We stayed at the Big River Retreat for about 5 days and couldn't be happier with our choice! We have rented homes in Sunriver multiple times and we were overly impressed with this home. It exceeded our expectations and accommodated our family more than we could imagine. The home was very well equipped from the kitchen down to the great quality bath towels, which were in ample supply. The home has great space inside and out. There is plenty for the kiddos to do in this home when you feel like just relaxing around the house from basketball (huge driveway), ping pong, playing in the large fenced backyard, board games, watching a movie, or riding bikes around the quiet neighbor (bring your kids bike). We went on many family bike rides and came as cross so many deer! This home really made the experience in Sunriver an enjoyable one for our family. In addition, Mountain Resort Properties who handled the process, was so easy to work with, it was a slam dunk!

Amazing! It was a home away from home surrounded by nature. The amenities were plentiful and the stay completely comfortable. Reserving this wonderful lodge at 13 Tamarack was easy and management was very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to another stay next year.

We had a great stay in Sunriver. The house was ready when we arrived and was very comfortable. The house, appliances and furnishings were all in good condition. We'll be back.

Our experience with Mt. Resort Properties was excellent. We received confirmations and info prior to our stay. We arrived after closing time and were a little anxious about getting into the house. The automated key-lock system worked exactly as described. Check-in and out was friendly and efficient. We had a great time and will definitely be renting through Mt. Resort Properties again.

Everything was fine. It would have been nice to have some hand lotion and shampoo available and more dish rags and dish towels but on a scale of 1 to 10 i give you a 9 and 1/2 which is great because i am a very hard rater.

AMAZING! From the moment we walked into the house, we were impressed. The house was clean, with fabulous furnishings, and functional. We were most impressed with the kitchen. Not only was it well stocked with cooking and eating supplies, the cupboard was stocked with a variety of spices, pan spray, oils, and condiments. These are the things that add up a the grocery store when you go on vacation; not to mention you hate to buy these type of supplies for just a week. We hosted a couple family dinners and we had plenty of room to entertain. We loved the variety of bikes and all the fabulous biking trails. We have stayed at many VRBO houses, and this was by far the best. I would recommend this house to anyone, without hesitation. Plenty of chairs, towels, pillows, blankets, bikes, toilet paper,....you name it, they had it! We had a great time in Sunriver and we will be back! Thanks.

We had an excellent week-long stay at 1 Ashwood. The accomodations were perfect, lots of room, very clean, and everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was easy and painless.

The team at Mountain Resort Properties really showed amazing customer service, they even went so far as coming to pick up one of our bikes with a flat tire and delivering it repaired back to the house. The house was really well outfitted with a great location.

This was our second time staying at Loon 13. The location can't be beat! The size of the home (with room for all of us), being next to the river, and all the amenities can't be beat. We are planning on returning again in two years to this house. Thank you Mountain Resort Properties for having such a great house and for making this rental so easy to use.

A great experience as usual. Quick check in, friendly staff and the house was clean and well supplied. And no one yelled at us when the bar b q brush got burned up! We changed our house reservation for next year seemlessly and look forward to returning.

I always enjoy renting through Mt Resort Properties. Your staff is great to work with, friendly and quick to solve any problems. We probably won't rent the same house as it needs repairs and updating, but will definitely rent through Mt. Resort again!

5 ⭐️ Our stay at the "Snow Goose Cabin" was better than we could have ever hoped for. Great peice of property, plenty of room for our group of 10. We never felt crowded in this beautiful home, and being right on the Deshutes River made it that much more enjoyable. We will stay here again.

Beautiful home, well cared for and kid friendly. Easy check in and out. Will definitely go again. 7 Hoodoo!!

Great Place.

I have rented homes for ski vacations with Mountain Resort Properties for many years. The homes have always exceeded my expectations. The Mountain Resort Staff has always been professional, friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue to rent homes with them.

Mountain resort properties was wonderful! Could have used more supplies such as dish soap bathroom soaps and laundry soaps for. 7 night stay but overall we loved it!

We have stayed in Cluster Cabin 26 a number of times and I have reserved it for co-workers for conferences. Cabin is great and the folks at Mt Resort have always been professional, friendly and helpful. We will continue to book rentals through Mt Resort and refers friends looking for Sunriver rentals.

The staff at mountain resort properties were extremely helpful throughout our entire visit. The house itself was absolutely wonderful. Topflite 15 is the BOMB!!! Spacious, clean and having three king size beds is awesome. We will be definitely coming back again.

We arrived after hours on friday night, the paperwork instructed us on how to get into the cabin, trouble free. The cabin was located close to all the amenities, ( walking distance) Everything we needed for the weekend was available in the cabin, it was a great weekend cant wait to enjoy it with friends and family!
