful for morning coffee and evening meals. A large dining room table that seats 10. Comfortable furniture throughout. We had all the cable channels we needed (in particular, the Pac-12 network, golf channel, and Root Sports so we could watch the Seattle Mariners - for those of you who are sports fans.) The entire area is very quiet, and there are tons of walking/biking trails. We also brought our dog - a big plus for us. Much more in the unit, and lots to do in Sunriver. Very happy with the entire experience and strongly recommend working with Mountain Resort Properties.

Wonderful house and location at Snow Goose Court. Right on the river! Lots of wildlife around(deer and rabbits) Very roomy house and clean. We will definitely rent it again in the future. Only negatives were the super loud washer on spin cycle. I think it’s out of balance. The back deck is a little narrow where the table is. I can see someone potentially falling off of it if not careful

Helping us when we arrived late. Wonderful office manager at the Ridge and Dan who changed the TV back to the right settings and raised my bicycle seat. Great help for these seniors.

I had 3 condos rented for 4 days. 3 of my children and their families to celebrate my 80th birthday. Very fun for all and units worked. Everything we needed for cooking, etc.between 3 units. If I celebrate another big birthday it will be at Sunriver.

We had a fantastic time in this cabin! The setting on the river and all of the space to hang out in the yard was phenomenal. The hot tub in the floor off of the living room was quite the fun novelty and we could not have had a better time. Everything was PERFECT.

Great property in a woodsy community. The house has two master suites, one of which shares a large bathroom, but has separate double sinks from that of the kids bunk room. The kitchen and living area are open and gr at for families with kids, then a playroom at the end of the hall with a futon provides a nice place for kids to play loudly, while adults can talk in peace in living room. Bike trails for miles, and the Deschutes river provide beautiful and tranquil outdoors fun right out your door. The location is convenient to Newberry volcanic monument with a great Ash cone, and the lava tube caves less than 15 minutes away. Crater lake is just an hour or so south, and it's a great jumping off point to many adventures.

We recently returned from our second stay in Sunriver booked through Mt. Resort Properties. Once again our rental met all expectations for comfort and cleanliness. The staff was friendly and responded to a request to replace a door lock battery in a timely manner. We appreciate the care taken to maintain cleanliness in a pet friendly unit.

Had a great stay at 4 Flat Top Ln! What an awesome and affordable spring break week... the house was perfect for kids and pups, hot tub was great, pool table ✅, lots of space, bikes and pool passes, and we loved having the real wood fireplace. Mt Bachelor even cooperated with 12 inches of new snow in April! Couldn’t get any better! Thanks so much for our second year in a row of a fantastic spring break!

We stayed a week at 1 Witchhazel. It was clean, well stocked and comfy. The hot tub worked well and it was nice having access to a garage during the snowy weather. The staff at Mountain Resort Properties was kind and helpful with options when I came to them about possibly extending our stay due to one in our group needing an emergency appendectomy. Would I rent from there again? For sure!

We arrived around 4:15pm to the Mountain Resort office. Very friendly and efficient check in. The instructions for taking care of the house were accurate and easy to follow. The home we rented was clean and in great condition.

What a great way to spend a birthday weekend. Stayed at Chapman lodge with friends the weekend of 2/10/18. What a great property. Clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything needed. Had a minor issue with the TV in the main room and was fixed within the hr of our call. We will for sure book this property again. 5 stars!!!

We had a wonderful time and Mountain Resort Properties was more than accommodating. I was in Sunriver for a conference which got out early the day we were scheduled to check in an you guys were great getting the place cleaned and letting me in early. The staff was more than helpful when we called a few times with questions and we were able to drop our SHARC passes in a drop box and didn't even have to head into the office. We even left some items at the house and someone called and indicated they would mail them to us. So nice!! Thank you again for being easy and great to work with! We will for sure be renting with you in the future especially since VRBO has started charging such terrible fees. Your site was very easy to use and much more reasonably priced.

20 E Butte This is a great property. Plenty of room for our family of 8. I would not consider this property a luxury property but it is nice. I read previous reviews of issues with the Wifi. I had problems with the WiFi as well. Simple fix was unplug the router and plug it back in. I see other reviews about the heat between downstairs and upstairs. Anyone who has ever lived in a 2 story home knows that this is a challenge. They have done things in this home to make the best of it and it is fine. All in all we enjoyed the place. The hot tub was nice too. SHARC passes were a plus. We would stay here again no problem at all.

This is the second season in a row that we have stayed at Snow Goose and have really enjoyed this property. Mountain Resort Properties has consistently been efficient, responsive and professional during reservation process and/or any needs that have that have come up while on site. If you have older family with limited mobility this property offers great accessibility and accommodation. The only suggestion I have is that the seat and back cushions of the leather couches/chair in the great room really do need to be replaced or refilled(not sure if that is possible). The leather appears to be in decent shape but the fill is worn to the extent that the furniture is really not very comfortable to sit on anymore. You sink far and deep and the seat cushions slide forward due to degraded fill support in both seat and back cushions.

Thank you for the amazing hospitality! Your registration process was so informative and your staff very friendly! The property was spacious, clean, and inviting. We loved the games that were available and the huge kitchen. The view of the river from the porch and living room was a huge plus!!

As always our trip to Sunriver is a highlight for me. It means I'm "home" again. We had a great family gathering for thanksgiving. central Oregon was home very many years and now that we live in the Midwest I miss the mountains, and trees. Sunriver has it all for me. Also have great service wherever you are at the lodge or condos.

This is our 2nd time in Deer 19 and it was absolutely perfect for Thanksgiving weekend. We were able to check in early which was great having a car load full of food! Love the proximity to coffee and the village. Check in and out was quick and simple.

We come to Sunriver once a year. We will continue to book with Mountain Resort Properties because the website and customer portal are user friendly, there are several properties to choose from, SHARC passes are included with most rentals, the houses are clean and well equipped, they have great specials in the off season, the staff are very friendly and available when needed, and issues are resolved quickly. We always have a great time (no matter what the weather!)

We had the best time staying at this home. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hot tub the BBQ and the bikes all worked great. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. The house was quiet and the AC worked well. Great location! Close to the river and we used the shark passes and our son had a blast. We really appreciated the new appliances in the kitchen and the fast internet. Can't wait to come back!

Very comfortable home, all amenities , excellent base for getting to eclipse viewing via Bend's back roads to Prineville Madras road! Only sorry we didn't manage to visit Sunriver Observatory when it was opened, it looked a great place.
