We had a great experience with Mountain Resort Properties. The house was very clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly at check-in and when I called. We had no issues during our stay and felt that everything was great!

Mountain Resort Properties met all three criteria. We were very happy with our rental and the staff. We will definitely rent through them again.

We arrived around 4:15pm to the Mountain Resort office. Very friendly and efficient check in. The instructions for taking care of the house were accurate and easy to follow. The home we rented was clean and in great condition.

We had a wonderful time and Mountain Resort Properties was more than accommodating. I was in Sunriver for a conference which got out early the day we were scheduled to check in an you guys were great getting the place cleaned and letting me in early. The staff was more than helpful when we called a few times with questions and we were able to drop our SHARC passes in a drop box and didn't even have to head into the office. We even left some items at the house and someone called and indicated they would mail them to us. So nice!! Thank you again for being easy and great to work with! We will for sure be renting with you in the future especially since VRBO has started charging such terrible fees. Your site was very easy to use and much more reasonably priced.

Thank you for the amazing hospitality! Your registration process was so informative and your staff very friendly! The property was spacious, clean, and inviting. We loved the games that were available and the huge kitchen. The view of the river from the porch and living room was a huge plus!!

It was a Beautiful Condo, the KitcHen was well equipped with everything you would need. Comfortable beds, great Master Bathroom & Shower. The Hot Tub was wonderful.

We come to Sunriver once a year. We will continue to book with Mountain Resort Properties because the website and customer portal are user friendly, there are several properties to choose from, SHARC passes are included with most rentals, the houses are clean and well equipped, they have great specials in the off season, the staff are very friendly and available when needed, and issues are resolved quickly. We always have a great time (no matter what the weather!)

We have rented through Mountain Resort Properties 3 years now, and it has always been a stress free experience. Everyone I've dealt with in person or on the phone has always been efficient, friendly, helpful, and reliable. No problems at all. We plan to continue dealing with MRP in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very comfortable home, all amenities , excellent base for getting to eclipse viewing via Bend's back roads to Prineville Madras road! Only sorry we didn't manage to visit Sunriver Observatory when it was opened, it looked a great place.

Had a great stay, the condo had everything we needed (except a nightlight). The location near the SHARC was great! There was no air conditioning but even at 95 degrees that was no problem. The desert cools down at night so we kept the windows open and closed them during the day. The condo is shaded with large overhangs. The bikes were pretty good. The condo pool was great and so convenient. A really lovely choice and we will probably go back.

The Lark14 property was perfect for our two families (4 adults, 4 teens and 1 toddler). The teens liver having their own bedroom complete with bunk beds, sleeper sofa and fusball/air hockey table. Huge kitchen table and sectional sofa in the house with room for everyone. The house is mostly in the shade during daylight hours and with no air conditioning such is welcome on hot summer days! The back deck was a great place for evening meals. We had a minor maintenance problem during our stay and the plumber arrived within ninety minutes to fix such. A few recommendations: 1) Aside from the ceiling fan in one of the downstairs bedrooms and two small box floor fans, for such a large house a few more large box fans or standing floor fans should be located in the house - the property management company was not able to provide us additional fans (even though I requested them a week before our arrival) as the area was experiencing a heatwave during our stay - we purchased two additional floor fans from the local Walmart and brought them home upon our departure, 2) do a quick check of the bikes in the garage before guests arrive - we had two flat tires that we easily pumped up with the air pump we brought on our trip, but one of the bikes was missing an entire pedal, 3) for the "starter kit" in the house of paper products and kitchen necessities for guests upon arrival, add a roll of foil and plastic wrap. Overall a great house and we really enjoyed our stay

We stayed in 2 Big Sky for one week. It was a lovely, well equipped home with everything we needed and much more. The staff at Mountain Resort Properties went above and beyond to make sure our stay was awesome. We definitely will return and recommend it to our friends. Thank you.

Nice house if beautiful area sunriver or

We had a very good time in Sun River at 5 Lark Lane. The house was roomy, just as advertised. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. Upon arriving, the door combination would not work, but the young man on emergency duty was extremely pleasant and fixed the problem within minuets. Hope to be back next year.

1Ashwood home was great, a perfect fit for our family group. We loved Sunriver and hope to return again as there were many activities we did not have enough time to enjoy. Only problems encountered were lack of kids bikes (only one which was not functioning) causing us to have to rent them--from a very friendly guy. Second problem was roadwork which was not mentioned to us by property management. Fortunately a neighbor came to our door to let us know, else we would have been without use of our car for a day.
