The Mountain Resort Properties people immediately responded with a garbage issue we had. They were very helpful & friendly with check-in & check-out. The house was in a great location, close to SHARC (10 min walk) and the village. Loved that it had a ping pong table,a private hot tub on the back deck and the layout was perfect for our group. Also liked that it had so many windows in the main living area, loved the big dining table!

Staff was friendly, condo was nice, did not have any linens for hide a bed nor batteries in candles next to spa. Both minor inconveniences. The facility was awesome and well kept. Thanks for a wonderful weekend we will be back again next year for our annual baseball tournament and would definitely recommend Mt Resort Properties :) :) :) :) :)

We had such a great time in this house! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the house had everything we could have needed. It was perfect! The SHARC passes were awesome too. The house is in a great location near the trails and the bikes were a nice addition! We will be back very soon!

Highly recommended! Everything was really great! Had a "wow!" effect when we opened doors and entered into the house - even our 5-year old grand kid was impressed commented on the living/dining room immaculate look inside! Great location... Nice job by owner and Mountain Resort Rentals!

The service was excellent . Danielle was pleasant and efficient with each of our needs. She provided immediate help with the Internet service for the home and the problem was resolved quickly. We liked the home very much and would rent it again. The newness and cleanliness and location were the best part of the rental home. I would also add working with Mtn. Resort Properties was very pleasant .

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this Sunriver home. We had 3 twenty-something kids along with us. Everyone had a memorable stay. This Sunriver location is an easy 20 or so mins drive from Mt Bachelor skiing - we were given guidance by the rental company to rent our ski equipment in Sunriver to save time at the long Mt Bachelor lines. There are a few rental businesses in the Sunriver village and the one we dealt with was very courteous and made the experience a pleasure. My dealings with Mountain Resort Property rental office were smooth - upon arrival we were cheerfully greeted and helped. A subsequent phone call to the office regarding the cable box issue was also handled cheerfully and professionally. They have a wonderful app for your smart phone which works well and is extremely helpful with maps, information, pictures, policies, and a daily greeting! Last year, we stayed in Bend at a private rental house which was good, however, this experience was far superior. We can't wait to come back!

We love Sun River! This is the first time we have stayed with Mountain Resort Properties and were not disappointed. Check-in was quick and easy. The gal who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Found there was no hair dryer in the house but Mountain Resort made sure we got one. We stayed in #7 Vine Maple and it was very comfortable. The beds were great! Good mattresses and nice linens. Lots of room for our children and grandchildren to spread out. Having access to SHARK was nice. We'll definitely consider Mountain Resort Properties for our next vacation.

We come to Sunriver often and always use Mountain Resort Properties. They homes are always clean, they are equipped with everything you need for a great stay. There were 8 of us at on this trip and we all had a great time. Easy access to the pools, stores, restaurants, etc. We have recommended this property and others to our friends!!!!

My sister lives in Bend, Ore and our family decided to spend Thanksgiving week with them but hotels rooms would have been too much. Suzi told me about the vacation rental company in Sun River, gave the number and I called..they were great!!!! Our two sons and their families my husband and myself stayed ther and it was great...we actually cooked Thanksgiving dinner at the house. There was plenty of room for my dad and my sisters family to eat at the table. The kids had a lot of things to do...Christmas Tree lighting ceremony, plus biking and walking trails. We are thinking about doing it again next year. great comfortable place!!!

I have a very large group that I plan a trip for every year in Sunriver. In November we had 5 houses on Malhuer and I have to say they were defiantly the nicest houses we have ever had so far!!! All of the houses were just amazing and 21 Malheur is no exception! Its a great house for larger groups because of the 5 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom capacity.

We rented Lassen 8 over the Thanksgiving weekend with another family. The home is perfect for 2 families. 2 King master bedrooms, a bunk bed room for the kids and another queen bedroom to boot. The house was well stocked and the check in/check out process was a breeze. The only thing that could improve was the size of the TV in the living room. Normally a TV in SR wouldn't be that important but the Civil War game was on! Other than that we had a wonderful time and will rent with Mountain Resort again.

We loved the house! It was perfect for our large family over Thanksgiving. The pictures don't do it justice, as we were so pleased to see how large the living area was. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. Very clean and the hot tub was hot!

We had a wonderful visit to Sun River. We stayed at 4 Sparks Lane managed by Mountain Resort. The home is lovely, met our needs and exceeded our expectations. This management company was so nice....professional and helpful. It was way more than we expected or had experienced in the past. They graciously met my emergency needs due to a medication I have to take which frequently causes extreme temperature fluctuations guaranteed to have ruined out trip since it flared up within a short period after arriving. It had nothing to do with the efficiency of the HVAC at the house it was an extra need I had. They gave me an extra fan and sent their HVAC guy over there ASAP to check vents and the fan. The house is beautiful, has a beautiful kitchen...granite and stainless felt like home. The scenery and wildlife around the property is breathtaking. There were nice linens, furniture and dishes! The walls are covered in murals....the outside decks are very relaxing. Lots of toys ie foosball, air hockey, ping pong, spa, two living areas. Just nice! We are thinking of buying in SR and this company will be our choice of management companies. Thank you Mountain Resort Properties. Memories made with our children and grandchildren.

The Bend Rental Guide has been an advertising source for Mountain Resort Properties for a few years now assisting them with their long term rentals. We work with many property management companies here in Central Oregon and I must say I find them to be one of the most responsive. The care for the rentals and owners shows, and the quality of their portfolio attracts tenants from in and out of Central Oregon.
