My experience with Never Say No Auto was the absolute best. My husband and I and our little one was actually on our way to Never Say No Auto when our car we were driving decided it wanted to quit on us in Republic. We did not know anyone around there and wasn’t sure what to do at that moment. So I called Never Say No Auto to see if they would be able to help us in any way possible. They were able to give me a number to call. I was able to talk with an awesome person named James. He was able to come and tow us all the way to their dealership and I could not thank him enough for doing that for us on such short notice. Once we got to the dealership we talked with Chris and TJ about our situation and they were able to help us with a vehicle. I have never been to a dealership where the people cared about their customers as much as this place did. They made the whole process of getting a vehicle so smooth and stress free. We are just so grateful for everyone there who worked that day and we will most definitely be back to get another vehicle when we are ready. I apologize if I got any names incorrect and the other guys I did not mention. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone who is in need of a vehicle without the headache. Thank you to all the guys there again you all saved us that day and we will never forget it!

I went to Never Say No Auto after a friend recommended them, and from the very first phone call to the moment I got my keys, I had an amazing experience. Everyone was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They made sure to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

good quality used vehicles. thought payment was too high to afford. took for a test drive ,upon return, they had crunched #s & was 10 dolllars over my expectation. got financed & the rest is history. nothing like c.m. was. glad c.m. turned me away. thanks y'all!!!

It was a great experience me and my fiancé and our son showed up and were immediately talked to to see what we were looking for TJ I believe helped us and he was very easy to talk to not gonna lie he said once we drove the Nissan Morano we would t want another car and he was right we left with the marono.

I bought a 2023 Chevy Equinox on Friday, December 12, 2025. It is a great little car. So far, we really enjoy it. The dealer, Craig at the Bolivar location was amazing to work with! He explained everything thoroughly during the entire process. Would totally recommend this dealership to all my friends and family!

Charlie worked directly from the beginning phone call right thru the purchase. Wonderful job explaining the cars we were interested in, allowed me to test drive multiple vehicles and went over prices and potential finance options with us. Great quality vehicles. Second vehicle from them and both times was easy, quick and hassle free. The second vehicle was easy as a phone call, by the time I personally got their, it was as easy as picking out a vehicle and signing paperwork. The rest was pulled from my file from 4 years ago waiting for me.

The car is great quality and has no issues that we’ve noticed outside of a very slight misalignment that’s easy to fix but doesn’t affect the car or drive really at all. It’s a smooth ride with ample space and although we had to fight 3rd parties to get the paperwork done the never say no auto employee (Greg) helped us every step of the way so it wasn’t as bad as if we were trying to navigate it ourselves. Will definitely say this place is a 10/10 experience and I’d 100% recommend this to my friends if they ever needed a car. The pricing isn’t bad either if you’ve got the savings set up for it. We got a 2020 Kia soul with roughly $500 a month payments for 4K down. For such a new car that is a pretty great deal. It was their recommendation too. They really took into consideration needed a spacious family car and having a small outside with a spacious inside really made for an amazing combo. As a mechanic myself and car enthusiast the sharp turn radius really had me happy because I’m used to bigger vehicles and the electric interface for the dashboard was something I absolutely loved. I’m used to older cars so this was a very pleasant and easy transition thanks to Greg.

Everyone at Never Say No not only were great to work with business wise, but they were also incredible with helping us buy a car and become a customer. They made the process extremely easy and fast! I have never purchased off a lot before this but my wife has several times, and she says that Never say No is easily the best she’s ever dealt with!
