Reviews of Mountain Resort Properties in Sunriver, OR

This was not our first stay with Mountain Resort Properties. As always our stay was just great. The staff go out of their way to make everything perfect. We had a great time and missed out on the 2 inches of rain at the coast.

We had a great time. Our kids loved staying at this place so much, that they didn't want to leave. Great place for a family especially with young kids. The house is beautiful and the layout is simple and perfect, especially when you're cooking in the kitchen you can still be apart of whatever action is going on in the living room.

Our stay at the ridge condo # 23 was great. Thank you for accommodating us on such a short notice. Just a couple of quick things I noticed about the property that could use some updating to save energy. I'am not an expert, but I believe updating the windows will save on a substantial amount of energy. The other recommendation I have is to put in low cost water saving shower heads. This will save lots of water and extra expense from the water heater. Thanks again for having us. We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Ryan

We found the perfect home to host a family of 9 people. The pictures in the website represent well the place. We slept comfortably in the four rooms available, the common areas are well thought out offering independent smaller spots for groups to gather, and the dining table fit us all. The staff was courteous, and Sunriver is just a dream. Will come back for sure.

Because we didn't arrive until Christmas Eve, the office was closed, but I had asked my questions beforehand, and everything went smoothly.

This was the perfect home for our situation. Plenty of beds and baths. The right amount of square footage. The ping pong table in the garage was a big hit. I had not played in over 40 years! We will request this one (5 Modoc)next time! There will be many next times!

I found the Mountain Resort rental staff uniformly helpful and friendly. The lovely house was just as described. When I called about the hot tub needing to be cleaned, staff responded quickly.

Our first interaction with the office was the beginning of a great vacation. Not only were you able to adjust my dates when I messed up the number of nights but when I arrived there were no issues and check in was ready early for us. I love the lock system and the mobile app. it allowed us to get in and out without issues and we did not have to keep track of a house key. The house itself was very clean and felt like home to the kids. The amenities were just enough for us as well. the hot tub was fun, the tv an cable suited the kids for down time and the internet access let my daughter get her homework done. The location was excellent, easy to get back to 97 and to the activities we found on the mobile app. Thank you again for a wonderful family vacation.

Dear Mr. Hadley, I have posted a review on Yelp concerning my rental through your company but I also wanted to let you know how impressed I was with my experience. From selecting the property to checking in I could not have been more happy. I arrived later than I anticipated and I was able to access the property without any problem. I stopped by your office the next morning and while I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the woman who helped me I truly enjoyed her help and attention. The property itself was perfect. I couldn't find a problem with it if I tried. Thank you so much for hiring such attentive, friendly, helpful staff and providing such a wonderful service. I will return as soon as possible and in the meantime I plan on letting everyone I know in on the secret to having a great visit to Sunriver and that if they want an enjoyable, relaxing, memorable experience they need to contact your company. We've been enjoying Quelah condos for close to 25 years now. Our experience with Mt Resort was great! We appreciated the quality of cutlery as well as cooking/baking pots and pans, available in quelah 32 A beautiful place to share with our family and friends!! Thank you!

We have stayed two years at Ridge Condos and have had fantastic stays.!! We just got back from a weekend at Sun River and right before leaving the condo - the car keys were locked in the car with purses, supplies, clothes we were taking back home. We had to wait 3 hours for a locksmith to come out. It was past 11:00 and we had returned the keys to the Mt. Resort, but we were told that we could still have access to the condo until the locksmith came and access to the pool for the kids at no extra charge! How nice was that! I don't think other places we could have stayed would have been so friendly and nice to help us out. You guys were wonderful and we will keep returning. In this day and age, people don't seem to care or want to offer help, but you do at Ridge Condos. Thank you again for giving over and above what we paid for!!!

MRP staff were terrific and readily responded to questions including send a repair person out when we blew a fuse to make sure there were no other problems. Appreciated that the extra features, such as hot tub, DVDs, bikes were all provided and functional.

This was our first rental experience with Mountain Resort and BY FAR, our best time at Sunriver. Danielle in the main office began our trip with her friendly welcome and the house we picked was perfect for our needs. We will definitely rent through Mountain Resort again in the future!

Sun River is a beautiful place for families- there are many choices for all ages. The condos are spacious and well-equipped. The only suggestion I have is to supply the kitchens with pot-scrubbing brushes. All the other supplies are complete. I appreciate your efficient service and magnificent property. Thanks!!!!

We absolutely loved our experience with MRP. The customer service was phenomenal. When we arrived, we learned that the BBQ wasn't working correctly, so I went to the main office and asked if someone could come out that day; I was told "of course." I began walking back home--by the time I got home, they had already come and repaired the BBQ!! We all know that homes take work to keep up, and things sometimes stop working (like a BBQ). The impact is evident in the way a company fixes issues. I will gladly use Mountain Resort Properties again. Thanks for taking such good care of us!

The house was ready early for us and the office staff were friendly and helpful. The house was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms are spacious giving everyone their privacy when needed.
