Great home and great service from MR Properties. We will return as we liked the home a lot.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Home was clean and well appointed. Good beds. Plenty of towels. Plenty of kitchen utensils, good cooktop, lovely wood throughout house. Loved the Sharc passes and the bikes. Rainstorm caused windows to leak but help was immediately available to deal with the issue. Plan to return.

Excellent clean rental! We loved the setting and had some great walks and a fun raft on the river . The Sharc facility was fantastic. Sunriver has everything you might need for a great vacation.

loved fremont crossing #13. would stay there again. staff at mountain resort is very friendly. check in was a breeze. we had a light out in a bedroom and they came right over and fixed it. loved sitting on the deck and watching the runners come in for the pacific crest events. location was great for walking over to the mall to eat or shop.

The house was as expected and enjoyable for its quiet location

Great experience from check-in to check-out. Friendly, courteous staff and very comfortable unit with everything we needed. We'll probably bring friends with us next time as we know they will thoroughly enjoy it, too.

Staff was friendly, condo was nice, did not have any linens for hide a bed nor batteries in candles next to spa. Both minor inconveniences. The facility was awesome and well kept. Thanks for a wonderful weekend we will be back again next year for our annual baseball tournament and would definitely recommend Mt Resort Properties :) :) :) :) :)

I really enjoyed working with Lindy and she helped us find a great home to stay in while one vacation. The home was comfortable and clean. We had a great time and loved that we had our own place for the week. It made our vacation much more relaxing and having room to spread out was great.

The service was excellent . Danielle was pleasant and efficient with each of our needs. She provided immediate help with the Internet service for the home and the problem was resolved quickly. We liked the home very much and would rent it again. The newness and cleanliness and location were the best part of the rental home. I would also add working with Mtn. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this Sunriver home. We had 3 twenty-something kids along with us. Everyone had a memorable stay. This Sunriver location is an easy 20 or so mins drive from Mt Bachelor skiing - we were given guidance by the rental company to rent our ski equipment in Sunriver to save time at the long Mt Bachelor lines. There are a few rental businesses in the Sunriver village and the one we dealt with was very courteous and made the experience a pleasure. My dealings with Mountain Resort Property rental office were smooth - upon arrival we were cheerfully greeted and helped. A subsequent phone call to the office regarding the cable box issue was also handled cheerfully and professionally. They have a wonderful app for your smart phone which works well and is extremely helpful with maps, information, pictures, policies, and a daily greeting! Last year, we stayed in Bend at a private rental house which was good, however, this experience was far superior. We can't wait to come back!
